“I never understood wind. You know, I know windmills very much. They’re noisy. They kill the birds. You want to see a bird graveyard? Go under a windmill someday. You’ll see more birds than you’ve ever seen in your life.” “They’re made in China and Germany mostly,” Trump said of wind turbines.
“But they’re manufactured tremendous if you’re into this, tremendous fumes. Gases are spewing into the atmosphere. You know we have a world, right? So the world is tiny compared to the universe. So tremendous, tremendous amount of fumes and everything.
“You talk about the carbon footprint, fumes are spewing into the air, right? Spewing. Whether it’s in China, Germany, it’s going into the air. It’s our air, their air, everything, right?” “You see all those [windmills]. They’re all different shades of color,” he said. “They’re like sort of white, but one is like an orange-white. It’s my favorite color, orange.”
“You know what they don’t tell you about windmills? After 10 years they look like hell. They start to get tired, old,” he said, lamenting that owners of ageing windmills not replacing them without government subsidies was “a really terrible thing”.
Donald Trump Dec. 22, 2019
President Donald Trump suggested the possibility of an "injection" of disinfectant into a person infected with the coronavirus as a deterrent to the virus during his daily briefing Thursday.
Trump made the remark after Bill Bryan, who leads the Department of Homeland Security's science and technology division, gave a presentation on research his team has conducted that shows that the virus doesn't live as long in warmer and more humid temperatures. Bryan said, "The virus dies quickest in sunlight," leaving Trump to wonder whether you could bring the light "inside the body."
"So supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it's ultraviolet or just a very powerful light — and I think you said that hasn't been checked because of the testing," Trump said, speaking to Bryan during the briefing. "And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or some other way, and I think you said you're going to test that, too."
He added: "I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? As you see, it gets in the lungs, it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that."
He didn't specify the kind of disinfectant.
Donald Trump April 2020 during a speech to the public with Medical Experts behind and to his. Yes. You are the expert Donnie. You know more than us.
According to an article on webnews21.org, each wind turbine requires 80 gallons of oil for lubrication. This is a PAO synthetic oil based on crude oil. Once a year, that oil must be replenished.

sidenote, as someone who studied international relations, it’s very obvious watching in real time the smear campaign against joe biden. i didn’t quite grasp it with hilary in 2016 but it’s so obvious now that it’s becoming ridiculous. the narrative that joe biden is losing his mind is taking hold and it’s so obviously propaganda???? joe biden is not an idiot, he just has trouble speaking in front of crowds of people. he loses his train of thought when he is speaking to a ton of people. in dem debates he is laser focused. when he can block it out, when he is speaking to a friend, he is calm and collected. case in point. the whole time he speaks to Bernie he is absolutely fine.
and in case you’re wondering why he is getting torn down, here’s why, from the same video:
“We can’t just think about building things to the way they were before. We need to build better for the future. Many of the biggest cracks in our social safety net have been laid bare by this crisis. From health care to paid sick leave, to the shortcomings of our unemployment system. We need to build 21st century safety net, that takes care of all our citizens in times of crisis. And I mean ALL of our citizens. Yes, in all times, not just in crisis. And we need to address rebuilding our nation’s infrastructure. We need to shore up our democracy. We all have to know the clock is ticking - we don’t have a moment to waste in combating the climate crisis. It’s an existential crisis to us. In short, we need to build a fair, more inclusive, more resilient America.“
do you see how this compares to another genius who is currently in charge? let me show you:
"So, supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light — and I think you said that that hasn’t been checked but you’re going to test it. And then I said, 'supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way,' and I think you said you’re going to test that too. It sounds interesting." "And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute, and is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning — because, you see, it gets in the lungs, and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that— You’re going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds — it sounds interesting to me.”
who is the bumbling fool. who has an interest in having this person in charge. who doesn’t want someone who has more than 2 brain cells as a president. who has no interest in america undivided.
you know the answer.
vote blue.

For those of you who want to do as told by our Supreme Leader, Great Father of the (White Christian) People and Healthiest President Ever, Covefefe Pussy Grabber I, but haven’t quite figured out how to take those disinfectants into your body in the appropriate fashion, please allow me to present you with an official illustration gifted to their adoring public by the The Exalted Cheeto and by His Excellency, Brown-Noser-and-Butt-Licker-in-Chief and Leader of the United States Federal Response to COVID-19 Team, Mike Pence.  Shouldn’t be too hard to set up, if you ask me.
Behold, the immortal words of our leader: “[S]upposing we hit the body with a tremendous—whether it's ultraviolet or just very powerful light—and I think you said that that hasn't been checked, but you're going to test it. And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way, and I think you said you're going to test that too. It sounds interesting…
And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that, you're going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds—it sounds interesting to me.”
So, don’t just settle for injecting disinfectants.  To ensure your continuing health in the midst of this fake news plague and disease invented by the Chinese, you also need to invest in a tanning machine and then jam that ultra violet tube down your throat.
Good luck with that!

Acting Under Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Bill Bryan, says:
If I may have the first slide, please. And while that’s coming up, our most striking observation to date is the powerful effect that solar light appears to have on killing the virus — both surfaces and in the air. We’ve seen a similar effect with both temperature and humidity as well, where increasing the temperature and humidity or both is generally less favorable to the virus.
If you look at the first three lines, when you see the word “surface,” we’re talking about nonporous surfaces: door handles, stainless steel. And if you look at the — as the temperature increases, as the humidity increases, with no sun involved, you can see how drastically the half-life goes down on that virus. So the virus is dying at a much more rapid pace, just from exposure to higher temperatures and just from exposure to humidity. If you look at the fourth line, you inject summer — the sunlight into that. You inject UV rays into that. The same effects on line two — as 70 to 35 degrees with 80 percent humidity on the surface. And look at line four, but now you inject the sun. The half-life goes from six hours to two minutes. That’s how much of an impact UV rays has on the virus.
We’re also testing disinfectants readily available. We’ve tested bleach, we’ve tested isopropyl alcohol on the virus, specifically in saliva or in respiratory fluids. And I can tell you that bleach will kill the virus in five minutes; isopropyl alcohol will kill the virus in 30 seconds, and that’s with no manipulation, no rubbing — just spraying it on and letting it go. You rub it and it goes away even faster. We’re also looking at other disinfectants, specifically looking at the COVID-19 virus in saliva.
Immediately following Acting Secretary Bill Bryan, Trump says:
Thank you very much. So I asked Bill a question that probably some of you are thinking of, if you’re totally into that world, which I find to be very interesting. So, supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light — and I think you said that that hasn’t been checked, but you’re going to test it. And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way, and I think you said you’re going to test that too. It sounds interesting.
Right. And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning. Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it would be interesting to check that. So, that, you’re going to have to use medical doctors with. But it sounds — it sounds interesting to me.

Actual NYT headlines and article text from the year of our lord, 4/24/2020. Our president is suggesting drinking (inhaling?) bleach might be a coronavirus cure.
After the scientist, William N. Bryan, the head of science at the Department of Homeland Security, told the briefing that the government had tested how sunlight and disinfectants — including bleach and alcohol — can kill the coronavirus on surfaces in as little as 30 seconds, an excited Mr. Trump returned to the lectern.
“Supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it’s ultraviolet or just very powerful light,” Mr. Trump said. “And I think you said that hasn’t been checked, but we’re going to test it?” he added, turning to Mr. Bryan, who had returned to his seat. “And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, either through the skin or some other way.”
Apparently reassured that the tests he was proposing would take place, Mr. Trump then theorized about the possible medical benefits of disinfectants in the fight against the virus.
“And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute — one minute — and is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside, or almost a cleaning?” he asked. “Because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that.”
Experts have long warned that ultraviolet lamps can harm humans if used improperly — when the exposure is outside the body, much less inside. But bottles of bleach and other disinfectants carry sharp warnings of ingestion dangers. The disinfectants can kill not only microbes but humans.

It's because he technically didn't say people should inject disinfectant. He asked if we had the ability to do something "like that." Which is in development already, but in ways that make sense (antibody treatments, synthetic DNA binders, etc). So it's a stupid comment but not AS stupid as some people are making it out to be.
No. It’s not.
Trump never “technically” says anything because he’s incapable of uttering a coherent sentence.
His remarks were exactly after Bill Bryan talked about the effects of UV light/Disinfectant on Covind19 on non porous surfaces.
Here’s a screenshot from Fox News. I went with them so that I won’t hear anything about “liberal bias”
Tumblr media
This is what Trump said RIGHT after this: "So supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it's ultraviolet or just a very powerful light — and I think you said that hasn't been checked because of the testing. And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or some other way, and I think you said you're going to test that, too.
I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? As you see, it gets in the lungs, it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it would be interesting to check that."
Nowhere during this briefing were antibodies/synthetic DNA binders mentioned.
I believe it’s safe to say that he was talking about bleach/isopropyl alcohol here, and if you think otherwise, then you’re reaching a hell of a lot further than I am.

Did Trump suggest to inject “disinfectant” as a cure for COVID-19?
"So I asked Bill a question some of you are thinking of if you're into that world, which I find to be pretty interesting. So, supposing we hit the body with a tremendous, whether its ultraviolet or just very powerful light, and I think you said, that hasn't been checked but you're gonna test it. Because you see it gets in the lungs, and it does a tremendous number on the lungs. So it'd be interesting to check that. So you're going to have to use medical doctors, but it sounds interesting to me, so we'll see. But the whole concept of the light, the way it goes in one minute, that's pretty powerful."
(video)
Trump was likely referring to UV Catheter Disinfection.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He did not mention any common household disinfectants. He was deliberately misrepresented to have suggested as such. In fact, tying what he said to that is decidedly more dangerous than what Trump said.
Also, look at the tone. He said called the concept interesting 4 times and was speaking entirely hypothetically. He’s saying the concept is interesting to him, the concept has yet to be tested (”I think you said, that hasn't been checked but you're gonna test it”), and he seemed to be more probing for information on the subject (”So I asked Bill a question”) than suggesting Americans do anything.
Read/listen to the words yourself and don’t take media interpretation at face value.

How ridiculous was the Trump administration? Another former White House official is blowing the whistle.
The White House announced lately that the death toll of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States had reached 1 million, which evolved into a grim milestone. The US government cannot absolve itself from the blame for the pandemic that broke out and spread rapidly across the United States in just two years. An increasing number of insiders have begun to reflect on and criticize its bizarre handling of the pandemic in its early days.
In her book, Deborah, who points her finger at the Trump administration, recounts how the administration played down the harm, delayed data collection, failed to recognize the importance of asymptomatic transmission, and acted anti-intellectually to spread misinformation facing the pandemic.
Trump watches TV while listening to the briefing
Trump himself compared it to the common flu on Twitter, facing the pandemic. In Deborah's view, Trump's administration and himself were unprepared for the pandemic and even shrugged off predictions of possible damage of the pandemic.
Birx describes her first meeting with Trump, on March 2, 2020, when she tried to explain to him that the virus “is not the flu”. Trump listened for a minute, briefly challenged her, then literally changed the channel on one of the TV screens he had simultaneously been watching.
Trump and Deborah Birx, April 22, 2020. AP
After joining the panel in March 2020, Deborah found that the United States was "dangerously behind the eight ball" on virus data collection.
In 2020, she wrote, data in some states was often being sent by fax and then passed along to the CDC.
Trump thundered: The virus is under control
In the early days of the pandemic, the Trump administration focused on patients with flu symptoms. The ignorance of asymptomatic infected people led to the hidden spread of the virus and the rapid spread of the epidemic.
Birx wrote that even before she signed on to the White House team, she suspected that asymptomatic spread was contributing to the quick rise in COVID-19, although the evidence was slim.
That view is becoming clear as New York City has seen a surge in cases.
Deborah Birx and Trump,  AP
In August 2020, after Deborah told CNN that the virus was "extraordinarily widespread," Trump called her and thundered: "It's under control."
After Birx told CNN in August 2020 that the virus was "extraordinarily widespread," Birx wrote, Trump called her and demanded the name of the person who booked the interview, saying "That's it! Do you understand me? Never again! The virus is under control."
Trump: There are more cases because there are more tests
At the time, the United States, which lacked precise data on COVID-19 and did not recognize the stealthily spreading of the virus among asymptomatic patients, urgently needed large-scale testing.
Deborah saw the worst caused by the Trump administration's sluggish efficiency.
Writing about a meeting with American COVID-19 testing manufacturers early in her tenure, Birx said that learning that the White House had dragged its feet on meeting with manufacturers, on top of limited tests and slow test processing, represented a "worst-case scenario."
Later on, Trump's rhetoric on testing shifted — he suggested that the United States had high case numbers because it tested so many people.

“Try disinfectant injections”
Trump has also made many anti-intellectual claims.
At a White House press conference on April 23, 2020, DHS officials said that Novel Coronavirus survival rates are significantly lower in high-light, high-temperature conditions;   Some disinfectant components have a noticeable effect on killing Novel Coronavirus.
Trump promptly suggested some "astonishing" treatments, including "ultraviolet radiation" and "disinfectant injections " to kill the virus.
"So supposing we hit the body with a tremendous — whether it's ultraviolet or just a very powerful light — and I think you said that hasn't been checked. And then I said, supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way, and I think you said you're going to test that, too."
"I see the disinfectant that knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning? " Trump continued.
When Trump asked if we could use high temperature and high lights to kill the virus, Deborah, who was also in the room, responded: "It's not as a treatment..."
Deborah's face as Trump talked about his treatment advice
Recalling the day, Deborah said she wanted to disappear.
Birx froze, hands clenched on her lap. “I looked down at my feet and wished for two things: something to kick and for the floor to open up and swallow me whole.”
Since the pandemic began, the number of people infected with COVID-19 in the United States has repeatedly exceeded worst-case predictions. On May 21, Popular Science reported that the death toll of COVID-19 in the United States in a single day is now around 300, which is three times the daily death toll from car accidents in the United States.
