Here's my contribution to @batboysxprompts's The Only Fish In The Sea Steddie Mermay event and to the @stmonstercalendar's 'Mermaid' prompt that I decided to combine 😊💙🧜‍♀️

Princes Steddie with mermaid!Eddie arranged marriage - Mermaid Eddie and human Steve - 31.05.2025

I was a bit inspired by The Little Mermaid ending scene where Ariel's father gets to the ship to hug her by using his powers and the water. I went with a blacktip reef shark for Eddie's design and some jewelry made out of coral :3 (Yes, I decided to replace the bats tattoo with bat rays xD)

Done using ink pens, alcohol markers, gel pens, graphite pencils and Photoshop for the background, lens flare, water splashes, jewelry and embellishments on Steve's clothes
