Happy bacteria will help to keep your biological system trouble free !!!!
Every one of us gets stressed at any point of time but the level of stress differs from person to person. It is due to the reason that different person have different capacity to handle stressed situation. Some of us have acclimatized our self to the particular situation and in the same situation other will feel stressed. Here the level of stress matters and for human it is defined by Perceived Stress Scale (PSS).
Similar is the condition of bacteria in aeration tank or anaerobic tank of our effluent treatment plant or sewage treatment plant. Bacteria get stressed due to various reasons like flow based shock load, toxicity and etc. In industry it is indicated by BSI(Biomass stress index). The biomass stress index of our biological system will indicate the stress level of bacteria. This gives us the early warning for any future problems in process.
As we have discussed different human have the different capacity to handle the same stressed situation and same is true for the microbes in our activated sludge process /MBR/MBBR /SBR/ UASB and other biological system of wastewater treatment plants. In Bacta Cult- Bioculture the each strain have been either isolated from similar polluted conditions or has been acclimatized in polluted water and then isolated.
In the case of biomass it is defined by Biomass stress Index (BSI). Biomass stress index is the ratio of dissolved ATP(Adenosine triphosphate) to total ATP. Low BSI means the microbes are able to handle the polluted water. Biomass stress Index lower than 30% is treated as good in industry. In an independent research work Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorke, Department of Hydrology tested biomass stress index of different brands in market. The biomass stress index of Bacta Cult was lower than 30% whereas other brands were having more than 50%.

The effluent of the pre-aeration tank has suspended solids
The Plastic Valve manufacturers and O/A/O processes all add pre-oxidation and remove the anaerobic process. From a practical point of view, the effect is meaningful. The wastewater treatment of a coking enterprise that the author participated in the transformation was to transform the original UASB into a pre-oxidation tank,
HRT=20h, aeration intensity=4.56m3/(m2·h), COD removal rate reached 30%, and thiocyanide was converted into Sulfate (sulfite), ammonia nitrogen increased by about 10%, after pre-oxidation, the toxicity of water quality to the subsequent micro-sanitation is reduced, and the removal rate of the aerobic tank is stabilized. At the same time, it should be noted that after the transformation to pre-oxidation, the effluent of the pre-aeration tank has suspended solids, and a sedimentation tank needs to be designed to separate the flocs and sludge and return to the pre-oxidation tank at the same time.
The returned flocculent sludge will play a better adsorption role in the pre-oxidation tank, and further improve the COD removal rate. 2.2 Stirring of the anoxic tank is very important. The role of the anoxic tank is mainly the place of denitrification. The mixed liquid or the supernatant of the secondary sedimentation tank is returned to the inlet of the anoxic tank to increase the dissolved oxygen (DO) in the influent water, and the DO is maintained at 0.2 -0.5mg/L is ideal.
In the actual process, the effect of anoxic tanks is quite different. There is little difference between whether there are fillers in the tanks. The author renovated the coking wastewater facilities of a certain company to have two parallel A/O systems of the same size, and one anoxic tank has The other filler has no filler, and the effect of filler is not obvious. The main reason is that the function of the filler is not ideal.

We are aware that a lot of damage is done to environment in the manufacture of cement. It involves lot of carbon emission associated with other chemicals. The researches has shown that every one ton of cement manufacture releases half ton of carbon dioxide, so there is an immediate need to control the usage of cement. The need for wastewater treatment plants based on appropriate technologies and working effectively is rising rapidly on global scale, especially in those regions where availability of pure water is in challenging phase. Construction of sewage treatment plants STPs based on latest emerging treatment technologies in different parts of India is necessary to reduce problem of water pollution. Up flow anaerobic sludge blanket UASB process was one of the most widely used technologies for sewage treatment in developing countries particularly in India. The reason for its wide publicity and implementation is its zero energy requirements and production of biogas as a valuable energy resource. Despite their popularity, past one decade has witnessed decline in the UASB implementation. There has been criticism from various sections on the performance of UASB Reactors. Moving Bed Bio film Reactor MBBR technology has benefits provided by both fixed film and activated sludge processes. The MBBR process follows continuous flow patterns. Several, small in size, high density polyethylene HDPE carrier elements are added to provide sites for active bacteria attachment in a suspended growth medium. Moving Bed Bio film Reactor. MBBR process improves reliability, simplify operation and require less space than traditional wastewater treatment system. The Sequence Batch Reactor SBR technology is an emerging advanced wastewater treatment technology that has come into practice in recent times in many parts of the world. Sequence batch reactor SBR technology is being used successfully to treat both municipal and industrial waste waters, particularly in areas characterized by low or varying flow patterns. The main focus of present study was to assess performance of two sewage treatment plants based on MBBR technologies. The performance of STPs at jhajjar town was evaluated. Waste water samples were analysed for pH, BOD, COD, TSS, turbidity, nitrate, phosphate, total nitrogen TN and total phosphorous TP . The results indicated consistently good performance of the existing treatment plants. The treated effluents from the two plants meet the discharge standards with reference to compulsory parameters pH, BOD, COD and TSS. Treated effluent is finally disposed in Jhajjar link drain which is further disposed in drain No.8 from which agriculturist meet out their irrigation demand also due to shortage of irrigation water availability in area moreover sludge generated utilized as manure. But regarding optimized design of STP territory treatment is seemed to be good, economical and need to be preferred as per latest guideline of honorable of National Green Tribunal NGT .Territory treatment process can remove more than 99 of all the impurities from sewage, producing effluent of almost drinking quality, Territory treatment is the final cleaning process that improves waste water quality before it is reused, recycled or discharge in the environment The treatment removes remaining inorganic compound and substances, such as nitrogen and phosphorus BOD is reduced up to 10 as per guidelines of honorable of National Green Tribunal NGT
