“Suppress/Pastel” Day 2 - February 19 DWC

There was something about Pandaria that brought out a persons inner peace. Kai found herself walking along the stone pathways, across wooden bridges, under the canopy of trees and branches. She had been coming here for some time, when time allowed her such pleasures. No one knew about her journeys here.

"I see you've returned sooner then we had planed. I sense something troubles you my dear." Kai smiles warmly at the pandaren woman that sat in the center of a field. She and Chi'u Silentsign had become quick friends over the past few months she had started coming to Pandaria. As always there was a place for Kai to sit as if Chi'u knew that she would come. Taking her seat, Kai looks out over the sea.

The sun was slowly setting, beautiful pastel colors dances across the waves below. She took her seat next to Chi'u, legs crossing, back straight, chin held high while her hands come to rest on her knees. For the first few hours, both she and Chi'u meditated.

Following the sensation of her breaths she centers herself as it goes in and as it goes out. Here no one judged her, she did not even judge herself. The thoughts of this morning soon became a distant memory. When and if her mind started to wonder, she focused on her breathing.

After two hours Kai's eyes open as the sounds of the land around her brings an even more inner peace with in her heart. The evening would be filled with her and Chi'u speaking of recent happenings, Kai's nightmares and other things. They would enjoy a dinner together, and retire to Chi'u's home for the night.

It was here that Kai was learning how to let go of her past, to move on. No longer would her past suppress her.

What happened yesterday in New Zealand was a very tragic day.

49 Muslims lost their lives.

It was a bad day.

Please everyone, do not be sacred!

If you are a Muslim, do not be scared to go out. Do not be sacred scared to go to the mosque.

If you are a hijab, wearing Muslim woman, do not be sacred to go out to the shops or the mosques.

Please don’t be scared, ok!

So, we are all here standing together with you.

We are all human beings, no matter what our background is.
