Hai!! love your gemstuck AU SOOO much the characters are expertly picked, but I do have a question! Do Karkat and Dave turn into a fusion of Karkat and Dave OR do they turn into another homestuck character?

And to answer your question, (I’ve been looking forward to answering this actually!!) because Garnet is such a major character in the show, making an entirely new character just seems like a wasted opportunity. Also this character works so well for a mash of Dave and Karkat’s personalities
