Starstringer is a NightWing artist that specializes in sewing and embroidery. She is very friendly and humble, but also very ambitious, hoping to make accessories for the grandest of dragons. (I like to think she’d be friends or rivals with Canary)

Okay i kept accidentally nuking my response so let's hope I save this time-

This takes place in the Wild West, which means stuff inspired by 1865 - 1915, but the year is actually 2003! This is because of weird timeline screwing and universe being wack. This also takes place WAY after the ending of Worldless, this is important later on.

Rykula is this world's equivalent of North America, and is mostly deserts and grasslands. In fact, almost the entirety of Rykula is Starstinger's Wastelands, so named after the Stinger, a close relative of Crawlers with a long tail and nasty vemon.

There are various species here in the towns, namely humans, centaurs, elves, Harefolk and Desert Dogs (Basically Cynocephalus inspired by coyotes). The towns act like states, or even countries, each one having a unique culture and dialect.

Life here is pretty rough, especially in the vast plains between towns, but to say the towns are lifeless can't be further from the truth. Music, literature and even film shows of each town's unique culture and history, a unique blend of their environment and cultures working as one.

And then there's the Star Ghosts.

Common in every continent, just bizarrely common in the Wastelands, Star Ghosts are bizarre in every way. Especially the Star Ghosts of Rykula.

In actuality, starfolks, or "Star Ghosts," are highly unstable and adaptable to their environments, especially useful after the destruction of their universe. As a result, they diversified extremely quickly. This resulted in the creation of new species, such as Stimgers, Sandstider Unicorns and, of course, Angels of Shadows.

As a result, starfolks here has speckled colours, large ears and other traits to help with preventing overheating and surviving in the deserts.

And of course, the Hunters.

Called "Outlaws" by the other species, Starstinger Hunters are the starfolk equivalent of cowboys, no questions asked. Using Sandstrider Unicorns as mounts, they roam the Wastelands, for some reason.

They have a rich history and cultures they seemingly never forget, songs and stories pasting on within the winds. One of their favourites is a tale of two Hunters, one light and the other dark, freeing the starfolks from their polarity and the eternal conflict they were locked in. They treat these two as a sort of deities... leading to the somewhat common sight of a hunter cursing someone out with "The Duet of the Stars"... which tends to draw heads at times...
