More headcanon stuff im sorry chat

They basically use two sets of earings and a ring Earings for embracing vaugarde's costumes and rings for embracing the island's; Something about wearing a piece of precious rocks with your partner(s) that feels a bit cool.

You can find precious rocks everywhere in the universe but it feels so intimate to get them handmade just for you

Siffrin also paints his nails to get matching with Isabeau and Loop (Loop doesn't need to paint their nails but its the thought that counts). Amen. Thats all folks.

Basic breakdown of Siffrin in "A Twist of Fate" AU under the cut!

Siffrin's history here would honestly be best summarized as an 'earlier intervention?' Siffrin already mentions people being willing to lend them a spot to rest in canon, anyways. At the tender age of... Young. Siffrin washed up in a Northern Vaugarde town and started travelling, just like I imagine they did in canon. The main difference ATOF throws in is, at some point, they ended up staying at a House of Change for a while.

The thing, for them, is this. It was really just meant to be a few days. They'd been going through a particularly rough patch, and the chance to catch their breath was welcomed. A few days turned into a few weeks; joining in on some of the smaller classes proved to be a nice use of their time, and before they knew it, they'd unofficially decided not to leave.

Life is pretty casual for the next handful of years. Siffrin grows up, learns new things, gets to meet the variety of people who come here to Change. They learn what a capital-C Change even is. It isn't what they're missing, but they tentatively adopt the belief for lack of a better option - all the while, taking note of the little things that do feel right. Before they really know it, they've become this House's Head Housemaiden. They're still not absolutely sure they're the right choice.

That out of the way! A few smaller things:

Siffrin, while still shy, is much more openly affectionate! The number of complexes compared to canon is basically halved, on that front.

They were already the Head Housemaiden when Isabeau came to start his Change... if I remember Xander's rambles right. I could be wrong about this one

Sifloopis/Isafrinloop/??? is canon here :]

Siffrin is STILL short. Not as short as canon, though! He gets... two more inches. The 5'1 has graduated to 5'3 🎉

Also in line for silly stupid headcanons;

Loop pulsates (so you can feel their heartbeat before you touch them but you have to be close enough) like a star and instead of hearing their heartbeat you just hear something like the sun sonification thing that nasa did a while ago.

It sounds a lot like a microwave but for everyone there it would sound so weird, at best. Scary at worst...

Loop can't hear it mostly for the same reasons we usually don't hear our body functioning; It just filters out. A panic attack or anything of that kind would be so extra terrifying, though

Just noticed I forgot Loop's tail in one of the sketches. Oopsies
