Hey y’all, I’m probably going to be mostly AWOL until Sunday (and hopefully not dying in the Sacramento heat), so I’ll try to catch up with everyone as best I can once I’m back.

Gonna be an interesting weekend. [Can ya hear my anxiety leveling up? Because I sure can.]

#Thursday’s gonna be … oof … a lot of emotion & a lot of socializing. Not ready for it but then who’s ever ready for a funeral?#I will get to see my dad (& shock him with the fauxhawk jfjfjdj) & I’ll get to meet a bunch of people I’ve only heard about or met-#-when I was little so I’m excited … & nervous … but still excited #Gonna hopefully square up against my oldest & greatest adversary later: the giant scrap-metal butterflies of what used to be Marine World #Really hoping Six Flags kept them- I was TERRIFIED of them when I was maybe 4 or 5 (oOooOo big scaaaary buuuuutterflies)#It’s one of my most vivid early memories (even if I don’t exactly remember why they scared me- I was creeped out by bare robotics as a kid-#-so maybe I thought they were giant robots? I dunno. I just remember what they looked like & the panic as we got close.)#I just need to make it through Thursday & not do anything that’ll reflect poorly on my dad- dudes been through hell the last couple years #🎃 cryptid sighting #Family death
