I cannot write in the stillness of life. My ink must be drawn from chaos And utter difficulty. The page must tremble in unsteady hands, While the lips quiver words of unrest — Truth lies in uneven lines. - Laura Chouette

Life of a teacher... 🍎
So now I've got a job and coming to the end of my course. I guess it's becoming all real.
My dreams from when I was little of becoming a teacher.
Can I live up to the expectations?
Am i ready for the responsibilities?
I hope I get accepted in this teacher community, I am young but oh so inspired to make the children I teach have imagination, creativity, passion. To educate them but also allow them to explore.
Finding the middle balance will be hard.
But I won't know unless I try.
I won't know how to achieve or fail unless I try.
I just hope that one day a child will think back to when they learnt something and remember me who helped them along the way..

Yes, love was so beautiful, the music told him, pulling him through fields at night when the owls hooted and the shooting stars passed overhead in the sky, all the planets and stars melting like wax.

All gods dispense suffering without reason. Otherwise they would not be worshiped. Through indiscriminate suffering men know fear and fear is the most divine emotion. It is the stones for altars and the beginning of wisdom. Half gods are worshiped in wine and flowers. Real gods require blood.

A camera is a thing easily broken or purloined; its fragility makes it fastidious. A camera requires law, order, the thin blue line. Seeking to preserve itself, it remains behind the shielding wall, observing the shadow-lands from afar, and of course from above: that is, it chooses sides.

No matter how the official narrative of this turns out... these are the places we should be looking, not in newspapers or television but at the margins, graffiti, uncontrolled utterances, bad dreamers who sleep in public and scream in their sleep.

May we trust that this blessed ship is bound for some better shore, some undrowned Lemuria, risen and redeemed, where the American fate, mercifully, failed to transpire...
