A Little Sigh of Autumn

↑This image is one of the screenshots from Miitopia that I posted on March 1, 2017. Similar to yesterday’s post, this image was also temporarily marked as 'Sexual' and made private. After filing a complaint, both yesterday’s image and this one have been restored.

↑My sonycat（どこでもいっしょ、Toro&Kuro） figure. The Shibitoro(屍人(SHIBITO/SIREN's Zombie)+トロ（TORO)) in the middle was created in collaboration with the game SIREN(wikipedia). It came about through a connection with Sony… I also have another blog where I write in Japanese, and there, a photo of a character named 'Shibitro's' mouth was flagged as sensitive content. I explained that it was just an image of a figure's mouth, and this post was also restored. However, I can somewhat understand the reaction to Shibitro, since it's still considered 'too scary.'

In June of this year, I wrote a somewhat serious post about Miis, Nintendo, and Japan. To my surprise, I received far more responses than I had anticipated (thank you!). I also published a Japanese version of the article with many additional notes, but it only received one reaction.

And that single reaction came from a blog that had reblogged a large number of explicit sexual images (actual sexual content, with exposed genitals), and amidst all of that, they reblogged my serious post, which felt like a form of harassment. Naturally, I reported this to Tumblr in disgust. (I wonder what happened to that blog?)

I don’t really have a particular point to make, but I just wanted to share this with a bit of a sigh, as something that happens.

Wait, there’s something I want to say. Aren’t there far more blatantly sexual blogs out there than mine, which just features my cute Miis and Sonycats...😒
