Szu-Chieh
Szu-Chieh Yun was born in Taiwan. Szu-Chieh Yun explores themes of migration, immigration and transformation with afocus on the Chinese diaspora. As a first-generation Taiwanese-American, she is interested in the meeting of cultural identities.
Najjah Garrett
Naijah is a boston-based visual artist who specializes in portraiture and character design. Subjects of her work range from social justice issues to introspective identity work. She graduated in 2015' with a BFA in illustration.
Yinette Guzman
Yinette Guzman is a designer, artist, and advocate who is passionate about community engagement. She holds a BFA in Architecture from Massachusetts College of Art & Design and works as a designer and model-builder for Safdie Architects. As an immigrant of the Dominican Republic, she gives back through missions internationally and locally through expressive therapy programs she co-founded at the Boston Rescue Mission.
Stephen Hamilton
Stephen Hamilton is an artist and arts educator living and working in Boston Massachusetts. Stephen’s work focuses on the aesthetics, philosophies and key symbols inherent throughout Africa and the Diaspora. He strives to create a dialogue between contemporary Black cultures and the ancient African world.
Genaro Ortega
G.O. (GoFive) was once a troubled adolescent, and has come full circle as a youth mentor. He has found his purpose enriching the minds and lives of the those he mentors, one canvas at a time.
Dimel Rivas
Dimel Rivas is a Dominican-born, 3D illustrator based in Malden, Massachusets. She holds a BFA in illustration from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where she explored unconventional ways of storytelling and creating space. Rivas describes her artistic practice as one based in narrative—the slow and careful unraveling of an individual's own story.
Susanna Yee
I’m a Product Designer currently working at a software company called HubSpot, helping design better experiences for sales and marketing automation software. I’ve got a passion for product, illustration, diversity, and mental health, and want to share the many ways you can use your design chops to have a seat at the table (as well as putting food on the table), wherever you go.
