TMNT Ask Game

25.) What is one of your favorite TMNT AUs?

Ooh, tough. Of course it'd be cheating to say my own. In that case... well it's not really an AU based on any canon iteration, it's an original iteration by a friend of mine. But I really love the art style and everything about TMNT: SplashShock! The art and writing is awesome, I've been able to see a lot of stuff Mikey's been cooking up. I can't wait for the first official episode to drop! :D

(I had a lot of trouble answering this one because I tend to focus on my own stuff more or only know about friends' projects. I'm tired and distracted all the time, pls forgive orz)

35.) Which character relationships are your favorite to write/draw?

Ooh that's a tough one too, I think it's tied.

Writing-wise, one of the biggest ones is Casey Jr. and Present Leo. Casey Jr.'s relationship with Future Leo has been well-explored by the fandom already, but I'm super interested in how he and Present Leo get along with each other, especially post-movie considering their emotional conflict. How is Casey going to move on from Future Leo's death given that a teen Leo is right in front of him? How does Leo react to Casey's idolization and high expectations? I could go on about it but I should probably save it for another time. Their conflict and what happens post-movie is def one of my favorites.

The other one I love to explore is, of course, Draxum and Splinter. They have quite a history, and their old married/divorced couple banter is hilarious. I like to explore how they grow together and move forward as co-parents (and maybe even lovers~) It's everything I enjoy about a old man gay ship.
