I have a WP blog and the /about page now shows the malware warning.

Checking in admin, WP was already up to to date, a few plugins needed updating and there are some inactive themes and plugins. However the site has Wordfence installed and when I ran a check after updating all plugins etc it came back clean.

I have ssh access to the server the site is on (a server with about 30+ Vhosts on) and ran rkhunter which came back with a few warnings but from what I can see from other linux forums these were false positives.

Also run chkrootkit and also the same, just a few false positives.

Finally I have run isp_protect and this was the output:

Im a bit confused by this though as it says this:

Starting scan level 1 ... Scanning 8121 files now ... Scan level 1 completed. 16 hits.

but then after it says 0 malware found.

Also just checked both the site and /about page here but google says its fine.

En fait, c’est en grande partie la tâche principale de cette surveillance des réseaux. Je crois qu’il est important de faire une distinction sur le fait que ce n’est pas tous les sites Internet qui sont propices à la censure ou encore qui sont affectés par cette surveillance. Selon les demandes gouvernementales de suppression de contenu, « La plupart du temps, [ils reçoivent] des demandes d'autorités administratives exigeant la suppression de contenus sur Blogger, YouTube et la recherche Google, mais des dizaines d'autres produits sont également concernés » (Google, (s.d) : En ligne).
