Except..the difference between life and those puzzles my father and my mother like so much, is that life is an imperfect puzzle that's been missing a few pieces from the beginning. Tsubasa: Why are you apologising? You've done nothing wrong.

PUNCH: BECAUSE I AM! I'm......Punch.....I...

Tsubasa: I'm sorry, brother.

PUNCH: Huh?! Okay, now YOU'RE apologising!

Tsubasa: I'm sorry for making you feel uneasy because of me, brother. (We both apologise while insisting the other's apology isn't necessary. It's kind of funny in a way. Such a trivial exchange under such circumstances? We laugh together.)

Tsubasa: I'm glad you were with me.

PUNCH: I couldn't have handled being an observer all alone.

Tsubasa: We were able to endure because we had each other. Are you cold, brother?

PUNCH: I'm all right as long as you're with me, Punch, my dearest brother.

Gilgamesh: Alright. I just don't know what to do with myself....I don't know if I want to be the same King Gilgamesh, or Sonic, or Punch Whalen? Or if I want to throw off all ties, and just try to be a normal life, live a life freely like you, Sonic. Or if I want to live to who I am, the same ol' PUNCH.

Sonic: And you feel the need to find the answer to that, correct?

Gilgamesh: Well, yes. I mean, I'm still in title as King of all creation, serving the entire world and my subjects, my people. I know this and accept it.

Sonic: I see.

Gilgamesh: And yet...life has never been so fulfilling as when I'm finally travelling together with all of you. I worry that I don't believe in my true heart after all....in who I am. Punch gave me my second chance to live as to who I should be proud of....but.....

Sonic: To find one's answer....I agree that this is a very important thing. I told Syaoran and Danny as well.

Gilgamesh: Exactly. That's why....

Sonic: Then I ask you this. Does gaining one's answer necessarily mean losing something else? That's all I can say for now.

Gilgamesh: My true answer for this new path.......

Tsubasa: Whenever I tried to comfort PUNCH to sleep, because PUNCH still had one human inside his body. But PUNCH was stubborn and didn't want to sleep because of me. I'd promise to cook PUNCH's favorite food, like soups, and he'd calm down and fall asleep. Even one day, I once messed up the soup, but PUNCH smiled and told me to keep on making them.

Gilgamesh: I love sweets or cold sweets like ice cream. Tsu--I mean--I had never tasted sweets made by humans before, and after Punch took me to taste dessert, I fell in love with dessert at the first bite. But because I was little back then, and not strong enough to survive on my own. My brother, Punch, promised to make the sweets for me, and I calmed down.

Enkidu: Punch just wanted to do something for his little brother. That's so sweet. That's the reason you tried to make your candies by yourself!

Gilgamesh: I also tried to make soup with mushrooms or orange stuff. It made me nostalgic.

Enkidu: You also love onion soup, too.

Gilgamesh: With thinly sliced onions, beef broth, white wine, herbs like thyme and bay leaves, and cheese like Gruyère.

Enkidu: So not only chilli dog and Mabo curry were your favourite foods.

Gilgamesh: And those sweet, cold soups, they're a souvenir that my brother would always bring for me to calm down and fall asleep.......

PUNCH: We failed. There's nothing left for us to take back, and here I sent time back to the beginning of everything by Kujaku. Even if it's only me...I still remember. Alone.

Punch Whalen: Syaoran lost......Peter or King Arthur lost.....I lost both Sonic and Danny.....even Homura.....my family.....I carried their path and legacy....I knew ever since I chose to become King Gilgamesh, I've always thought I would be alone forever. Always.

PUNCH: I'm not going to forget everything. I'll remember all the moments we've shared together.

PUNCH Gilgamesh: I'll do it over...as many times as it takes. Tsubasa: I'd take my pinkie with his fingers wrapped around and poke his cheek, and he'd just be all smiles.

Arthur & Danny & Homura: *Smiles*

Tsubasa: I swore to myself I'd always do whatever I could to protect PUNCH.

Danny: Maybe PUNCH had someone spending a lot of time around him....like a man whose shoulder he cries on?

Arthur: Danny?!

Tsubasa: Damnation! My brother doesn't have any guy clinging onto him! Do you know something I don't?! Prove it! Bring him here right now!

Danny: Whoa! Calm down! I'm just joking!

Homura: You really love PUNCH so much....in your "love" way.

Arthur: Wonder if PUNCH loves me, will Tsubasa kill me? That's scared me for some reason.

Gilgamesh: Punch...if you can hear my voice....the light, hope and miracle that you brought to us is changing the entire universe. Changing it for the better. The peace you brought ended the war between light and darkness. All centuries of conflict between all nations had finally over. They will be no more than a sad chapter of history on earth. And I will continue to do what you have given me to see this through. But.... I realized now....what my true answer should be. A demi god, a "Sonic", a normal one, a king. A friend to everyone in the entire world. I want to live like all of these friends. At first, I thought I was just being selfish. That I lack the maturity to discard those facets of myself that were inconvenient. But since I met Enkidu, I met you and Sonic, and understand Peter as a human. I never thought I had a wonderful journey with dear friends, and given my proper farewell to many friends I had once lost. And because of that, that very journey with you is the reason that I can stand before you now....with my true answer in my hand for being exist and alive! I've realized I don't need to throw away and suicide myself! Punch! Thank you for always being there for me when no one else was!

Sonic: The journey didn't give us only the answer. It gave you the faith, trust, and strength in the answer you already have, my brother.

Gilgamesh: That's not the only thing it gave me. Sonic!

Sonic: I'm all ears!
