Obviously I opted for Cindy... (not that muscle ups are even close to being an option currently 😂)... 12 rounds total. Made some modifications for my current injury: seated pull ups, kneeling push-ups, and 53lb kettle bell deadlifts. Came into this #wod fasted and it felt great!
