The first five are finally finished! Five more to go… The other five aren’t as finished as these were lmao. There’s a few details missing here but I fixed them in their actual files! I definitely moved away from an actual emulation of Mizuno Junko’s style and more like…a general tribute. I had to find a happy medium that was more comfortable and less strict for me!

Also since there are so many drawings for this series, I decided to just pose them like their character portraits, lightly modified to increase the visual interest (a slightly stronger gesture). I really wanted to keep this fun instead of painful, so the palettes are also color picked from their portraits and then modified by using purples and reds to shade and filters. I tried a lot of new things and I’ve been having fun!

0/10 Not even in his "human" form, he's a sweet dude, just a bit horny

3/10 Only in his bad ending but I would rather cut my arm than touch this babe in a harmful way

8/10 Very close to wanting to beat the shit out of this dude but not fully, I sympathise with him a lot

I think if sei (sickly, secluded in a tower, most likely in pain 24/7) and noiz (no feelings of pain, no physical sensation, secluded in his home until he escaped) just had a talk. for funsies. I think mental illness would ensues and I would like to study them like deep sea shrimps

Being a Dramatical Murder fan is interesting because I hate it and I could rant about it for an entire day and not be done listing my grievances, but I like the damn game.

As a hetero-romantic asexual man, I am nowhere in the game's target audience. Yet, somehow, Dramatical Murder is one of my favorite games of all time. The story and world are so interesting that I will often forget that the main reason people play it is for the hanky-panky. Playing this game is like I'm eating the most bomb ass fries I've ever had, and the chief comes to my table and pours some shitty tasting sauce on them. But like I'm still eating 'em cause they're fucking amazing fries? And people around me think I like the sauce, but no, I'm actually just in love with the fries.

I love the story and lore, but I hate that it sexualizes gay men. I love the music, but I hate the twist of Clear being a robot. I love the way it squishes several different aesthetics together in a way that looks visually appealing, but Mink's design and backstory feels inspired by the struggles of Native Americans, which is fine, but he's characterized as being very violent, which perpetuates negative stereotypes. I love Sei, but the fact that Aoba didn't try to save his long lost brother after he found out Ren took over their body pisses me off.

I left some points out, but I think I got the point across. DMMD sucks, I love it.
