U.S. Marshals (1998)
Tumblr media
U.S. Marshals is a spin-off of The Fugitive and if you compare the two, the original comes out on top. That doesn’t make this follow-up a bad film. The picture does everything right, but my being different, it becomes more conventional. Is that enough to dismiss a film with an entertaining plot, likeable characters, great performances, and spectacular bits of action? Not in my book.
When Mark Warren (Wesley Snipes) is arrested for an illegal weapons possession charge, he is linked to the murder of two government agents and sent on a plane to New York for sentencing. When an assassination attempt on Warren causes the plane to crash, he goes on the run. U.S. Marshal Sam Gerard (Tommy Lee Jones) and his team, accompanied by Special Agent John Royce (Robert Downey, Jr.) begin tracking the fugitive.
There’s no way Harrison Ford’s Dr. Richard Kimble would get framed for a murder and go on the run AGAIN but do you know who would get caught up in a big, exciting action plot? The U.S. Marshals who were after him. I wish more sequels would do this, particularly when they feature memorable characters like Sam Gerard and his team. It’s engaging because the characters we follow are fun. Every one of the U.S. Marshals is well developed, entertaining, likeable, and memorable. When they’re put in peril, you care about more than just Gerard. You care about Cosmo (Joe Pantoliano), Biggs (Daniel Roebuck), Newman (Tom Wood), and Cooper (LaTanya Richardson).
Written by Roy Huggins and John Pogue, the plot is nice and twisty. Snipes has a good number of big stunts and the mixes things up by adding Robert Downey, Jr.'s character on the team. It’s a great action movie that suffers because you can’t help comparing it to The Fugitive. That film spun cinematic conventions on their head. Instead of the guy on the run being an action star, he was just a regular guy who used his skills as a doctor to get the info he wanted. Instead of having the most obvious mystery (did he kill his wife?) as a hook to keep you interested, it made the entire film into a physical and mental hunt. The clues were not obvious except in retrospect. It’s a classic of the action genre. U.S. Marshals isn’t. It is more predictable in the sense that Wesley Snipes is capable of getting into gunfights and of jumping onto moving vehicles to get away; his involvement in the mystery is handled in a familiar way; the conclusion takes you by surprise, but it isn’t reinventing the wheel. If you take it on its own, it’s terrific. As a sequel, it’s a worthy follow-up by doing everything right.
U.S. Marshals excels at many things. It’s fast-paced, keeps you on your toes, features great special effects, and memorable stunts. The performances are excellent. In many action films, the characters are secondary. They’re tools to get us from one explosion or revelation to the next. That’s not the case here. It doesn't matter what these characters are doing; you'll be gripped. The biggest disappointment is not that U.S. Marshals isn't as good as The Fugitive - few pictures are. The letdown is that this picture didn’t get a sequel. (On VHS, September 30, 2016)

An in depth look into the symbolic meanings in the  Ignorance Is Bliss cut scene with U.S.Marshal Cameron Burke
okay let me start out by saying I don’t normally write about stuff like this, but replaying the game I realized there are A LOT of symbolism's  in this scene ((which is normally the case with this whole game but with faith especially)) and i’d like to touch on the main three things so hang on tight
Let’s start out with the obvious. Burke has a lot of  butterflies that land on him / are around him during this scene.  Christians see the butterfly as a symbol of resurrection, other religions see it as hope or change. Some people even believe the butterfly could be a symbol of life. We see at the end just before he gets out of the boat the butterflies leave him which could be a foreshadowing of his death, or a symbol of him being reborn. He’s no longer the Marshal we saw at the beginning, He’s a completely different person. he’s finally happy
The hummingbird is about as hard to miss as the butterflies, especially because it’s right there in your face. Hummingbirds are believed to be a symbolism for eternity and in other cultures and religions joy and love which could  be a nod towards a lot of things.  Eden’s gate is one aspect of that. It would be no surprise that had Burke not shot himself he’d be welcomed through the gates (eternal happiness). The other aspect is it’s yet another nod towards  the christian belief of  suicide or any other  “unforgivable sin “ means  you’re left to redeem yourself after death before  you  can enter heaven, Many believe that one might spend forever in purgatory/walking the earth, unable to redeem themselves.
There are ducks that fly in off to the side of the boat as Burke goes on about mundane lives and the lack of free will. Ducks are known to be a symbolism of freedom. They’re able to swim, and also able to fly. they’re never STUCK in one place.  they swim along beside you for a little bit until Burke utters the sentence  “Oh man, I am so done with that.” and then they fly off behind his head. Another nod towards his freedom and acceptance of being in the bliss.

Day 8 - Black Cowboys and The Lone Ranger⠀ ⠀ 🤠Per usual, the reality of cowboys has been extremely whitewashed, thanks to Hollywood. But it’s actually been estimated that about 1 in 4 cowboys were actually black and have been since the 1500s. ⠀ ⠀ 🤠Some researchers actually believe that the term “cowboy” was used as a derogatory term to describe Black cowhands (someone employed to tend the cattle). ⠀ ⠀ 🤠Mike Searles, a retired historian, studied the history of black cowboys and found that they most often had the job of breaking horses that hadn't been ridden much. ⠀ ⠀ 🤠They were also known to be chuck wagon cooks and songsters. Their singing helped the cattle stay calm. ⠀ ⠀ 🤠“The Lone Ranger” thought always depicted as a white man, is widely believe to actually be based on a black man named Bass Reeves. ⠀ ⠀ 🤠Bass Reeves was a slave born in 1838. He fled slavery and headed north to the Native territory where he ended up living with the Cherokee, Seminole, and Creek Indians, learning their languages until the 13th Amendment was passed. ⠀ ⠀ 🤠After the emancipation, Reeves was now a free man and was recruited to the U.S.Marshals due to his knowledge of Native territory and languages. ⠀ ⠀ 🤠He was the first black deputy to serve west of the Mississippi River. ⠀ 🤠He brought in some of the most dangerous criminals of the time, was never wounded and is credited with arresting more than 3,000 felons. ⠀ ⠀ 🤠In 1910, Reeves passed away due to Bright's disease. ⠀ ⠀ “Being a black cowboy was hard work. I hate to think of the racism I went through. When it was branding time, they'd put 20 cows in the pen and I was the one who had to catch them and hold them down. The brander was white - so, in other words, all the hard, dirty work was done by the black cowboys." - Cleveland Walters, an 88-year old cowboy who lives outside Liberty, TX.

This is really insane. Via @thetickerreport: Nine suspects have been arrested during a sex trafficking bust involving state and federal agents in Georgia. For two weeks, U.S.Marshals Fugitive Hunters and other agencies scoured north and middle Georgia looking for missing and exploited children. In all, 26 endangered children were recovered and another 13 missing children were found. U.S. Marshals Service Director Donald Washington said that authorities fear the children were all already or potential victims of sex trafficking. The operation spanned across 20 Georgia counties. Sources said children were found in Gwinnett, Fulton, Clayton, and Forsyth counties among other places. Nine suspects were arrested. https://www.instagram.com/p/CEfSjcEJ04m/?igshid=6cptkn08j19w

‘Black Ink’ Boss Ceaser Accused of Not Paying $26K Settlement For Stealing Mayweather Fight
Source: Bernard Smalls / @PhotosByBeanz
Once again, Ceaser and his company Black Ink are in trouble.
BOSSIP is exclusively reporting the tattoo shop mogul is has not paid a dime of $26K settlement he reached with Joe Hand Promotions. In the documents obtained by the website, Ceaser was accused of pirating the 2017 Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor fight and showing it in his Atlanta tattoo shop.
BOSSIP states the fight, which would only cost $99 to regular folks, costs thousands of dollars for businesses to stream in its establishments.
Per BOSSIP:
Joe Hand Promotions sued Black Ink Atlanta and its head, Ceasar Emmanuel, in federal court for piracy, copyright infringement and more, alleging the company stole Pay Per View services when it hijacked a signal to broadcast the 2017 fight in its ATL shop, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP.
The company, which specializes in licensing premier sporting events to bars, restaurants, and other commercial locations, said although the fight costs $99 to watch in people’s homes, it cost several thousand dollars for businesses to stream it at their facilities. Joe Hand Promotions accused Black Ink of profiting off of stolen services, and demanded several hundred thousand dollars in money damages, their court papers state.
Ceaser and Black Ink agreed it would pay Joe Hand Promotions $26,000 but did not cop to any wrongdoing. The settlement was reached back in August 2019, but no money has been paid out since. BOSSIP reports that Joe Hand Promotions has gone back to court to obtain a writ of execution against Black Ink. That means U.S.Marshals will be authorized to seize any of Ceaser’s assets, property, and money.
We wonder if Ceaser was holding out so he can pay to keep his flagship location open in Harlem. But this definitely sounds like he will have a lot more to worry about now if the courts approve the writ of execution.

Tips on Atlanta Immigration Law
Tumblr media
Immigration laws tweak who can enter the country and how long they can stay, in a supplement to determining what real rights and responsibilities noncitizens have while they are here. The Bureau of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is a branch of Homeland Security (DHS). USCIS is in charge of every immigration-related applications and authorizations for foreign individuals who are inside the borders of the U.S. USCIS processes every immigrant and non-immigrant support provided to visitors of the United States, including family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, asylum and refugee processing, and naturalization.
Georgia has some of the strongest immigration laws in the United States of America. Local lawyers Tadeo & Silva immigration attorneys can attest to this Driving a car without a license, for instance, is a jailable offense here. Thus undocumented immigrants who drive an automobile in this huge city risk arrest by the police. Becoming an immigration lawyer can be unquestionably useful for people dealing subsequent to these issues.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is the enforcement agency that has authority over illegal immigrant detention and removal. additional federal agencies that hire immigration attorneys supplement the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) (e.g., Civil Rights Division, Office of Special Counsel for Immigration; Criminal Division, Domestic Security Section; Criminal Division, Office of Special Investigations; and the Office of Immigration Litigation). The courts dealing with immigration and the Board of Immigration Appeals are looked to for independently adjudicating cases under the immigration laws. The management Office for Immigration evaluation (EOIR) is charged following administering the Immigration Courts nationwide.
These immigrant communities have altered the monetary, cultural, and religious landscape of metro Atlanta, Georgia. The Asian American population in the metro Atlanta in Georgia nearly doubled and makes happening just below 5% of the region's population. Gwinnett County became one of the most diverse counties in the nation.
Immigration lawyers represent individual and business clients before the USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in Immigration Courts in Atlanta (known as The A) and the federal circuit courts with issues dealing with immigration, emigration, visas, green cards, adjustment of status, political asylum, and supplementary important immigration and naturalization issues. Business immigration law firms back domestic and international corporations in transferring noncitizen employees from foreign offices to the U.S. and hiring noncitizens as employees in domestic offices.
The immigrant proportion of the population went up from 10.1% to 13.7%, and Atlanta in Georgia moved to happen from 14th to 12th in the ranking of US metro areas subsequent to the largest immigrant population by sheer numbers. Still, its 13.6% proportion of immigrants makes it the 29th highest of the nation's largest 100 metro locations in the U.S.
A concrete way to make an impact on the immigrant population in Atlanta (known as The A) is to become an immigration attorney. It's certainly a tenuous process, but the rewards are great.
Take all the courses offered about immigration law. Intern or become employed at an organization like USCIS, ICE or one of the DOJ divisions that work on immigration issues or an ATL Immigration Court or Board of Immigration Appeals. manufacture your litigation and advocacy skills by participating in intellectual Court. Volunteer taking into consideration a nonprofit that provides immigration law-related authentic services, that provides facilities to immigrant communities, or that advocates for immigrants rights. pretense as a play a role clerk at a feat unmodified that specializes in immigration law.
Some of the immigration case-types you might encounter might be:
Family-Based & Child Immigration
The main method that people immigrate permanently to the U.S.A is through a family relationship. An immediate relative is given the top priority of all the family relationships. A relative is a husband or wife or young person child of a U.S. citizen or the parents of U.S. citizens who are over the age of 21.
Other types of family dealings are open to quotas and long waiting lists. These categories include cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and spouses of lawful residents, adult children of U.S. citizens, and family relatives of United States of America citizens. The total number of family-based immigrant visas issued each year is limited to 470,000.
Long-standing Immigration
A person who wants to live constantly in the United States of America should apply to become a lawful resident. A lawful resident is allowed to live and work in the U.S. permanently. This lawful resident status is known as a green card, even if resident immigrants are no longer green.
The green card application can be filed either inside or external of the U.S.
Inside of the U.S., the process of applying to become an LPR is known as adjustment of status. outside of the U.S., the process of applying to become an LPR is known as consular processing.
U.S. immigration laws area limits upon how many people can for all time immigrate to the U.S. from each country each year. To create sure a combination of immigrants from substitute countries come to the U.S. each year, the sum number of green cards issued to each individual country cannot exceed seven percent of the total allowances issued within the year.
Employment-based substitute visas
In all, there are more than 20 different types of temporary employment visas that have enough money immigrants the opportunity to come to the U.S. to work.
Atlanta Mayor Bottoms recently signed an executive order asking federal immigration executives to separate every current detainee from the city jail. The mayor issued an executive order in June to stop willing to help suspected illegal immigrants detained byU.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the jail. The order came after President Donald Trump imposed a zero tolerance policy on illegal immigration that led to the isolation of more than 2,300 children from their parents, an order Trump rescinded upon the similar daylight Bottoms issued her initial order. The city has been housing ICE detainees past 2010 below an appointment behind the U.S.Marshals Service.

THE NEXT MORNING found Burton Richards, Jesse Halloway, and Lewis Jordan emerging from the Delta terminal at Jacksonville International. A dense morning fog still lingered, covering the ground in all directions. To Burt’s way of thinking, always a good sign when in need of a warm day. Lord knows his bones would welcome the change—why he’d come close to joining in with the rest of the passenger applause in response to the flight attendant’s announcement that the predicted high temperature for the day was seventy-seven degrees.
They headed for the airport security office, on their way to meet the U.S. Marshal who would escort them to their helicopter. After receiving directions, they walked single file through a lengthy underground concourse. Then up a long flight of stairs that exited beside a small security shack used to monitor the movements of the baggage handlers.  There they waited.
Burt did some stretching exercises, desperate to chase the kinks from his aching legs. During the winter months his right hamstring bothered him on a daily basis. The only thing that seemed to help was his morning run. Unfortunately, he didn’t have time for it before going to the airport. Consequently, his present joust with the pain seemed futile. The stinging sensation wasn’t the usual indication he was losing the war. More like it was time to surrender altogether. Even so, he persisted. When he finished he kicked an imaginary field goal to test it. In his mind's eye, he was pleased with the trajectory but not the distance.
The youngest member of the trio had not witnessed his superior’s partial disappointment. After experiencing more than a few nervous spasms during the flight he was off in a world all his own. Upon serious reflection, he truly believed the plane they arrived in was missing some essential parts. Feeling it was his official duty as a  government representative he had clicked-off a formal letter of complaint (via his laptop)  before deplaning.
Now that the tension along his neck and shoulders had started to subside he was feeling better. Then a change in Jacksonville’s soggy atmosphere caused him to reconsider. Wrinkling his nose, he voiced his opinion on the subject.
“Phew, smells really funky down here. Kinda like the Philly zoo in the summertime.”
Burt arched his back and took in a huge sample for himself. “You're right kid…and  you can underline the funky part.”
A native of the state, Jesse turned a disapproving eye in both their directions, although his focus was mainly on Lewis. “Listen dickless, I’ll feed you to the gators the  next time I hear you insult the sunshine state.”
Lewis waved Jesse's warning aside, his verbal rebuttal interrupted by the high-pitched whine of an electric motor. They all heard it, but due to the fog, no one saw anything.
“Sounds like our ride.” Burt said impatiently. “But where the hell is it?”
Seconds later his answer came sailing out of the mist, in the form of a six-seated golf-cart-like contraction. The driver was an airport employee accompanied by a U.S.Marshal. The marshal hopped out when it came to a stop.
“Good morning. I’m Preston Bass. United States Marshals, at your service. I'm to take you gentlemen directly to the heliport. Your bird is on standby.”
The announcement hit Lewis the hardest, his stomach especially. No one mentioned anything about a helicopter before they left the office. The thought alone sent twangs of alarm throughout his body. More or less warning him that the last thing he needed after a bumpy plane ride and near belly flop landing was to go dizzying around the countryside in a damned helicopter. The voice of reason in his stomach finally reminding him there would be hell-to-pay if he didn’t take heed to the guttural warning. Of course, his stomach didn't know he had little say in the matter. Like everyone else he slid in the cart. He couldn’t help from thinking, what at first seemed like a great way to get out from behind a desk and away from the office had quickly turned into a nightmare in the Everglades.
As soon as everyone was on board the marshal went on with his briefing. “These  jet-copters are fast, so once you’re in the air you should be over the search area in no  time.” He paused in order to hand Burt a manila envelope. “Here’s a copy of everything we know so far. You'll have time to go over it once you’re in the air.” That said, his expression turned inquisitive. “If you don't mind me asking—why were you guys called in on this? This guy someone special?”
Burt thought the driver seemed a little too interested in their conversation. Why he temporarily disregarded the marshal’s question. The marshal caught on right away, motioning to the prying eyes beside him to watch where they were going.
“The chopper pilot is a marshal. He can be cranky at times, but he’s a good guy once you get to know him. If you have any questions along the way, he'll answer them for  you.”
When the cart stopped, the marshal gestured toward the helicopter warming up on the tarmac. “That's yours, gentlemen.”
Before boarding, Burt turned back to face him. “He is special.”
The marshal put his hand up to his ear, signifying he hadn’t heard due to the noise.
“He's special all right,” Burt repeated louder, “but probably only to me.”
“Oh! Well…in that case, good hunting.” That said the marshal latched the door, bowed a bit and backed away.
The second they were up Jesse began patrolling the landscape. Burt went straight for the envelope while Lewis got right to work swallowing irrational thoughts of pending doom. He sat motionless, his hands clamped tightly around the armrest, his face turning deathly pale the minute they gained attitude. And just as his stomach had promised, the nauseating sensations brought on by the unsteady ride immediately took their toll.
Jesse felt no better, just did a better job of hiding it. Burt picked-up on their collective discomfort right away and every few minutes or so he’d turn around to check on them. Foremost on his mind was the woman he’d left at his apartment. During the flight down he’d been consciously debating himself on the subject of staying together. It was her—marry me or else declaration that was stifling his progress. His reaction to the ultimatum was why they'd parted on such bad terms. He regretted that and wished he knew the proper fix. In matters of the heart, he always relied on the advice of others, his friend Gus usually. In a pinch, it was Dan Houser from the office. In this instance, he hadn’t had time to confer with either before leaving town. He thought in this particular situation neither one of them could help him. Going their separate ways seemed all but certain since in his haste to get out without further confrontation he’d instructed her to pack his things.
In an effort to get his mind off his troubles with Sara he opened the manila folder and began to read. He tried to look over the material but wasn’t that interested. He should have been of course, but it was hard to stay focused with romantic concerns diluting his concentration at every opportunity. The distraction seemed to make everything he read sound ridiculous. In a state of complete exasperation, he turned and conveyed some of it to Jesse and Lewis in order to get a more focused opinion.
“Maybe it’s me, but this sounds like so-much-bullshit.”
         “What does boss?”
Burt frowned at Lewis before going on. “These notes, they’re full of trivial
nonsense. All the tips are from nut cases trying to collect a reward. And get this—he's been gone for close to twenty-four hours but they're still concentrating their search within a fifteen-mile radius of the prison. I don't think anyone with half a brain would chance a  break without a damn good plan for getting miles away as soon as they hit the street. By  now, hell, he’s probably in Texas.” That said, he glanced over at the pilot. “Where are we  headed right now?”
The pilot leaned back, a helpful expression on his face. “Waldo.”
Burt checked the map the marshal gave him along with the folder. “How far is  Waldo from Stark?”
“About ten miles south. A little more maybe. It's a small town—nothing special  about it.”
“Why there?” Burt’s line of questioning was clearly starting to get on the pilot’s nerves which caused him to issue Burt a look. One that under almost any other set of circumstances would have preceded him cursing someone…a lot. He was ready to bite but didn’t, just took a deep breath. He let it slowly and continued.
“These small towns near the prison are loaded with citizens who look out for convicts after they run. They know the danger and report anything they see pretty fast—and I mean anything. If it looks the least bit strange or just a little suspicious, they’re on the phone in what I believe you city boys refer to as New York minute. And what I'm hearing over the radio tells me this Waldo lead is a good one.”
The pilot's eyes returned forward. Lewis, not to mention his stomach, was grateful to see them pointed back in that direction again. Jesse seemed more bothered by Burt's behavior. He thought him totally out of sync, for whatever the reason. It was as though he had changed into a completely different person overnight.
No one knew better than Burt how badly his day was going. He’d already run impatient fingers through every one of his red hairs, yanking-out a few in the process. He felt there was nothing left but to go back to the folder, reading on this time with bona fide interest. He knew someone had to lend assistance in every escape, so he looked for some clue as to who it might have been in Winthrop Grace’s case. Nothing he saw jumped-out at him since the man hadn't had one visitor the whole time he'd been in prison. However, he did make regular visits to the prison psychiatrist’s office and had talked to someone from the federal board of prisons on several occasions. The file made no mention as to what the meetings were about or exactly who with.
Typically, it would be to ask for relocation to another prison or to file a complaint about treatment. Neither of which would have been taken seriously from a man convicted as an accomplice in the murder of a police officer.  The only non-usual commercial traffic that day was an extermination company out of Tampa. They left the prison about an hour before Winthrop Grace was discovered missing. But that didn’t necessarily mean anything. According to the file, they stopped work early that day due to inclement weather. He thought it might be something, but wouldn’t know for sure until he got to the prison and conducted a few interviews.
The strangest thing was how the prison snitches had all clammed-up. According to whoever it was that made the notes, no inmate had come forward with any useful information as yet. Odd he thought, that there wouldn’t be one single convict who had a burning desire to get a little time knocked-off their sentence. Really odd. It was only after the reward was posted and went out over all the wires that sightings started coming in. Some as far away as New Mexico. He assumed nothing had panned-out until the Waldo tip. The last entry stated a man had seen someone inside a summer home belonging to a couple from  Ohio. According to him, the house should have been empty due to the owners spending the winter in the Caymans. Other than that, they didn’t seem to have a heck of a lot to go on. To Burt, it all seemed like an ever-thickening load of rubbish.
Because he was getting pissed he hadn't paid much attention to anything other than the file for a while. Therefore, he’d missed the entire conversation between the pilot and the officers at the Waldo stakeout. Not until the helicopter swerved and then suddenly dropped into a wide arc did he notice anything out of the ordinary. Actually, what he heard first was Lewis loudly catching hold of his breath. When he turned around he had to readjust his grip on his own armrest, holding on for dear life. The vibration tremors ran down his spine first, and then through his entire body, even his skull. Despite his best efforts to resist the feeling was unnerving, and he'd flown in helicopters on numerous occasions.
The copter lurched a second time before descending in a slow lazy circle. Lewis dug his fingernails deeper into the fabric of the seat while turning his head in Jesse's direction. He was barely able to control the annoyance he felt at seeing him calmly lounging in his seat, unaware Jesse was just too scared to move and was praying every bit as hard as he was.
“Sorry about that.” The pilot spoke in a mildly apologetic tone. His detached arrogant smile only doubling the other three’s irritation. “Don't worry,” he continued to assure them. “Everything’s fine. Just a change in course is all.” Proud he hadn’t spouted one profane word but certain he’d got his point across, the pilot went back to monitoring his radio.
Burt looked over at him, convinced they were being messed with and positive he was listening to something important. He wanted to know what and consequently stayed focused on him. As soon as he was finished the pilot switched back to the shipboard intercom, informing them they’d be going directly to the prison in Stark.
Burt hissed his question in a disagreeable tone. “What the hell for?”
The pilot’s answer was on the indulgent side. “Your man's been caught. He's already back at the prison. They’re setting up a press conference as we speak... ” Burt cut him off by clearing his throat. “What's our E.T.A.?”
This time the pilot didn't bother to look at him. “Three minutes.”
Burt put the file back in the folder, relieved of course but only for the time being. He spent the remainder of the flight massaging his thigh and thinking of Sara. A  whirlwind of doubts still dancing around in his head.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Belton, Missouri man wanted by the U.S. Marshals was arrested following a chase across multiple counties.
The Johnson County, Missouri Sheriff’s Office said that around 11:30 Friday night, multiple law enforcement agencies stopped a box truck type vehicle in the area of 5th and N.
