From Russia with Love / Daniela Bianchi as Tatiana Romanova
Another example of Bond girl daywear to round out the month. Green and yellow aren't colors we see often on Bond girls, for whatever reason; they seem to favor black, white, blue, and red. So this classic blouse, skirt, and jacket combo is a nice change of pace. We can see the blouse ties at the neck in back.
From Russia with Love / Daniela Bianchi as Tatiana Romanova
Blue is something of a signature color for Tatiana in this movie, and it extends to her sleepwear. Lingerie is the fourth of the five primary modes of Bond Girl chic. This pale blue nightgown and lace-edged dressing gown are classic in style, looking contemporary despite the fact that the movie is sixty years old. The matching hair ribbon is a cute touch as well.
Tiktok keeps feeding me with last Romanov’s content so here is my thought (that i will make a tiktok later)
You don’t want to name your children after martyrs
Here’s why
My father’s name is Nikolai, and as i was born in a russian speaking country, i had a patronym “Nikolaevna”
i was born on the 16th of July. and the Romanov family was executed on the 17th of July, so the 17th of July is their day in the Orthdox church
so my parents had the brightest idea to name me after one of Nicholas’ daughters. and Tatiana was the name that sounded less lame to them (it’s a quote)
let’s not even talk about the fact i have nothing in common with Tatiana, but hear me out. how old was she when she died? 21. and my biggest suicide attempt took place when i was 21. and i have never felt more miserable than when i was 21
for now on i am a walking corpse mentally
this is creepy but the resemblance is shocking
i guess it is never a good idea to name your kid after a literal child that was brutally murdered
