Blue Moon, did you just almost singlehandedly capsize a pirate ship? And almost drowned that poor Sun?

"I'm lucky It was just my rowboat! Dis fella blue moon? He's big and strong! And is flailing like some fish! Chillax fella!"

Blue Moon struggled more to get on top of the capsized boat. The small Sun like animatronic trying to keep steady as the boat rocked.

"Stop ya moving!"

Finally Blue Moon stilled. Staring back up at the mysterious animatronic with fear. His claws digging into the belly of the boat. The small animatronics still held on to his ribbons. Seeming to use them as an anchor to keep the boat from flipping again. Leaning their body weight on the other side.

"Sun get ov'er here!"

"I'm trying!"

In the distance a large ship seem to be struggling to steer its way towards them. Another small but bright yellow animatronic at the helm. Spinning it wildly side to side as they tried to make their way to them without running them over. Seeming to constantly oversteer.

"Look here big fella. Blue Moon right? I'm Captain Eclipse, And I'm going need you ta focus right here on me. You look like'a fish out of water."

So, how long have you been friends with Moon, Sun? And how long has the ship coincidentally been plagued by that siren Blue Moon saw under it?

It is now the next day.

"We've been friends long enough with Moon to know they aren't doing anything suspicious."

"You've been friends with them Sunny boy! I ain't going to be friends with a siren!"

"Gerr. Look, sirens like to pick ships if they don't got a territory. It's not my fault this old racket of gears had one on his tail. Moon came on to the ship after I joined him. There is, no correlation!"

"Bah hoo! Ya barely know ta sea. Ya ain't got any good information about those seabeasts."

"I had my books at home! They told me well enough!"

"Dear God. Do you guys ever stop talking!"

Both Captain eclipse and sunny look towards the new voice. Blue Moon whining lightly attempting to look towards the noise. Still blindfolded.

The new person looks human. Although their skin tint and face looks strange. It was a split lip and off looking eyes. Their skin color looks faded. A bunch of netting is caught up in their hair. There arms are bound tightly with wraps. Looking strangely bumpy. They wear a baggy shirt. Their pants very much the same. Thick boots on their feet. All of it looks worn. Lucky had been stranded on an island and swam onto the boat itself.

"Sorry Moon. We didn't mean to wake you. You this bucket of gears."

"Ay!"

"Yeah, no kidding. Loud mouth captain. Now can ya tell me what the hell that is."

Moon points vaguely at the Blue Moon. Blue Moon themselves straightening slightly. Captain eclipse grumbling and fiddling with their hat.

"That is our new crewmate. They're a land witch from another world. They're able to create wind so we can sail as we please."

"Really. How intriguing. They're massive. What's with the extra sail and bindings though. Looks like he's getting ready for a storm."

"They are apparently terrified of the water. Earlier they were scratching the mast to bits. The bindings in the blindfold help calm them."

"Hahahah! Ya aren't built for sea are ya? We're dropping them off at the next port right."

"That's the plan."

"Good. They look like trouble anyways."

Stop ya silly siren event starts!

Blue Moon jolted as he was teleported away. Suddenly he was sinking as water flooded his systems. A blaring timer ringed in his head telling him to get out of the water. Not that he had meant to go in water. That damn cube.

Blue Moon thrashed as he tried to figure out the surface. This water wasn't clear, It was foggy. Blue Moon could guess it was the ocean. Not that he was too thrilled about that. Sinking deeper due to his size.

Suddenly he felt a rush of movement in the water. His body froze as he panicked. There was something in the water. There was something that could get him. A shark a whale some other abominable beast. It could literally be anything, And it could probably eat him in one bite.

Suddenly his movement grew more erratic as he tried to escape towards the water surface. He could see the glint of deep blue eyes staring at him. A large tail flashing about as the beast circled him. What seem to be nutting or seaweed caught onto its fins. It was getting near. His water intake was starting to become too much.

Suddenly he felt something against his body. Something that was stiff and clearly coming from higher above him. He latched onto it like his life depended on it. Which in his mind it did. He felt the strange object get pulled down by his weight before it stiffened and started to pull up.

Blue Moon crawled up the item himself. Exiting the water surface with a gasp. Not quite focusing on the shouts as you continued to crawl upward. The Stick like object was abandoned as he climbed onto something much larger. Only the panic as his weight made the bigger object tip over.

Blue Moon crawled as a thing flipped onto its head. Digging into what he would assume wood for grip. He didn't stop until something grabbed his ribbon harshly. Causing him to yell and pain and finally assess his surroundings.

The thing that had grabbed his ribbon was some sort of small animatronic. He wore a large lavish captain hat. His face scarred and his eyes glitchy. Wearing a large captain's cloak over an orange undershirt. His pants were a deep midnight blue. The bot was mostly black and orange. Bearing a similar resemblance to him. Although the silver steel underneath the scars was the telling difference.

He was on a boat. Boat he had flipped onto its belly. This was probably the passenger that was holding the oars He had latched onto. Behind in the distance he could see a large ship. He was most definitely in the ocean as it spanned on and on and on and on and on.

"Hold on ya strange land lubr, and stop staring at the water! I got you!"

*magics a properly sized life vest onto Blue Moon* that should keep you afloat at least. Now Blue Moon, buddy I need you to calm down. You are going to be okay.

A light blue and orange life vest appears on Blue Moon. The large bot flinching slightly before relaxing and clutching onto the object instead. Looking back to the cube with a hiss.

"The water disappears into vast beond! It could sweep me away until I'm gone!"

"um I don't you're going to disappear?"

Blue Moon's head snapped towards the new voice. A small sun-like animatronic froze under his gaze. He wore a bandana tied up tightly between his rays. Wearing a standard off-white blouse. He wore leather bracers. The strings that tied them together hanging loosely. He looks like he had standard jeans on. Although they were decorated with stripes. A heavy belt held them up. A gun in its holster.

"Good lordy! You're quick when you want to be!"

The staring contest between the assumed Sun of the universe and Blue Moon broke at the interruption. Blue Moon clutching to the mass as it swayed gently as Captain Eclipse made his way back on board. Absolutely drenched and his hat in hand. He promptly put it back on with a slight adjustment. The poor feather limping off to the side as he walked up to the two.

"So! I'm not one ta like bringing up bad news but I got ta ask ya some questions fella. I swear I saw you just appear above the water before ya started sinking. And I can't quite let you just be on the ship for freebies either."

Blue Moon growls slightly. But given how he was visibly shaking there wasn't much he was going to do to retaliate. He looked around momentarily taking in the sight of the ship.

It was a relatively small ship. The proper name would be a schooner. Big enough that it definitely needed more than two people to properly run it. The ship had a deep midnight blue for the hull. The sales were cast in a brilliant orange and black. Seemingly made to match the captain of the ship. It wasn't until there was a gentle Pat on Blue Moon's leg that he came back from his wandering.

The Sun looked nervous. Swing side to side for a moment. Finally seeming to straighten out his blouse and clear his throat.

"Eclipse wants to know what you can do to help on the ship. We also would like to know how you ended up in the water. Eclipse, his eyes these days aren't.. good."

"I can see just fine Sunny cup!"

"I don't think he just appeared out of!-"

"I came from a different world, a different place. I appeared so suddenly because I teleport from place to place"

". . . Oh."

"Ha!"

"Be quiet old man!"

"Hehehe. Anyways. What can you do on the ship my lad. You don't seem like the sea fairing type. I'll be fine teaching you a couple tricks, but you got to pay some~how!"

Blue Moon seemed to ponder for a minute. Looking up every once in a while to stare off and to the infinite ocean. Finally he seemed to come up with an idea. Looking downwards towards Captain Eclipse and Sun.

"there's not much I will do with the water or beasts. But I can control the wind to my whims and make it do as I please."

Pirate time! Pirate time! *Summons a hat onto the cube* Nice to meetcha Captin! And you too Sun. My best suggestion would be to move Bluemoon down off the top of the ship. He may feel safer if walls are between him and the water instead of being out in the open.

"Ahh. I don't think he's going to fit below deck. This is just a little schooner."

"Ay. I'm not particularly fancy to ripping up the cabin area. Although, if they're just scared of falling off the ship. Perhaps this will at least do."

Captain Eclipse seems to wander off. Opening a hatch in the floor before walking down. Sunny looking after them curiously. Blue Moon following suit. Finally he comes back out. Holding a rather lengthy line of rope.

"If I tie ya steady to the ship, ya ain't got any fear of falling into ta water. Let me tie a vest ta ya. Then I can start securing ya."

Blue Moon seems to study Captain eclipse for a second. Slowly crawling down from there position of holding the mast. Captain eclipse walking forward and starting to secure a ropeme vest around blue moon. Pulling it taught. First securing a rope to the mass before taking out his sword and cutting off the excess. Tying another loop on another side of the vest and going over to tie it to the edges of the ship.

"The floating pirate box was talking about sight tho. . . Oh I know."

First mate Sun seems to walk over to some crates. Opening one and pulling out a large stretch of fabric. It is full of holes and worn. Bundling up their prize and walking back over to Blue Moon.

"Can you summon those magic circles without your eyes? If looking at the ocean is what's scaring you. Perhaps a blindfold will help."

Blue Moon looks at the stretch of fabric before looking off towards the sails. Faint runes appearing before them. Blue Moon closing their eyes once they're all in place. Leaning down to first mate Sun.

"As long as you promise that the sea will not swallow. It is probably a good gift to borrow."

"I promise neither of us are going to let you fall off this ship until you get to land."

Sunny slowly wraps a section of the fabric around Blue Moon's eyes. Laying out the fabric also on their back. Giving Blue Moon a ghostly feel. Captain eclipse walks back. Rewinding the leftover rope. Blue Moon having been successfully secured in three different directions.

"Blue Moon my boy, I think ya are by far the safest person on this ship as of right now. The only way ya getting hurt is if this ship sinks or we get in a skirmish. Both of which I don't plan on doing today."

"Well, can you do your magic?"

Blue Moon audibly swallows. Seeming to bend their head down further. The faint runes light up. Seconds later the wind catches the sails. Blue Moon holding the mast tighter, but the runes do not fade. Instead they hold steadstrong as the ship sails forward.

"Yes! You did it!"

"Indeed he did. Now I'm going to get some shut-eye from all this excitement. Ya got ta wheel Sunny."

"I- okay."

So we got Captain Eclipse and Sunny, anyone else in the crew? Perhaps a moon or a lunar? Maybe a monty or a freddy of some sort? Oh or a blood moon would be good, he would probably love a pirate life. I mean I kind of hope so, a crew of two would suck if you have a decent size ship

"Sadly it's just us. Which is why we need all the help on the ship we can get."

"Freddy has his own crew. Monty's with him. Although I honestly can't understand why they work together. Then again they aren't. . Uhhh. Like us."

"pirates Sunny boy! It's called pirates!"

"Oh quiet up about it! It's not exactly a good thing!"

"Aye! But it's a thing that's keeping this ship under my tethers. Which is why we need all the crew we can get. Now you said you can control the wind Blue Moon? Mind if you show a demonstration if you would be so kind?"

Blue Moon blinks as he's brought back into the conversation. Nodding his head before looking upwards toward the sales. Several runes appear behind them before a gust jolts the ship forwards. Blue Moon yelping and gripping onto the ship's mast tighter. The runes disappearing and the gusts going away.

"Ohe me-lad ye are some kind of sea witch! Although given how scared you are of the water I'm guessing you're more of a land witch."

"there's no way he can keep up this wind magic If he freaks out every single time the sea casts a ripple on its surface! Honestly I wish this lunar or blood moon was around. That way we could simply man this ship without thievery or humans dying!"

"Well then get moon off the ship!"

"He's not a siren! You're half blind! You can't even see to the tip of the ship, much less tell the details of someone's face!"

"I know a siren when I see one! And ya haven't been on the sea long enough to tell!"

"who is this moon that you speak of? A mystery that this ship seems to reek of?"

Captain Eclipse and Sunny seem to freeze. Looking back to Blue Moon who is still clutching onto the mast. Although is thankfully focused on the two more than the water. Eclipse straightens himself up. Flirting out a huff before returning his attention to Blue Moon.

"I suppose you'll meet Moon later in the evening. For now though, ya need to get that wind starting without freezing. The ships just moving because you're moving it. You shouldn't have a fear of how the boat sways when you're the one making its way. For the most part."

"The water could take me away. I do not wish for anything to sway!"

"You're on a boat lad-e. It's guna sway whether you like it or not. Now come on! Give it another go.

Captain eclipse? Oh lord this isn’t going to go well—

Blue moon, remember that if you try to kill him you’ll end up in the water with no retrieval team coming to get you!

Blue Moon whined pitifully. Trying to pull his ribbons out of Captain Eclipse's grasp. Again trying to climb up and out of the water. Only to Stop with a snarl as Captain Eclipse shouted at them.

"Don't ya move! I'm barely holding ya as it is! I don't know what ya box friend talking about, but there right about no one else being around ta get ya. I don't think this boat flipping over one more time was going to help ya."

Blue Moon whined again. Pulling his hands back again but stoping in trying to get up. Growling out words.

"Hurts."

"Hurts? What's hurting? Did a siren get ya?"

"Ribbons"

"Ya wha- you can feel this? Why the hell can you feel your clothing?"

"Gerrrr."

"All right all right hold on! Let me find something else. If I let go, your toppling over back into the water! Can I even find something else?"

Blue Moon moved uncomfortably as Captain Eclipse searched the waters surface on his side. Scanning around but being unable to find anything. The oars had drifted away in the scramble.

"Sun! Sunny get your ass over here! I got a injured party!"

"I'm trying, I'm trying! I just don't want to kill you!"

"I don't care how ya get over here! Just get over here! "

The ship finally seemed to steer in the right direction as it came upon the rowboat. Awfully close but luckily not running over the two.

"Okay okay okay. I got it! Catch!"

A rope was thrown over the edge of the ship. Tumbling down before it reached the belly of the rowboat. Bouncing in the bundle it once was before unraveling into the water. Blue Moon took no time to grapple onto the rope. A scrambled yell coming from above.

The boat suddenly ricocheted back upwards. Throwing Captain Eclipse back into the water. Blue Moon scrambling up the rope and the side of the ship before reaching the top. The entire vessel tilting to the side. Blue Moon quickly scrambled to the mast. Clutching onto it like a lifeline.

The others seem to squint at the cubes screen and confusion. The only one who doesn't is moon. Who stiffens and looks at you with anger.

"what in the hell is a peanut gallery"

Hey, Moon, your whole thing with Sun is kinda weird. Would love an explanation for what’s going through your head there.

"What do you mean? We're just friends. There's nothing suspicious about being friends."

"Agreed."

"It's mighty suspicious when there a siren!"

"They aren't a siren!"

"Phh. I don't have enough time to deal with this. I'm going to find out where we are and where to go. I don't want to have that thing on our ship any longer than I have to."

Blue Moon puffs up angrily. Offering a small growl towards moon. It only causes moon to roll their eyes. Although Sun does give them a slightly nervous glance.

"Gahhh. Yeah, no. I don't want to have this argument either."

"The sirens probably just going to go swim and find ta closest port."

Both sun and moon look towards Captain eclipse with discontent. Moon narrowing his eyes while sun rolls his. Moon fixes his wraps angrily and stomps down towards below deck. Sun looking like they want to follow him but instead tapping their feet inpatiently while giving Captain eclipse a glare.

"You have to be by far the rudest person I know of."

"Ya? deal with it. I'm a pirate Sunny. Kind of my job. Know how about you work with ta sails and our new crewmate ta get us going as fast as we can. I'm going to go up towards ta helm. I think around Northwest of here there should be a couple more inhabited islands."

Captain eclipse briskly walks up to the helm. Sun staring angrily after them. Stamping his foot with restrained anger before heading over to the ropes holding the sails. Blue Moon looking around a confused. Still blinded.
