Swimming Pool Chemicals at Best Price in United Kingdom - Swimming Pool Pumps UK
What chemical is used to treat swimming pool water?
There are several chemicals commonly used to treat swimming pool water and maintain its cleanliness and safety. The primary chemicals used in pool water treatment include:
Tumblr media
Chlorine: Chlorine is the most common disinfectant used in swimming pools. It kills bacteria and other harmful microorganisms in the water. Chlorine is available in various forms, including liquid, granules, and tablets.
Bromine: Bromine is an alternative to chlorine and is often used in hot tubs and indoor pools. It works as a sanitizer similar to chlorine but is more stable at higher temperatures.
pH Adjusters: pH levels in pool water need to be balanced to ensure the effectiveness of chlorine or bromine. pH adjusters, such as sodium carbonate (soda ash) or muriatic acid, are used to raise or lower the pH as needed.
Alkalinity Adjusters: Substances like sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) are used to control the total alkalinity of the pool water. Proper alkalinity helps stabilize the pH levels.
Calcium Hardness Increasers: Calcium chloride might be added to raise the calcium hardness level of the water, especially in areas with soft water.
Algaecides: Algaecides are chemicals used to prevent or kill algae growth in the pool. They are often used as a preventive measure to keep the pool water clear and free from algae.
Clarifiers: Pool clarifiers help in coagulating tiny particles in the water, making it easier for the filter system to remove them. This process improves water clarity.
Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer): Cyanuric acid is used as a stabilizer to prevent the breakdown of chlorine molecules due to UV rays from the sun. It is especially important in outdoor pools to maintain the effectiveness of chlorine.
Shocking Agents: Shock treatments involve adding a highly concentrated dose of chlorine to the pool water to kill bacteria, algae, and other organic contaminants. This is typically done on a regular basis or when the pool water becomes cloudy or problematic.
It's important to note that the specific chemicals and their quantities required for pool maintenance can vary based on factors such as pool size, water temperature, weather conditions, and bather load. Pool owners should always follow the manufacturer's guidelines and consult with professionals if they are unsure about the proper chemical balance for their pool.

10 Thrifting Tips – Part ? I lost count just check my thrifting tag
1) Make friends with the staff. If you go into a particular thrift store frequently it’s well worth it to get friendly with the staff. Ask them about their day, chat with them about what you’re buying, infodump if you’ve found something exciting and unusual. When the staff get to know you and know what you buy they’ll start pointing out things in the store that have come in since the last time you were there, that fit your interests. They may even start putting things aside for you. Recently I walked into my favorite thrift store and had 2 separate staff members say ‘Oh I’ve got something for you’. Plus having the staff greet you by name and having little inside jokes with them just makes the whole experience more fun.
2) Brita jugs turn up at the thrift store frequently. If tap water in your area is safe but has A Taste, keep an eye out at the thrift store.
3) Coffee making equipment. Capsule coffee makers, the wire racks that hold the capsules, French presses, these all get donated frequently. The occasional espresso machine comes in – and goes out very quickly. Now and then you’ll find pour-over coffee equipment. If you like your bean juice you can get the equipment you need to make fancy bean juice at the thrift store.
4) Handmade pottery mugs. Story time: About 6 or 7 years ago I went into a thrift store and someone had obviously just cleaned out their mug cupboard and donated a pile of handmade pottery. I bought 4 because I thought they were cool, very tactile, nice to hold. This AWOKE something in me. Humans have used handmade pottery for thousands of years and there’s something about holding a handmade mug that sparks a genetic memory of warmth and comfort. Pottery also has much better thermal properties than mass produced ceramic, hot stays hot longer and vice versa with cold. Build up a little collection of handmade pottery mugs from the thrift store, each one has its own personality and it brings joy using them.
5) In the same vein: teaspoons. Build up a collection of fun teaspoons and take joy from using different ones depending on your mood. I have one with an owl on the end and another with a rose, a brass one with a wiggly handle in the shape of a snake, one that has the branding of an airline that now only uses wooden stirrers - probably because people kept pocketing the stainless-steel teaspoons (I always wanted to steal one as a child but never had the nerve). Whenever I need a teaspoon it’s always a little endorphin boost to open the drawer and select the perfect one for today.
6) If you need something to do a specific job, be patient, you will find the perfect thing eventually. I switched to solid shampoo and my old soap dish wasn’t big enough to hold my shampoo bar and my regular soap, so I waited and watched and found the perfect little glass tray that was exactly the right size and fits perfectly on the shelf in my shower. I could have bought a brand new made-for-that-purpose multi soap holder, but it wouldn’t have been as cool looking and when I’m done with it, it wouldn’t necessarily get another life.
7) Gift supplies. Thrift stores often have a selection of unused gift wrap, bags, bows, cards. It’s worth it to sift through what they’ve got and buy any you think you might use – even if you don’t have an immediate use for it. That stuff can get expensive so if you can create a small stash then, when you need it, you won’t have to shell out $$.
8) Look for things that can be made over – or thrift flipped as the DIY content creators like to say. There’s so much satisfaction from looking at something that was plain ugly when you bought it and you’ve turned it into something pretty. It doesn’t need to be a major transformation that requires 5 different power-tools and 100 bucks worth of supplies. It can be as simple as a lick of paint, but every time you look at you will feel good about it.
9) Sometimes it’s worth buying something that’s just really cool and figuring out a use for it later. I bought the coolest little silver plated mustard pot; it has 3 legs and at the top of each leg is a lion head. Do I eat mustard much? No. Did I know what the heck I would use it for? No. I get bad indigestion and keep antacids on hand, I hate how once you tear open the roll, they tend to spill everywhere so I like to put them in something. Guess what holds exactly one roll of antacids? If something is just freaking awesome but you don’t know what you’d use it for, you will find a use (and it will be so much cooler than anything else you might have bought for that purpose).
10) Use the fancy stuff. Don’t ever look at something in a thrift store and think: that’s too fancy, I’ll never use it. If it’s not bought and used it ends up in landfill. Save it from the landfill and use it. Today I bought the most OTT fancy silver pepper shaker to sit next to my stove and hold ground pepper for cooking with, one of my housemates never puts the damn pepper back in the cupboard when he’s finished with it, so now we have this ostentatious silver shaker next to the stove top. One of my dogs can be relied upon to get half of his food on the floor before he hoovers it up, I could have got a plastic mat to feed him on but I had a spare thrifted marble cutting/serving board (I have a problem, I own 3, I have so much trouble resisting them), and another plus - he can’t destroy it like he would a plastic mat. I keep my toothbrush in a crystal bud vase. I decant my micellar water into a bottle shaped like a seahorse. I eat off pretty vintage pink glass plates. Using the fancy stuff from thrift stores both helps you romanticize your own life and it gives these items another life. Do be sensible though, some items made before the early 1970s including glassware and dinnerware contain lead in the decoration so do your due diligence and be safe.

AE101 TRD 2000
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In October 1994, Toyota Racing Development (TRD) introduced the AE101 TRD 2000, a highly exclusive version of the Corolla GT sedan designed specifically for the Japanese market. This model was meticulously engineered to emulate the performance specifications of the 1994 Corolla JTCC race car. Under the hood, the TRD 2000 featured a naturally-aspirated 2.0-liter 3S-GE engine, delivering 180 PS (132 kW), coupled with a new 5-speed S54 manual gearbox. To enhance its performance, TRD equipped the car with a heavy-duty clutch, a mechanical limited-slip differential (LSD), and a quick shifter, ensuring precise and responsive gear changes.
The TRD 2000's handling was significantly improved with a new suspension system that lowered the ride height by 20 mm, alongside 15-inch TRD Type-FT wheels shod with Yokohama Grand Prix M5 tires. The braking system was upgraded with TRD brakes, providing superior stopping power. A stainless steel dual exhaust system not only improved performance but also added a distinctive sound. The car's exterior featured a subtle trunk spoiler and was available exclusively in white, giving it a clean and sporty appearance.
Inside, the TRD 2000 was fitted with König Prinz P200 bucket seats and a TRD steering wheel, creating a driver-focused cockpit. Despite its impressive features and race-inspired design, the TRD 2000 was a rare sight on the roads. Originally, 99 units were planned for production, but only 10 were sold due to the high price tag, which was even higher than the cost of the Celica GT-Four ST205. This limited availability and unique blend of performance and refinement make the TRD 2000 a coveted piece of Toyota's automotive history.

Staples (Dabi/Reader)
I don't post jack shit on here but figured I'd start posting my AO3 stuff on here so uh...
NSFW- graphic sex, medical procedures, minors fuck off
w/c: 3.7k
The smell of iron filled my nose as I soldered two pieces of titanium together. Molding them into the perfect shape to fit around an arm. Just enough space to feel comfy, yet tight enough to be of use. The titanium hook caught a glint of yellow light beaming from the overhead lamp above. A loud pounding reverberated through the room. My gaze darted toward the door, wondering if I’d mistook the sound for a knock. Furrowing my brows and standing up from my desk, I patiently waited for an affirmation. An acknowledgment that my mind wasn’t slipping. And it came. A harsher, angrier knock echoed around me. I started toward the door, stretching all four of my arms above my head. twisting the knob and pulling the door open, my gaze settled upon crimson eyes and a bloody mess. A man, who looked to be a quilt of purple and pale skin, and a familiar face.
“You got blood all over my door,” I huffed as I used three of my arms to lift the limp body. Warmth trickled down my torso as the man’s blood soaked into my shirt, turning the once pristine white fabric into a splotchy mess of red.
“I’ll pay you whatever. I kinda need this guy.” Tomura followed behind me, peering over my shoulders. His brows knit together, lips pressing into a thin line. I shot him a vacant glance as I set the body in my arms on a stainless steel surgical table.
“Two hundred fifteen thousand,” I muttered.
“What?! That’s way more than-”
“After hours and cleaning fee, jackass.” I huffed. My eyes drifted to a rip in the man’s jeans. Soaked with deep, coagulated blood. High on his thigh, and close enough to make my eyes widen as I realized just how close he was to death. The man gritted his teeth, hands attempting to grasp at the wound. I swatted his fingers away and turned to Tomura. I threw him a clean rag as my other hands dipped into the box of surgical gloves. I slid the latex over all of my fingers with a snap and began sifting through a pile of equipment. My fingers settled on a needle, grasping the plastic in my hand. I watched as Tomura placed the rag over the man’s leg, pressing down on the wound. He writhed, body thrashing against the table. I turned, shifting my focus to the refrigerator. Pulling the door open, my eyes scanned across rows and rows of neatly categorized vials. My lips moved in a wordless speech as I read the labels, stopping once I reached a vial of morphine. I plucked the bottle from its place, pinching it between two fingers, and shifted it to my palm. The chilled suspension pricked at my skin as I rolled the bottle between my palms, slowly, so as to not provoke any air bubbles. Tilting the vial upside down, I uncapped the needle and sunk the tip of it into the silicone cap. I pulled back on the plunger, drawing up the liquid. I chose a larger dose. Enough to send him into a nice high, but not enough to suppress respiration. I flicked my finger against the shaft of the syringe and approached the table. Using my other hands, I pulled the tourniquet tight around his arm. Pressing my fingers into his skin, I poked and prodded, hoping that a vein would show itself through the mess of burned skin that adorned his arm. The man shifted, eyes focused on the needle perched between my fingers. I pressed a free hand into his chest, holding him still. My eyes caught a glimpse of something, just enough to make me confident. A small, protruding, branch, just above the pit of his elbow. I swiftly grabbed an alcohol wipe, tore it between my teeth, and coated his skin with the substance. I lined the needle up with the vein, hopefully, a vein, and pushed through. I gently pulled back on the plunger, only to be met with a rich red. Slow-moving blood filled the tip of the syringe. I sighed, knowing I was in a vein, and pushed down, injecting the morphine into his system. His resistance stopped. I watched as his head lolled to the side. Pressing two fingers into his wrist, I felt for a pulse, a pulse which met my touch with a strong, pounding beat. I withdrew the needle, placing a cotton ball in its stead and slowly moving his arm, folding it to keep pressure on the vein. Two of my hands grasped at his belt, sliding the leather through his belt loops and leaving it to the side. The buckle clattered against the concrete floor. I undid his button and began pulling the denim down his legs to expose the wound. Tomura moved to the side, watching as I discarded the denim, tossing it onto the floor. I was met with a pair of black boxers that had flames running up the legs, and a wound that was spilling blood onto his marred skin.
“Nice panties.” I huffed, grabbing a pair of tweezers and a dish from a tray. I pulled the overhead light down above my head, further illuminating the mess of damaged flesh. And then I saw it. Past the layers and layers of shredded skin and muscle, was a small glimmer of silver, coated in dried, flaking blood. I sunk the tweezers into the wound, pushing past the edges of ripped muscle fibers. The man thrashed against my touch, his leg pulling away from my hand. I shot Tomura a glance, one that could communicate more than words. He stepped toward the table and held the man back. He dug his heels into the man’s shoulders. The man cried out as I grasped onto the bullet. My tweezers retreated from the wound, bringing the intact bullet along with it.
“Just one?” I asked, not looking up from the wound.
“Mhm.”
I set the dish aside, the steel clattering against the tray. Glancing at the sea of titanium in front of me, I decided to use a staple gun over stitches. I grabbed the gun, shifting it in my hands. With tweezers, I pinched the skin of the wound together. Lining the end of the gun up to the slit, I pushed down on the trigger. The machine clicked as it pushed the small metal staple through his skin. A guttural cry lurched from the man’s mouth, fading into silence. With a free hand, I checked his pulse again. Still strong, although he’d most likely gone into shock. I cursed at myself for forgetting to buy anesthetic. I looked up from the wound, eyes scanning across shaking gloved hands.
“He’s fine,” I muttered as I pushed a second staple into the man’s skin. Taking advantage of the stillness of my patient, I swiftly added a third staple, tugging the wound closed into a bulging seam. I pressed a cotton pad over the wound, curling gauze wrap around the damaged limb. I sighed and pulled my gloves off, tossing them toward the trash can. They landed on the floor, splattering blood onto the concrete upon impact. Tomura approached the surgical table, fingers grabbing at the man.
“You’re not moving him.” I huffed as I walked away toward a sink. I turned the faucet on, letting the cold water wash over my skin. I scrubbed the blood from my hands, digging my nails into my skin to scrape the dried flecks away.
“What do you want me to do?” He said softly.
“Wait a good twelve hours…minimum,” I mumbled as I turned off the sink. “Go get a coffee or go to an ATM and get my damn money. I don’t give a fuck what you do. But if he rips his staples out you’re gonna be in hot shit.”
“Well, what are you gonna do? With him, I mean.”
“Give him a good nap. At least I can make sure he’s healing from here.” I crossed two of my arms over my chest and walked back to the table. Tomura turned and slowly made his way to the door. The room was still, filled with a silence only broken up with soft music. I grabbed the man’s wrist and pressed my fingers into his skin. While the shock had lulled him into a catatonic state, his body was pushing forwards. I could feel the blood thumping against his arteries. I pulled back, only to slip my arms underneath his body. I lifted him off of the table and started off down the hallway. Encroaching upon a door, I turned the knob and stepped into the room. I set him down onto the plush covers of my bed, with another arm I grabbed a towel off of the nightstand and laid it out under his wound, gently elevating the limb off of the mattress. I draped a blanket over him, moving the fabric up over his hip so as not to obscure my view of his leg. He was still, body wrapped in the holds of a high that lulled him into a deep slumber. But he was alive. Femoral intact. I dropped my body onto the couch beside my bed. Kicking my shoes off of my feet, I sprawled out across the cushions. Stretching out my aching arms before wrapping them around my torso as sleep tugged at me. Pulling me closer, and closer, into darkness.
Heat. It lapped at my skin, ripping me from my slumber. My eyelids fluttered open, only to be met with a flurry of cerulean. My torso shot up off of the couch as my eyes settled on the figure in front of me.
“Who the fuck are you,” the man spoke in a deep voice, seething with rage. Lifting up his palm, he revealed a flame, close enough to make the air waver with heat. I pushed his wrist away, the heat of his skin singing my fingers.
“The person who just performed surgery on you,” I huffed and laid back down on the couch. “You kill me and you’re killing yourself. I'm the one who takes care of procedures for the league.” The flame faded, receding back into the man’s palm. His expression softened, brows raising from their furrowed position.
“Where’s Shigaraki?” He asked in a soft voice, just loud enough to prick at my eardrums.
“I told him to let you rest,” I explained, stretching out my limbs, the ache in my muscles fading. The man looked down at his bandaged thigh. A faint layer of red soaked into the bandages. His fingers tugged at the wrap. I leaned forwards, swatting his hands away from the wound. He pursed his lips and threw his body onto the bed, groaning loudly and throwing his head back.
“Where’s my shit?” He spat, arms crossing over his chest.
“Down the hall.” I lifted a finger and pointed to the door. His gaze followed before dropping back to the ceiling.
“You’re not gonna get it for me? Since I have to rest, you might as well.” His chest rumbled as he chuckled, the baritone rattling the walls. I clicked my tongue and sighed, sitting up off the couch.
“You decided to wear jeans and shoes to a gunfight, that’s your problem.” I slid my hand into my pocket and pulled out a pack of cigarettes.
“Can I have one?” The man asked, holding out his hand.
“As long as you got a light.” I plucked a cigarette from the pack and handed it to him before taking another and perching it between my lips. A blue flame erupted from his index finger. He held the flame to his cigarette, waiting until the glow of embers blossomed from the end. He took a drag and moved his finger to me. I could feel the heat radiating from him, bathing my skin in warmth. I pulled smoke from the cigarette down into my lungs, holding it and sinking into the feeling of my tingling fingers. Static washed over my brain as I let the smoke trickle from my lips.
“What’s your name?” The man spoke up. My eyes scanned his form. He sat on the edge of my bed, one leg up on the mattress. His wrist rested on his knee. Smoke seeped from the end of his cigarette.
I told him my name, “What about you? I’ve been calling you ‘flame panties’ in my head since I got you on the table.” He chuckled, lips curling up into a smile.
“It’s Dabi.”
He stood in my doorway. Shirt soaked in blood. Eyes half-lidded.
“Can you fix me up?” He stated plainly with a deep voice that filled my ears to the brim. I stepped aside, letting him come inside. I watched as he approached the table, hoisting himself up on his hands and sitting back on the cold steel. He gripped the hem of his shirt and pulled the fabric over his head. My eyes caught the silver barbells pierced through his nipples, then trailed along his torso. The seam between burnt and clean skin had split. I pushed my hand against his chest, moving him to lay back. I picked up my staple gun and tweezers and worked to pull the skin together and line the gun up with the seam. I pushed down on the trigger. A strained noise escaped his chest. I moved my tweezers across and lined myself up for another staple. The metal pierced through his skin, pulling the seam closed. He gripped my free wrist and tugged my hand toward his chest.
“Fuck.” He huffed. I soothed my hand over his chest, observing the difference in texture across his skin. We stayed like that for a moment, soaking in the silence. Until he sat up. My hand dropped back down to my side.
“About payment.” He muttered. “Can I Take you on a date instead?”
I finished off my yakitori skewer and brought my drink up to my lips.
“How’s your gunshot doing?” I asked, peering at him over the rim of my glass. I set it down on the table with a soft clink.
“S’fine. I know how to take care of wounds.” He looked down at me through half-lidded eyes. His cheeks were beginning to flush from the alcohol in his system.
“Why’d you come to me then?” I rested my chin on my hand, elbow digging into the table.
“For this.” He chuckled. He swung his arm around me and leaned in close.
“Did me calling you flame panties get you all hot and bothered?” I said with a smirk. He laughed, leaning in closer. His breath fanned over my face. I pressed my lips to his, my palm cupping his face. He worked his lips against mine, hand skimming up my thigh. I brushed my tongue against his bottom lip, urging him to open up. His lips parted and I took the opportunity to slide my tongue into his mouth, curling around his own. He let out a soft noise. The grip on my thigh tightened, nails digging into my skin.
“Can I take you back to my car?” He mumbled against my skin.
“How romantic.” I laughed lightly and placed a hand over his.
He pulled his car into an alley and shifted into park. His headlights went off, keys clinging as he pulled them out of the ignition. I kicked off my shoes and crawled over the center console. I spread out in the backseat and pulled my jacket from my shoulders. He pulled open the back door and leaned over me, not bothering to close the door behind himself.
“Let me suck you off.” I pushed a hand into his chest. He smirked and sat back, watching as I dropped to my knees in the cramped space between the front and back seats. I tugged his belt through the buckle and pulled it through the loops in his jeans.
“You’re pretty eager, huh?” He watched me as I undid the button and slid the material down his hips, just far enough to get to what I needed. I tugged his boxers down. His cock broke free of its restraints, bobbing and hitting his abdomen. Silver barbells ran up the length, adorning the vein that ran down the center. At the top of his flushed cock was a ring. I stuck my tongue out, running it across the heated skin, flicking at the head. His body twitched, jaw going slack. I wrapped my lips around the head and dipped down, swirling my tongue around the length as I bobbed up and down.
“Fuck, that’s it, baby.” He moaned, fingers gripping my hair. I looked up at him through my eyelashes, pools of cerulean watched as I worked away. I hollowed my cheeks and bobbed faster, pulling pretty little sounds from his chest. I wrapped my hand around the remaining length that couldn’t fit in my mouth and stroked in sync with my movements. His hips bucked up into my mouth.
“Yeah, suck it, fuckin suck it,” he groaned, pistoning his hips into my face. I stroked faster and flicked my tongue at the underside of the head. With my other hand, I grabbed onto his balls, shifting them in my hand.
“Fuck, fuck!” A growl ripped itself from his tongue as he relentlessly fucked my throat. Suddenly he pulled my head back. Saliva dribbled from my mouth, making a sloppy mess out of my face.
“I’d rather cum somewhere else.” He said through heavy breaths. His fingers pulled my hair, urging me to stand up. I followed and found myself being pressed against the seat. He yanked my jeans and underwear down my legs, pulling them from my feet and letting them drop onto the floor. His fingers skimmed up my cunt before settling on my clit, moving in slow circles. My hips quivered, bucking into his hand. He chuckled, the fingers from his other hand circling around my entrance. He slowly slid inside, thrusting in pace with the circles he drew across my skin. A stream of moans slid from my mouth. I gripped the door handle as my hips stuttered.
“Quite the reactive one, aren’t ‘cha” He laughed and moved faster, pressing harder into my clit. The muscles in my stomach clenched as his fingers pulled me closer and closer to a peak. My face heated up, beads of sweat dropped from my hairline and down my chest. My body began to fill with warmth, drenching my skin with desire. I let my voice go. Loud noises erupted from me as my pleasure began to overflow.
“You gonna cum?” He asked with a lust-soaked voice.
“Harder-” I choked out between pleas. He thrusted the digits harder into me, fingertips curling up to brush against the electric spot within me. I cried out, head clattering against the door as I threw it back.
“That’s it, cum for me.” The feeling in my body overflowed and poured out of every inch of me. I shuddered and clenched around his fingers. A flood of pleasure pulsated through my head. My eyes rolled back, back into my head, turning my vision black.
He didn’t stop. Instead, a warm, wet stimulation replaced his thumb. He gripped my thighs, pulling each leg over his shoulders.
“C’mon. Give me another one, baby.” He spoke against my core. The vibrations sent jolts through my body, ripping me through a second orgasm. I jolted up. My voice burned as I screamed. I gripped at his hair, pulling him closer to my weeping cunt. His tongue didn’t stop. My hips spasmed and pulled away from his mouth. His fingers withdrew from me, leaving a string of slick in its wake.
“On your knees, baby,” he motioned for me to turn with his fingers. I flipped onto my knees, my chest pushing into the soft material of the seat. My head pushed hard into the door. I pulled the door open, pushing it into the brick wall of the alley. I looked over my shoulder, watching as he spat into his cock. using his hand, he slicked up the length and slowly sunk into me. The stretch ached, burning in my stomach as he stretched me open. He groaned as he pushed in, inch by inch.
“Fuuuuck,” he drew out, “so fuckin tight.” He pulled back, and then sharply snapped his hips back into place. I bit down on the seat, saliva spilling from my mouth. He thrusted roughly into me, his thighs slapped against my ass. He gripped two of my arms, lifting my chest off of the seat. He hit deeper inside of me from this angle. The head of his cock dug into my cervix. A blend of pain and pleasure shot through my body. My voice burst through my chest, coming out as sobs and whimpers. He pushed his hand into the soft flesh of my stomach and moaned. He moved to grab my hand and bring it to my stomach. I could feel the stretch and pull of my insides through my fingers. My insides thumped against the skin like a distorted heartbeat.
“Like how deep I’m fuckin you? Can you feel me stretching you open?” His speech mixed with breathy moans, raising in pitch with every breath. My eyes rolled to the back of my head, tugging at the tendons. My lungs were paralyzed with pleasure, moans turning to breathless, silent screams. The sensation numbed my brain, the only thoughts I could have, the only thing I could focus on, was the cock spearing my insides, driving me into warmth. A warmth that licked at my skin and blossomed inside me.
“Fuck, squeezin’ me like that. Gonna fuckin’ cum!” His voice strained, hips stuttering. Warmth coated me, filling every inch of my insides. He seized hold of my wrists, sending my body careening toward the seat. We sat in humid silence. Sweat and condensation clung to my skin. And then I felt his fingers grip my ass, spreading me apart. I caught a flash in the corner of my eye.
“Fuckin’ hot.” He muttered.
I twisted the knob, pulling my front door open. And there he was again. Soaked in rainwater and dripping blood, his cerulean eyes met mine.
“Is it prostitution to pay for staples with sex?”

Ronart W152 MK.II
The W152 was the first car to be designed and built by Ronart Cars, which was founded in 1984 by Rona and Arthur Wolstenholme and launched at the 1985 International Classic Car Show, with production commencing the following year. Of original conception, the design was intended to reflect the style of the front-engined Formula One cars of the 1950s, of which the humped headrest and external exhaust are typical ingredients. The car is built around a backbone chassis and clothed in an 11-piece body comprising: centre tub section, nose cone, bonnet, front side panels, rear section, boot lid and quartet of cycle wings. The centre section is reinforced with a steel cage, to which a roll-over bar is firmly attached; the tip of which is cunningly secreted under the driver's head rest. On Mk. II versions, such as the sale car, a boot is built into the rear section. This stunning British sports car is presented in racing red with carbon stripes and a black leather interior piped in red. The bodywork on this particular example is carbon fibre which we believe to be unique and clearly provides this car with a substantial weight advantage against its rivals. It is fitted with a Jaguar six litre V12 sport engine which is fuel injected with high-impedance fuel injectors, emerald management system with V12 map installed. It also has a power lock 3.07 differential, fully adjustable pedal box, Willans four-point harness, Le Mans fuel filler, boxed gel battery, three stage trickle charger and Brooklands aero screens. It has stainless steel headlights and sidelights, fully independent suspension with adjustable coil over shocks, AP racing brakes and calipers and wire wheels. Also,  the car was set up to do rallying and therefore it does have the relevant  timing equipment fitted.

Step into Wellness: Discover the Best Earthing Shoes for Women
In today's fast-paced world, where technology and urban living dominate our daily lives, many people are searching for ways to reconnect with nature and restore balance to their bodies. One popular method gaining traction is earthing, or grounding, which involves walking barefoot or wearing specialized footwear that mimics the natural connection between the Earth and the body. If you're a woman seeking to enhance your wellness journey, investing in the best earthing shoes is a step in the right direction. Let's explore the top options and understand why earthing shoes for women are becoming a must-have for holistic health.
What Are Earthing Shoes?
Earthing shoes are designed to help you maintain a natural connection with the Earth's energy. Traditionally, this connection is achieved by walking barefoot on natural surfaces like grass, sand, or soil. However, due to modern lifestyles and the prevalence of concrete and synthetic materials, direct contact with the Earth is limited. Earthing shoes solve this problem by incorporating conductive materials, such as copper or carbon-infused soles, that allow you to stay grounded while walking on various surfaces.

From Tiny Titans to Gentle Giants: Raising a Bullmastiff Puppy
Tumblr media
The arrival of a Bullmastiff puppy is a cause for celebration.  These adorable bundles of fur, with their oversized paws and soulful eyes, quickly steal our hearts. However, beneath the cuteness lies a powerful breed with specific needs.  So, before you succumb to the puppy dog eyes and bring home your very own miniature tank,  let's delve into the world of Bullmastiff puppies, equipping you with the knowledge to raise a happy, well-adjusted canine companion.
A Crash Course in Cuteness: Bullmastiff Puppy Development
Bullmastiff puppies develop at a rapid pace, going from tiny explorers to sizable companions in a seemingly blink of an eye. Here's a breakdown of their developmental stages:
The Neonatal Stage (0-2 Weeks):  Newborn Bullmastiff puppies are entirely dependent on their mother.  They are blind and deaf, relying on their sense of smell and touch to locate their mother's warmth and milk.  During this stage, minimal handling is recommended, allowing the mother to care for her pups without stress.
The Transitional Stage (2-4 Weeks):  Their senses begin to develop, with puppies opening their eyes and ears around 2 weeks old.  They start wobbling on their legs and explore their immediate surroundings.  This stage is crucial for early socialization with littermates and gentle interaction with humans.
The Socialization Stage (4-12 Weeks):  This is a critical period for Bullmastiff puppies.  They are eager to learn and explore, making it the ideal time for consistent socialization with people, places, and other animals.  Positive experiences during this stage will lay the foundation for a confident and well-adjusted adult dog.
The Juvenile Stage (3-6 Months):  Growth continues at a rapid pace, and puppies become increasingly playful and curious.  This is prime time for obedience training, focusing on basic commands like sit, stay, and come.  Teething also starts around this time, so provide plenty of chew toys to redirect their chewing instincts.
The Adolescent Stage (6 Months-18 Months):  Bullmastiff puppies enter their teenage phase, testing boundaries and potentially exhibiting stubbornness.  Consistent training and supervision are crucial during this period.  Their size can also increase dramatically, requiring adjustments to their exercise routine and environment to avoid joint strain.
Puppy Prep:  Creating a Safe and Loving Haven
Before your Bullmastiff puppy arrives, prepare a comfortable and safe space for them to explore and grow. Here's what you'll need:
A Cozy Bed:  Provide a soft, comfortable bed where your puppy can rest and feel secure.  Choose a size that will accommodate their growth throughout their puppyhood.
Food and Water Bowls:  Select stainless steel bowls that are easy to clean and the right size for your growing puppy.  Elevating their bowls can improve posture and digestion.
Leash and Collar:  Invest in a well-fitting collar and leash appropriate for their initial size.  As they grow, you can upgrade to a sturdier option.
Puppy Pads:  While potty training is the ultimate goal, puppy pads can be lifesavers during the early stages.  Confine them to a designated area to prevent accidents throughout your home.
Safe Haven:  Create a designated space, like a crate or playpen, where your puppy can feel secure and relaxed.  This can be a helpful tool for crate training and preventing destructive behavior when left unattended.
Toys Galore:  Stock up on a variety of chew toys, interactive puzzles, and plush toys to keep your puppy entertained and redirect their chewing instincts. Rotate toys regularly to maintain their interest.
Welcome Home, Little Titan!
The day your Bullmastiff puppy arrives is a joyous occasion. Here are some tips for a smooth transition:
A Gentle Introduction:  Allow your puppy to explore their new environment at their own pace.  Let them sniff around and greet family members one at a time.  Provide plenty of praise and positive reinforcement to create a sense of security.
Potty Training Patience:  Accidents are inevitable during potty training.  Be patient, consistent, and reward successes with treats and praise. Confine your puppy to a designated area or use puppy pads until they become more reliable with elimination outdoors.
Establishing a Routine:  Create a consistent routine for meals, walks, playtime, and sleep.  This predictability helps your puppy adjust to their new home and learn good habits.
Socialization is Key:  Expose your Bullmastiff puppy to different people, places, and other animals during their socialization window.  Enroll them in puppy kindergarten classes or arrange playdates with well-socialized dogs. Positive experiences during this crucial stage will help your puppy develop into a confident and well-adjusted adult.
The Power of Positive Reinforcement
Bullmastiffs respond best to positive reinforcement training methods. Shouting or harsh corrections will only make them withdrawn or stubborn. Here are some tips for successful training:
Reward Good Behavior:  Always praise and reward your puppy with treats, toys, or affection when they exhibit good behavior or respond correctly to commands.  This positive reinforcement will encourage them to repeat the desired behavior.
Keep it Short and Sweet:  Training sessions for Bullmastiff puppies should be short and engaging.  Aim for 5-10 minute sessions several times a day rather than overwhelming them with long training periods.
Patience is a Virtue:  Remember, puppies are still learning. Be patient, consistent, and positive in your approach.  Repetition and positive reinforcement are key to achieving successful training outcomes.
The Importance of Playtime
Playtime is not just for fun; it's an essential part of your Bullmastiff puppy's development.  Here's how playtime benefits your furry friend:
Physical Exercise:  Playtime helps puppies burn off their seemingly endless energy, promoting healthy growth and development. Engage them in games of fetch, tug-of-war (be prepared for some serious pulling power!), or chase in a safe, enclosed area.
Mental Stimulation:  Interactive toys and games challenge your puppy's mind and keep them entertained.  This helps prevent boredom-induced destructive behavior.
Bonding Time:  Playtime is a fantastic way to bond with your puppy. It creates positive associations with you and strengthens the foundation of your relationship.
Puppyproofing Your Home: A Preventative Measure
Bullmastiff puppies are curious explorers with a penchant for chewing. Puppy-proofing your home is crucial to prevent accidents and protect your belongings. Here's how:
Block Off Hazardous Areas:  Block access to electrical cords, wires, cleaning supplies, and anything else a curious puppy might chew on or ingest.  Use baby gates to restrict access to off-limits areas like kitchens or bedrooms.
Put Away Valuables:  Remove any breakable items or valuables from puppy height.  Expect some furniture to be gnawed on, so provide plenty of chew toys to redirect their chewing instincts.
Secure the Trash:  A garbage can overflowing with goodies is an irresistible temptation for puppies.  Keep trash cans secured with lids or place them in a location inaccessible to curious paws.
The Chewing Challenge:  Keeping Your Belongings Safe
Chewing is a natural behavior for puppies as they explore the world with their mouths.  Here's how to manage your Bullmastiff puppy's chewing habit:
Provide Chew Toys:  Offer a variety of chew toys made from safe materials like rubber or nylon.  Rotate the toys regularly to maintain their interest.  Frozen Kong toys stuffed with treats can provide long-lasting chewing satisfaction.
Redirect Chewing:  When you catch your puppy chewing on something inappropriate, firmly but gently say "no" and offer them an appropriate chew toy instead.  Reward them for focusing their chewing on the designated toy.
Bitter Apple Spray:  A light spritz of bitter apple spray on furniture legs or other off-limit items can deter chewing (ensure it's safe for pets).  However, this should be used as a last resort and paired with positive reinforcement for appropriate chewing behavior.
The Joys and Challenges of Raising a Bullmastiff Puppy
Raising a Bullmastiff puppy is a rewarding experience filled with laughter, unconditional love, and adorable moments.  However, their size and strength can also present challenges.  Here's a realistic look at what to expect:
The Unending Energy:  Bullmastiff puppies have a seemingly endless supply of energy.  Be prepared for frequent walks, playtime sessions, and plenty of opportunities for them to burn off their steam.
The Rapid Growth:  These puppies grow at an astonishing pace.  Be prepared to update their food portions, collar size, and bed as they transform from tiny explorers to sizable companions.
The Power of Play Biting:  Puppies explore the world with their mouths, and play biting can be a common issue.  Teach them bite inhibition early on, using redirects and positive reinforcement to discourage nipping and mouthing.
The Stubborn Streak:  Bullmastiffs can have a stubborn streak, especially during adolescence.  Consistent, patient training and positive reinforcement are key to overcoming any challenges and ensuring good behavior.
Living Large:  Caring for Your Bullmastiff Puppy
Owning a Bullmastiff puppy comes with a responsibility to provide them with the care they need to thrive.  Here are some essential aspects of Bullmastiff puppy care:
Nutrition for Growth:  Bullmastiff puppies require a high-quality puppy food formulated for large breeds.  Consult your veterinarian to determine the right amount and type of food to support their healthy development.
The Importance of Exercise:  While not overly energetic, Bullmastiff puppies still need regular exercise to develop strong muscles and bones.  Short, controlled walks and playtime sessions are ideal, focusing on obedience training during these outings.  Avoid strenuous exercise until their growth plates close to prevent joint strain.
Grooming Essentials:  Bullmastiffs have a short, double coat that requires minimal grooming.  Regular brushing with a soft bristle brush will remove dead hair and keep their coat shiny.  Bathing is only necessary a few times a year or when they get particularly dirty.
Veterinary Care:  Regular vet checkups are essential for your Bullmastiff puppy's health.  These visits allow your vet to monitor their growth, administer vaccinations, and address any potential health concerns early on.  Discuss preventative measures like deworming and parasite control with your veterinarian.
Building a Bond of Trust:  Communication with Your Puppy
Communication is key to building a strong and lasting bond with your Bullmastiff puppy.  Here are some tips for effective communication:
Understanding Body Language:  Learn to read your puppy's body language.  Tail wags and relaxed posture indicate happiness, while flattened ears and a tucked tail signal fear or anxiety.  Understanding their body language allows you to respond appropriately and build trust.
Consistent Commands:  Use clear, consistent commands when training and interacting with your puppy.  Avoid using confusing nicknames or inconsistent phrases, which can lead to confusion.
Positive Reinforcement:  Always reward desired behaviors with praise, treats, or affection.  This positive reinforcement strengthens your bond and encourages good behavior.
From Puppyhood to Adulthood:  A Journey of Love and Learning
Raising a Bullmastiff puppy is a journey filled with heartwarming moments, playful antics, and the challenges that come with raising any large breed.  By providing them with love, consistent training, proper care, and a safe environment to explore, you'll be rewarded with a loyal, loving companion for years to come.
Remember, patience, positive reinforcement, and a commitment to their well-being are the cornerstones of raising a happy, well-adjusted Bullmastiff.  So, are you ready to embark on this incredible adventure?  With dedication and a whole lot of love, you can create a bond with your Bullmastiff that will last a lifetime.
Bonus Tip:  Consider enrolling your Bullmastiff puppy in puppy kindergarten classes.  These classes provide an excellent opportunity for socialization, basic obedience training, and exposure to new experiences in a controlled and positive environment.
A Watchful Protector: For The Progression Of The Ages
Mastiffs, gentle giants with ancient roots, come in various breeds. Loyal guardians with calm temperaments, they require ample space, training, and experienced owners due to their size and strength. Though some breeds have wrinkles, all Mastiffs offer a lifetime of devotion.

The Millennium train, like the entire Sydney Trains fleet and electric NSW TrainLink fleet, is a double decker. It is a four car consist, with the middle two cars being non-control motor cars and the two outer cars being driving control trailer cars fitted with the pantograph. The Millennium train was the first to be equipped with an AC drive system unlike the Tangara, which has a DC drive system. The sets usually operate in eight-car formations with two four-car sets combined. While the Millennium train concept is an evolution of the Tangara concept (manufactured by A Goninan & Co), the Millennium train introduced new features such as internal electronic destination indicators, automated digital voice announcements for upcoming stops, a return to reversible seating, surveillance cameras, wider stairways, a new safety yellow colour scheme, and push-button opened internal doors. The Millennium Train also introduced crumple zones to absorb impact in a collision. Interiors were designed by Transport Design International.
The train also features emergency help points, allowing passengers to contact the train crew in an emergency. The help points are located on the sides of the stairwell to the upper deck. There are actually two help points in the same location, with a large one at face height with a microphone and speaker, and a lower one with a microphone only. There are also emergency door releases which were retrofitted to the trains. These allow passengers to manually open the doors in an emergency, as recommended in the report for the Waterfall rail accident. The retrofit program was stated as having been completed in November 2014.
Like with the T, A and B sets, the M sets feature Scharfenberg couplers.
M sets are 3.03 metres (9 ft 11+1⁄4 in) wide, being classed by Transport for NSW as medium width trains, which allows them to operate within the whole Sydney Trains suburban network.
Unlike sets M2–M35, set M1 has a slightly different interior design with differently coloured doors and different seat handles for unknown reasons.
Delivery
Stairwell
The cars were constructed by EDi Rail at Cardiff Workshops. The contract included a 15-year maintenance agreement with EDi Rail to maintain the trains at a specialised maintenance centre at Eveleigh. During testing and initial revenue service, they ran as four car sets, with eight car sets commencing service towards the end of 2002 after further testing. All 35 four car sets were delivered by October 2005.
The initial order signed in October 1998 was for 81 carriages, in December 2002 an option was taken up for an additional 60. In February 2017, Sydney Trains exercised an option to extend Downer's maintenance of the trains for a further 10 years.
Criticisms
The Millennium trains were criticised for having several technical problems and causing problems with Sydney Trains, they were referred to in the media reports as The "Mi-lemon" and "Millenni-Bug" as a result. Some of the problems were caused by insufficient power supply on the overhead to cope with the power demands of the more technologically advanced trains causing them to shut down. Software bugs also contributed to the trains' poor reliability.
The Millennium trains were withdrawn from service in April 2003 while the problems were being rectified and a full audit was carried out. They were subsequently reintroduced into service in June 2003 and have since been operating on the T2 Inner West & Leppington, T3 Bankstown, T6 Carlingford, T7 Olympic Park and T8 Airport & South lines. After the new timetable was released on 26 November 2017, M sets began as 4-car services on the T5 Cumberland line on both weekdays & weekends, along with a few 8-car Waratahs.
In service
External Carriage Camera Trial
Trial cameras
In late 2008, two Millennium trains were fitted with external cameras atop of carriages near the doors, testing their use for the then-future Waratah trains. These cameras were subsequently incorporated into the final design of the Waratah train.
Lines serviced
The Millennium trains typically operate on the following lines (normally described as Sector 2):
T2 Inner West & Leppington Line: Leppington or Parramatta to City Circle via Granville
T3 Bankstown Line: Liverpool or Lidcombe to City Circle via Bankstown
T5 Cumberland Line: Leppington to Richmond
T7 Olympic Park Line: Shuttle from Lidcombe to Olympic Park on weekdays
T8 Airport & South Line: Macarthur to City Circle via Airport or Sydenham
Maintenance Depots
The trains were originally maintained at Eveleigh Maintenance Centre.
As with all other trains, these trains are not exclusively kept in Auburn overnight. They only need to return to the depot for maintenance, and at other times, they may be stabled at various yards on the lines that they operate, such as Liverpool and Leppington yards -Anastasia the train girl

Included in the conversion was the installation of a roll cage to FIA regulations and the hard top was permanently bolted onto the body. To save weight, mudguards and boot lid in aluminium were fitted. The engine was overhauled and equipped with a sports camshaft, twin Weber 45 DCOE side-draft carburettors and a stainless-steel exhaust system resulting in a healthy power increase to 120 hp. The chassis was optimised with stabilisers, sports dampers, vented disc brake rotors with four piston callipers to the front and 15-inch Compomotive aluminium rims. The interior received sports seats with a Sabelt racing harness, a sports steering wheel as well as a trip master and a set of stop watches.

Daiichikan RX-7
'93
Dengeki Tuned!
HKS FD3S RS
Shocking speed! 1 minute 2 seconds 67
Rival Group A!!: The fastest tuned HKS FD3S RS in history!
At the end of 92nd year, HKS made an emergency call to this magazine!
On December 11, 1992, the editorial department received a phone call from HKS. The content was that HKS would be testing the FD3S RX-7 at the Tsukuba circuit, which was created by fully utilizing the technology that HKS had cultivated so far, so he wanted me to be there.
Since he contacted me like this, he must have a lot of confidence. The best lap of the Tuned RX-7 so far at Tsukuba is the Night Sports RX-7 on August 25th last year with a time of 1 minute 6.1 seconds. Can it be shortened? The editorial department immediately headed to the Tsukuba circuit with a cameraman.
At 7:00 am on December 16th, Hagiwara, who was behind the steering wheel of the Group A HKS GT-R, got into the RX-7 named "FD3S RS" and the test started. The RX-7 laps smoothly, with the high-pitched exhaust note that is unique to the rotary. And the time that was beaten out was 1 minute 2.67 seconds! Fastest done in HA in the past.
Even looking at the time attack, it was a good time to beat the fastest production car based on the N1 specification Falken GT-R (1 minute 2.85 seconds). I was very clear about this. Furthermore, as a result of changing to slick tires as a reference, the time was reduced to 1:01:30!
Showing such amazing speed As for the tuning specs, the 13B engine body remains normal, but HKS specializes in turbo tuning + suspension and dynamic system enhancements centering on the TA45S turbine. With this specification, the maximum boost is 1.2kg/cm at 460ps.. The boost pressure during the test was 1.0 to 1.1kg/cm and Mr. Hagiwara said, "If the settings are adjusted more, the time should be shortened."
This FD3S RS HKS was developed with the aim of being a fast and fun sports car that can be used from the street to the circuit. Can't wait for the release!
PIC CAPTIONS
The test was conducted with Advan A029R tyres on AVS wheels. Changing to slick tires improved the time by 1.37 seconds.
Commemorative photo of HKS staff after the test. I really can't wait for the release of FD3S RS
The RS starts up the first hairpin and accelerates. The rotary exhaust note was also very impressive.
engine: Equipped with a turbo-tuned TA45S full turbine kit from HKS, the output is slightly over 400ps. It's amazing that the engine body remains normal now.

So, my last project for @graveyarddirt ‘s September Hagging Out has gone over into October.  I foraged so many persimmons and white walnuts that I just ran out of time last weekend to do the project I was really excited about--walnut ink.
This morning I foraged a whole box full of white walnuts.  The most I’ve gathered so far (and there are still more hanging in the tree).  I husked about 20 (armed with the foreknowledge to use gloves this time) and put them in a stainless steel pot and covered with water.  I also added a bit of rusted wire from some antique farming equipment that I found in the woods at my parent’s house many moons ago when I was still a kid.  Rusted metal is supposed to make the ink darker.  I brought it to a boil and dropped it to a simmer for about 2 hours.
Then I strained it into another pan, brought it back to a boil, and allowed it to simmer until reduced to half.  Then I added some rubbing alcohol to help prevent mold and strained it again, this time into two glass jars.

I spooned some onto my inkpad to test it and used a rubber stamp I had bought in a fit of optimism that this was all going to work!  And it did!
I plan on using the ink for Yule cards, ornaments, and wrapping paper.
Thank you @graveyarddirt for leading me into this foraging adventure!
