Random Chapter Three Secret Boss Ideas I Threw Together For No Reason.

Hi Y'all! It's been a good bit since I've made a new secret boss. Actually, now that I think about it, it hasn't. The latest one was. . .MIKE-MAYHEM TWENTY-THREE DAYS AGO??? I must of lost track of time. In that case, why don't I show off a collection of designs based on some ideas I had, some theories I enjoy, and some horror movies that I find interesting.

Up first we have Shioreta! Shioreta is my take on what I'd like to call Dragon Theory. It's basically just that the Secret Boss of Chapter Three will be the How To Draw Dragons Book and may explore the themes of Asriel's True Nature. For Shioreta's Design, I based it off of the description of the dragon, Susie, stereotypical Japanese school girl attire, and a bit of inspiration from Sailor Moon. My idea for her lore is that she was abandoned by Asriel and has become a bit of an psycho who desperately wants a friend. She lives in a singular grayscale room with filled with flowers and a cherry Blossom tree, the petals of which would be blood red.

The next design on the choppin' block is Mirrorscare! This design is based on the one and only Scream franchise and is based on the "faker" trope that I've seen quite a bit in Secret Boss circles. Mirrorscare pretends to be Asriel or Ralsei or one of the goat people and eventually tries to attack the Fun Gang. That is honestly all of the lore I have for them.

And now we have the one and only RIPley! Listen, I freakin' love Evil Dead. It is stupid gorey fun that can get REALLY dark and messed up. My idea for RIPley came from the bouquet given to Toriel. I'd say that the flowers eventually wilted which gave rise to something sinister. . .something evil and dead. . .RIPley's design is based on flowey (specifically one of his creepy faces), Ash Williams, the Deadites, and their arm is suppost to be made of lost assets. I guess you could say that they were assets that died in production, ayy? AYY???

Also, yes. They have the Necronomicon.

Finally for this batch of designs, we have an idea that was brought to my attention by my lovely friend Glitch! So, without further adieu, please welcome Saudade!

Saudade is supposed to be an old family recording of a happy memory of the Dreemurr Family. This now acts as her hitlist, as she stalks the land searching to find the 4 Remaining. . . She's inspired by The Ring and all of the creepy VHS tape goodness that comes with it! Her fight would probably have her come out of a TV to fight the Fun Gang.

And that, my friends, wraps up this collection of designs. I hope you found at least a few of them enjoyable and that you had just as much fun as I did designin' these freaks. To be totally honest with y'all, Mari absolutely popped off with RIPley. I may never recover from how sick they were able to make that freak. This is my chapter 3 secret boss oc, her name is Boo Quette and she is the care taker of the garden area I had her since june 2023 I was just lazy to post her lol. I have a lot of stuff written about her that I'll share eventually

Boo is the secret boss of chapter 3, her appearance in game being in an optional area called “The Garden” (it differs from the supposed theme of canon chapter 3 themed about Mike. Or make her do a TV gardening show lol) The Garden could be a representation of the garden surrounding Kris and Toriel’s house.

Boo is the characterization of the flower bouquet given by Asgore to Toriel (the one that Kris brings her). The flowers being tossed in the trash and starting to die/wilte, given that she became a ghost.

In the Dark World, Boo is the caretaker of the Garden. She was created by the Knight with his power and charged with protecting the Garden and its inhabitants.

On the first day she arrived, she asked to help the Darkners living there to restore the garden into the beautiful place it is today. Its habitants now consider themselves as her people as they admire her ever since.

Long after her arrival, the Knight broke into the place with bad intentions, causing chaos all around the Garden. Boo confronted him, as her only role was to protect the Garden and everyone, but she failed as she was too weak, she got killed in battle.

Seeing how much she has grown, the Knight decided to give her a gift before leaving, a reward. It was a Shadow Crystal. After receiving it, Boo was able to come back to life due to its power, but a lot of memories had to disappear with it. She then became the coo coo crazy lady she is now.

To this day, she’s keeping the Crystal inside her head, hidden behind the rose that’s replacing her eye and hiding the crackles. If the Lightners confront her, that means she’s going to see the Crystal taken away from her, as well as her life support.

Personality-wise, Boo kind of acts like Muffet in Undertale (greedy, intimidating, hypocritical, …) she genuinely seems pretty nice and sweet to everyone. Her text quirk is often having tildes “~” at the end of her sentences. She also speaks with normal caps (no uppercase).

She has a second form where she actually speaks in all caps, like Jevil and Spamton.

SAY HELLO TO... SHERIFF WOOSTERN !!

It was about time for this post to get an upgrade. Now, i don't think there's many of you, but for those who don't know her, allow me to re-tell you the story of Sheriff Woostern; My Deltarune Chapter 3 Secret Boss OC...

███████ ████ ███ was a former child actress on Starry Lands, known for her role as "Sheriff Woostern" on the show "Woostern & Friends". It was quite the popular show among the darkners, but most improtantly, among the lightners; the main reason the show existed to begin with.

She was a very talented actress for such a young darkner, almost as if she truly believed that she was a Sheriff and a "true hero", and that everything that happened at the show was... Real.

Nonetheless, things were going great for her. Everyone on the studio loved her, she became close friends with Ms. Mari, another actress who worked on the show, and overall, it seems that life could only get better for her...

But... One day, something strange happened. "Woostern" was alone in her green room that day, just drawing things as she usually did, waiting for The Director or Ms. Mari to call her to record a new episode. She heard a knock on her door, excited, she ran over almost immediately to open it to whoever it was. She has always been a bit air headed, perhaps that's why she didn't notice the strange darkness growing from under the door...

And when she opened the door, she was met by... Him. The man introduced himself as a big fan of her show, so much that he came over to the studio, only to meet her. "Woostern" was excited and cheerful to meet the man, she didn't know any better. Suddenly, the man offered the young actress a present. A little gift inside a box. "Woostern" happily accepted the gift and opened the box.

Inside the box was... A large piece of cloth, and a strange crystal. She looked up and the man had dissapeared. She looked at the piece of cloth, and it ocurred to her that it was meant to be some kind of clothing, so she decided to try to put it on. And when she did, the strange cloth transformed, into a very fiiting poncho, with a big smile on it. She loved it. Little did she know, that that "poncho" had more secrets inside of it than what it seemed.

Not long after that, people started to notice strange behavior coming from the little actress, she started to whisper things to herself quite often, and sometimes even suddenly disappeared with no excuses or explanations other than she was doing it for a "friend". And all of that, without ever taking her new poncho off.

Not long after that, the lightners stopped enjoying, caring, and watching the show. The ratings were low, and there was no way the show could keep up like this. So, The Director took the decision of cancelling "Woostern & Friends". When the young actress heard the news... Something changed. Something horrible. Something inside of her... SNAPPED. The recording set of the show was destroyed, in what seemed to be a fit of anger and desperation, by what people thought was "Woostern" herself. When she was finished, the young actress seemed like she couldn't remember anything of what just happened. She was the sheriff, why was everyone blaming her for this? Why was everyone talking to her like she was some sort of criminal? With tears in her eyes, she ran away from the studio before anyone could stop her.

Nowadays people have forgotten about the show, and The Director stopped searching for her assuming that she was taken by the young lightner when he went to college. In reality, she's hiding, waiting, for someone to help her out of this dilemma she has found herself in. But the poncho she's wearing... Her "friend"... Seems happier than ever.

Now, enough sad backstories.

As said in the image, she's strongly based on the Woody Theory, so her whole western theme, along with some other points, are not really that original.

She's a sweety pie the 70% of the time, helping Kris and becoming friends with them , the other 30% she's busy being the secret boss.

Her lightworld counterpart is a random doll Asriel used to play with, then forgot about it when he got older, and then abandoned it when he went to college. Pretty much like Toy Story 3, yeah!

About her design, i tried to go for a more cartoonish/doll? styled, making her whole torso being cover by the oversized poncho, the little hands, rosy cheeks and eyes way too big to be a human. And as for the poncho, well, you can already tell where her "friend" is, right?
