Celebrating 5 Years of ShadowBox! 🎉

It’s incredible to see how far this club has come.

From a small, empty studio with just 6 boxing bags and some dusty hand weights, we've grown into a vibrant powerhouse that many call their second home.

Built from the ground up, we are known as the family gym with a family feel, a smile on everyone’s faces and big competitive heart beat to follow.

No franchise approach, no big box vibe, no backend support. We’re just a bunch of fitness enthusiasts and combat specialists striving to become 'harder to kill.' 😝

ShadowBox has forged incredible, lifelong friendships with the focus to always stick together in any circumstances.

We've championed numerous charities, won multiple awards and stood as a pillar for our local community.

Have we made mistakes? Absolutely. We're only human. But in our pursuit of greatness, our members' have always been our top priority.

Reaching the 5-year mark is a testament to the amazing community we've built and the lives we’ve impacted along the way. Everyone who has stepped through our doors has progressed in our time together. I'm proud of that. From our dedicated members to our phenomenal coaching team, thank you for being a part of this journey. 🙏

Our mission has always been to create a space where fitness, community and support come together. Because of you, we keep pushing forward. In the coming months, we're excited to move into a bigger and better facility where the fitness world meets the dojo, welcoming all walks of life to train. This is where the real magic happens.
