"You've been quiet since we left the restaurant," Tudor commented once they were back in his apartment.

Dinner with Graham had ultimately gone well as far as he was concerned. The surgeon seemed convinced he was good enough for Millie. However to obtain that approval Tud had dropped a bombshell that probably should have been discussed privately, and he suspected Millie had a lot to say on the matter.

Lifting their interlaced fingers to his mouth, he brushed a kiss over the back of her hand. "Amelia, please talk to me, love. What's on your mind?"
