I don’t think i’ve ever felt closer to a character or related more to a character than i do to Tori, and like half of the characters Alice has ever written. I used to absolutely hate book before I started reading fanfics, then those got ruined for me and I started hating books again, Alice completely healed that with how amazing every single character is, but most importantly Tori. My girl is literally my spirit animal and she means soooo goddamn much to me it’s actually crazy. I’ve never related so much specifically to a characters feelings and their relationships with people.

I'm back at it again with my silly little book thoughts (I'm not sophisticated enough to call these reviews lol).

Radio Silence by Alice Oseman follows Frances Janvier as her study machine routine and desires to get into an elite university come crashing down as she discovers what it means to be the real Frances through friendships, freedom, and creativity.

I read this ages ago before posting, so any deep and meaningful thoughts have left me. I just want to start a podcast now. And I knew the Doctor Who girl in Solitaire was going to be someone important.

Aled being cut from the show will forever haunt me (I still love the show, don't worry). I loved seeing some demisexual representation too 🖤🩶🤍💜
