Headcanons

The Bad batch comes across a unique individual, they find themselves strangely attracted to them and relationship's blossom, however there comes a point where their past is questioned...

A/N:Thank you to @ihatepeez I'm sorry it took so long to come out;( but really hope you enjoy it . I changed it a little, as I felt the batch with a sith that's in their prime..they would not go well with them XD

Hunter

One of the more hesitant people to approach you

He must admit- he did suspect something about you,but it passed 

But like also that were kinda attractive

he didnttell anyone..

but that didn't mean anyone could tell (Omega)

But as time passed, you…you stayed and center yourself apart of the group. 

With that being said. From the start hunter would have sensed something was off,

Upon being revealed you were a sith…

He felt…conflicted for a bit. 

Scratch that, very conflicted.

First where you being followed?

What kind of dangers did sith bring? 

What if…those dangers hurt omega

But you reassured him that it was your past. You trying to change now.

Though a bit weary, he believes in you. 

As time passes hunter finds that…you have changed. For the better.

And the feelings he had holding back finally came back Into play. 

Although he's a bit confused on what he should do in general

In general, hunters very hard on himself in terms on letting himself feel, 

But…he learns that it's alright. You two can have a new life together…

Echo

Honestly this man doesn't like you on sight for some reason

Idk but I think…that since echo worked so closely to the jedi, he would naturally dislike the Sith. 

But he does wonder to himself why he doesn't like you sometimes…

As time passes he realizes you are a force user, since you saved omega once from falling with the force. But…he didn't see a lightsaber.

Still even as time passes he isn't as hostile, you two can sit together in the same room, but not talk.

It isn't until, one day omega found your lightsaber hidden and she turned it off

Igniting the bright red color…

The innocent girl only gazed at the thing with wonder and echo…felt his heart drop.

This event lead to you being interrogated by the guys

To which you admitted to being sith, however. It was who you were before.

But now, you didn't know what you wanted.

After this, echo full on ignores you

He felt so... 

So…

He didn't know how to explain it…but the other part that knew you wanted to change…it made him…happy..?

After a while, you notice he's around you more often, and when you offer to drive the ship he's the only one who stays with you.

Was it because he was still weary of you..?

Tech

I think.. That tech out of everyone would know the quickest.

He would be intrigued.

He knows immediately that you are force user, 

How? Even he doesn't know himself.

 I imagine he has many questions for you, like a interviewer asking a celebrity

Whether you were a sith , it never crossed his mind.

However the questions stay in head, 

And he spends the days in the marauder glancing at you

You can feel it.

there glaces of curiosity,you think

Though you wield a lightsaber(albeit hidden) 

You've never used it.

Overall, I think tech would use his curiosity as an excuse to learn more about you, a sith.

Something even his brothers realize XD

"I see it y’know" You say once when everyone is sleeping and tech remained in the pilot seat as you sat behind him.

 "Pardon?" He replied looking up from his data pad,

 "I feel it too, the staring." He only remains quiet,"You…have questions?" You ask closing your eyes and leaning back on the chair

"Your…a jedi?" Tech questions and he hears you chuckle under your breath"Not really," 

"Then..?"  He trails off he only looks back once again and his heart stops for a moment as he met your piercing gaze, within your locked eyes there's a…silent understanding.

 "I see" he only says and looks back at his data.

 You only looked at him for a brief moment, and examined his figure were his ears red…?

Wrecker

I'm excited for this man onfggsysgs

Okay so, although at first he has a rough exterior, with time he sees you're just someone who's confused on where to go,who to rely on. He doesn't realize it but unknowingly he drops that persona early on.

He approaches you slowly, closer and closer each day.

Until when you've integrated yourself into the group,

That's when he's comfortable with being more…cuddly.

He knows that at night you stay awake, sitting on one of the pilot chairs looking at the stars outside

He wants to ask why

But he never does.

Wrecker eventually gathers up the courage to one day sit down next to you and ask why your always awake.

He's usually not one to do so

And honestly 

On the spot you reveal your past, why? You didn't even know why. But he was comforting. 

He's shocked, yea, but to Wreckers credit..he knows you're not your past.

And then on Wrecker sticks closely to you as if he's a small puppy,

It's because your close friends right?

…right?

Crosshair

Man's hated you from the get-go,

And you returned that energy 

He does notice that your force sensitive but is the least to actually do anything

He pretty much ignores it lmao

He still hates you either way💀💀

Like his brothers he's under the assumption your a jedi on the run.

That's until…

You two were separated on a mission and you pulled out your lightsaber 

Which…was red.

After that crosshair pretended he didn't really see anything, treating you normally.

But he did piece together you were trying to live a new life, like them.

He eases off after that, and he finds you trying a put a blaster one day when you guys were fueling up. 

Chuckling he grabs the blaster from you and just says 

"Watch."

Slowly but surely...with every lesson, everytime he seems to be getting closer and closer...

And his always seem to wander

Not that you noticed...👀👀

Warnings: Established relationships,Sad reader,what reader is sad about isn't specified, 

Out of all of these tech is my favorite for some reason his headcanons always hits different for me wtf its a good thing ofc~

Hunter:

Does know what to do but tries his best nonetheless

I think he'd also give you a pep talk

About how you contribute so much into the group 

And how he personally wouldn't trade you for the world

after he would ensure that your at side no matter what

The two of you sat in the cockpit as hunter held your hand silently, you sniffled and rubbed his hand with your thumb.

Hunter looked at your face and smiled softly "you have us,and your with us for the long run." Hunter whispers looking into your eyes as you nodded, wiping your tears. "Your right,I'm sorry " you mumble as you look at hunter. "You don't need to be sorry" he reassures you. as you take his hand on his cheek and place a soft kiss on it

Echo

Confused asf like hunter, tries his best

But unlike hunter I don't think echo would use words to reassure you, 

He would use his actions.

honestly i think in a relationship with echo its constant reassurance

either it be you comforting him when he has nightmares 

omfg this is getting long i dont love this man i SweaR

"Echo..where are you taking me?" You sigh out, catching up to echo who was walking ahead of you

"We need extra parts for the marauder,thought we'd head into the city for them." 

"You?head into the city?thought you didn't like the attention it brought."  You said said with a little smirk as echo looked at gazed at you and looked ahead. 

"Maybe,but it'll be a quick run" he stated looking ahead with a smile

The longer you two walked the more you grew to wonder where exactly this city was,

"I don't mean to ask alot of questions but…where exactly is this city? You said this would be a quick ru-" you stopped midway as you spotted in the distance a lake,  "a city huh? Should have known with a forest this thick" you chuckle as echo shrugged

"Saw it with tech earlier,thought you might like it to." Echo stated looking at you as you walked to the lake and looking at the surrounding flowers that glowed in the darkness and the small glowing particles in the sky. 

"It's beautiful. " you say walking back to echo and taking his hand to enjoy the scene together.

Tech

AWKWARD (at first) he gets used to it

man's really never needed to comfort anyone in his Life, but..I do think after you two get together he has list of things you like well..even before that he had a list

"Your not feeling well" tech states as you look up from your book 

"Uh a little," you mumble looking back at your book.

In the silence tech looks at his device and averts his eyes back an sits next to you.

glancing at his device you close your book and look at him, “Hey tech,tell me about those bugs you guys once came across on that one mission” you say turning your body to look at him as tech looks up and pushes up hs goggles.

“You are going to have to specify,my knowledge of all insects is..”

“Big” 

“Yes.”he states

you chuckle scooting closer to him and leaning on his shoulder,

“Whatevers fine i like hearing you talk”

Wrecker

He'd literally would be the best at cheering up

No kidding you need a instant mood lifter 

Wreckers your man.

honestly the man we all need in our lives

im gonna say something that MAY be ooc but id like to think he gives the best hugs

Although I do think he outright say it

"Wrecker!!" A squeal rang throughout the marauder as you held onto Wreckers arms as he swung you around with his arms on your waist,

 wrecker smiles and swigs you around

"Put me down!!"you laugh 

"Not yet!" He laughs along side with you

“No please!i just ate-i feel sick”you exclaim

“All right,down you go!” with a big smile on his face he lets you down as you wipe your eyes 

“Oh you-!” still laughing you nudge his shoulder and he raises his hands with the intention of lifting you up

“you sure you wanna keep going?” he says coming closer to you again

“no no no !dont do it” laughing you start running passing hunter and omega who look on and look at each other smiling as hunter shakes his head.

Crosshair

Hm…to be honest I think crosshair wont show that he cares

Like

At all.

But

He will in his own way,he's just not good at it.

"Why are you sitting there?" A voice interrupts your thoughts as you jump and turn your head around

"Crosshair!uh..I was just fixing my blaster" you exclaim, turning around and wiping your eyes hoping he didn't notice the redness under them.

Cross hair looked at you as you sat cross legged on the floor,he then spoke up

"Well you're doing it wrong." He stated walking up to you and sitting across taking your blaster and inspecting it

"Oh-" you chuckle scratching your neck as you watched him 

Cross hair let out a "hm" after that 

"Hand me that," he said pointing to the toll besides you. Nodding you handed it to him standing up and sitting beside him.

Suddenly feeling your presence besides him Cross glanced upward quick then down again,

"The darn thing keeps getting stuck,I don't know why" you explain as he works on the blaster as he stays quiet 

After a while he repairs the blaster and polishes it, 

"Try it" handing the blaster back as you take it and head outside crosshair following behind you.

Pointing the blaster a handmade target you shoot

"Woah!" Looking at the blaster you look at crosshair "it goes way more faster than before!what did you do?" You exclaimed excitedly,he smirks and crosses his arms clearly letting your know he wasn't going to let you in on his "secret" 

"Oh come on!I won't tell anyone promise"

“Echo?” a  voice calls out to the man as he had his back turned in thought, [Name] walked closer to him clearing their throat and fidgeting with their fingers, 

“Echo..?” they whisper again,Echo who now heard the person behind him looked back. 

“[Name]?what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with omega?” frantically he looked around as you slowly nodded.

“Omegas with hunter so its fine” [Name] nodded slowly and sitting down in the pilot seat next to him,

“Is it the dreams again..?” echo asked glancing at [Name] who lifted their knees up to their chest and kept their gaze to the floor.

“Yea..i had them last night id-” 

“There's no need to explain yourself, i-” He stopped himself “I know how it feels like, having those type of dreams, “ Echo explained, [name] softly smiling,shifting their gaze to echo.

“Thanks…”

“You must be ridiculous, obi-wan?with Duchess Satine? Anakin, you truly always surprise me.” {Name} scoffed as they walked amongst the velvet hallway as the jedi in back of them pursued.

“[Name] I know you out of all people would love to tease obi-wan about this.” Anakin admitted behind them as he grinned.

“Perhaps…” they said turning their back to Anakin and slowly began to walk.

Anakin kept his gaze on the person in front of him, as he made his way to them again.

“Your usually quiet today…” he trailed off as you let out a sigh. 

“I just-” 

“Do you like obi-wan??” anakin blurted out, wide eyed [Name] turned quickly

“NO!” {Name] covered their mouth and coughed. “No, it's not like that!” they hissed at him.

“Then..?” anakin asked, looking at you, [name] sighed and looked around. And lifted their hand to their mouth and whispered.

“Do you remember Master Orion? I heard she got stripped of her rank because she loved another” [Name] whispered looking around as anakin looked at them. 

“So?”  anakin asked, shaking his head. 

“If obi wan wi-”

“Is it really so bad? To love another person??” anakin asked again with frustration in his voice. he huffed turned and walked away, as [Name] stood there wide eyed

‘Was it…so bad..?’

“But now I'm in pieces

“DONT COME NEAR ME!” The hooded figure screamed flailing the weapon around as the group dropped there blasters,

“We're not gonna hurt you!” Omega reassured, clearly worried for the individual in front of her.

“Omega!be careful!” Hunter warned with his hands in the air to show that he had no weapon.

“Y-your clones…” the figure mumbled the weapon still in their hands, “Why aren't you shooting at me..?”

“We have no reason to shoot you,we're not like the other clones.” Echo stated, inching closer to the figure.

“T..they killed all of my friends…my family…” they mumbled shaking their head tears following down their cheeks 

Omegas eyes softened 

“We have to help her…” she whispered as hunter looked back at the small girl.

“I-im so…” the figure trailed off softly before collapsing to the ground and dropping their weapon.

“Are they okay?!” omega exclaimed running towards the figure. 

“They are alright, They seem to be fatigued.” tech states adjusting his goggles looking at the figure.

“They also appear to be carrying a lightsaber.” he adds looking at the lightsaber that now rolled on the ground.

“A jedi…?” wrecker asked picking up the lightsaber.

I'll tell you how I almost died

While you're bringing me back to life

Echo sat across from [name] as he listened intently to their story,

“Then..when I returned it felt odd, there was something…so wrong in the force..” [Name] explained holding their palm to their temple as they looked to the floor. Echo nodded softly, his gaze still on [name].

“Then my team started shooting at me” they croaked out. “I was so scared..” 

Echo looked down, laying his elbows on his knees. Deciphering what to say.

Sniffling you look up,

“You dont need to say anything..it just..”

“Feels good to finally let it out?” echo added as [Name] smiled

“Yea..”

“I just wanna live in this moment forever

'Cause I'm afraid that living couldn't get any better

Started giving up on the word "forever"

Until you gave up heaven, so we could be together”

“You're not going with them?” echo asked [Name] made their way back into the marauder and turned their gaze to him.

“No, i..” name trailed off avoiding echo as their heart began to race.and they rubbed their arms

“I guess i- grew attached” they chuckled, smiling sheepishly. 

“I'm going to stay, if you guys would let me!” 

“Of c-”

“Of course!!!” omega chimes in the front of the ship,

“Omega...” echo scolds

“Echo- PFFT” name bursts out laughing as echo sighs with a smile and looks away.

“Omm sorry-” [name] mumbles covering their mouth coughing, they settle down and place their palm against the countertop.

“Okay okay..so- im sorry i can't!!” they laugh as echo lets out a small chuckle.

“So..this is it?” they mumble out as echo looks at them.

“Any idea of when you’ll come back at least…?” [name] ask and echo shakes his head.

‘Hm…” they hum as they stand crossing their arms and looking down at the floor. Their chest is heavy, and their vision becomes blurry.

“Hey,we went over this…I'-.” echo states placing a hand on [names] shoulder as name nods.

“I know,i know... i just…” [name] sighs shaking their head. “This is where you're needed, I understand…” they whisper. Echo gives them a small smile,

[Name] hand reaches for echos and holds it,

“Until then, dont die!” {Name} warns letting go his hand and turning to rex 

“Take him care of him for us” they say as Rex nods.

“You have my word General”  he states, Nodding you turn back to echo.

“Well i..can't keep the squad waiting..i’ll take care of them. So don't worry your head off” they tease as echo chuckles.

“We’ll see eachother again.” echo states, {Name] smiles tears threatening to fall. They turn around and begin to walk back to the ship, as they climb back on the marauder, glance behind them to meet echos gaze again and give a small nod. Before making their way in as the door closes behind them.

Echo x reader

warnings: spoilers for episode 8, reader doesn't realize their in love with echo (and denies it smh),One-sided pining (It doesn't stay that way i promise)

A/n:  Look i know we still sad as hell about echo..BUT the amount of fics it presents....i had to- Also im taking in request so..if anyone's interested you know what to do:]

It hadn't been long since echo left with rex, Regardless you missed him dearly. It was quiet on the marauder, it was always quiet. But it felt different this time. It felt off and something lingered in the air. Turning to to look for omega, Your eyes drift to her curtains that was shut close. She had not taken him leaving well either. a sigh leaves your lips as you walk to the cockpit and sat next to wrecker as hunter sat in the front with tech. Tech who piloted the marauder,you looked to wrecker who seemed like he was deep in thought. 

“You alright wrecker?” you asked your tone soft, he slightly jumped and turned to look at you.

“Yea, i'm alright!” he assured with a small smirk laying his head on the chair.

You tried to come up with a question to ask, to at least create conversation so the air wouldn't be filled with...whatever it was filled with.

But you couldn't think of anything, but you didn't force anything as wrecker closed his eyes and seemed to drift off to sleep.

you sighed looking around the marauder hoping anything would catch your attention. But at this point you had seen everything on this ship. You memorized its buttons and what they were for..

Echo had taught you to memorize them. When you first joined The Batch you found yourself immediately attracted to the grumpy second in command,Shifting you body away from the others you smile recalling the memories.

You didn't want to express it, But obviously you missed him. the whole group did. Was it weird that you missed him so profusely? you thought to yourself closing you eyes, you kept thinking. 

You already missed the unexpected meetings you two would have when he couldn't sleep when you just happened to wake up around the same time. With time you intentionally woke yourself up when you heard the sound of his familiar footsteps in the hallways of the marauder.

Or the times where he would become infuriated, he would often leave to cool off in order to not show his anger to the rest of the group. It was something that at the time worried you. You felt the need to go after him, but what could you say? he just wanted to be alone. But now, realizing why, you loved that about him. 

the way how after a disagreement with hunter or being teased by wrecker, your eyes would drift to him. And would catch him sulking with his arms crossed. Causing you hold in your laugh, 

‘Cute’ you remember thinking

another sigh leaves your lips.

what if you two never saw each other again?

what if he met someone one one his missions with rex?

The very thought made you worried

suddenly it crosses your mind.

‘why should you even care about that?’ you think to yourself now opening your eyes

echo was not yours, And you had not liked him in that way. You didn't think so at least..Your cheeks warm out of embarrassment of how much  you thought of this.

‘i just need rest.’ you think settling back into the chair and closing your eyes.
