This is Kagami Takahiro, famous YGO animator aka "The Man Who Draws The Hands". You see those iconic YGO hand animations? That's him. There are even hand models made and for sale in his name, so you, too, can draw Those Hands.

Anyway, he animated EP 79. Yes, the Bakura episode. Was casually scrolling through the TL, saw Kagami-san's RT, think "Ah Hello Kagami-san", keep scrolling but spy the word "BL" in his tweet as I scroll past, immediate interest and I scroll the fuck back up.
