I don’t know what it is about the books I’m reading and making me want to try digital painting, but here I am.

#Emile's Arts #When the Moon was ours #I did want to make this look a bit more crowded. Sense the entire town was meant to be there #And honestly I should have #But EH. I worked on it for 2 hours so it's whatever #I've been rewatching a lot of Drawfee speed draws where Jacob does lineless colors and I've been wanting to learn it #I can't do it WELL but it's fun #Anyway I finished When the Moon was Ours in a little under a week #It was alright.#Not even gonna lie like a little bit here by the end I felt a major connection to Payton Bonner #It was like. This part. That really made me realize I was sympathizing with the book's bully again #She may have been my favorite character actually fkdghjkfdkgld #Homophobic Lesbian red head girl.#This looks like something someone would make in MS Paint and it's bothering me #but then I look at how I rendered the shading in Sam's hair and I feel better #idk idk there's things I like and things I hate about this one #At the end of the day. I'm glad I did it.#It was good practice if anything #I'm going back to the library tomorrow and getting the second book in the Wayward children series #So I might make more for that who knows
