What Happens When DACA Expires?
Your status will be terminated if your DACA work permit expires. Illegal presence will also be accrued. Don’t delay! It is crucial to renew your DACA status quickly. If you delay in restoring your Deferred action status or your current DACA status expires, you could face serious immigration consequences.
Losing your protection against deportation
Lose your work authorization;
Jeopardize your employment;
You may not be able to renew the Driver’s License.
Unlawful presence can be accumulated, which can make it more difficult to adjust to permanent legal immigration status. Discuss with your lawyer the legal options that you have to legally reside in and work in America. Signature Immigration Services provide the fastest and most efficient assistance for completing all forms and documents and submitting them directly to the government regarding DACA renewal applications.
USCIS recommends that you submit your DACA renewal request between 120 and 150 days prior to the expiration of your work permit. This will prevent any gaps in your legal status. USCIS may deny or reject your request if it is submitted more than 150 days (5 month) after the expiration of your DACA. It is recommended that you apply for renewal at least four to five months before your current DACA expiration date.
If your renewal request is approved, your DACA status will automatically be renewed. Your employment authorisation will also be extended for an additional two years.
Please visit our website Signature Immigration Forms, for more information about DACA renewal.

HOW TO BECOME US CITIZEN
Many immigrants around the globe have dreams of the American dream. The first step on the long road to citizenship is arriving in the land of opportunity. The green card, a legal permanent residence, allows most immigrants to enter the United States legally.
There are four main paths to citizenship for immigrant immigrants:
Citizenship through naturalization
Citizenship through marriage
A family-based petition (child)
A family-based petition (parent)
Citizenship through Naturalization
Naturalization allows a Legal Permanent Resident to apply to become a Naturalized Citizen. This gives them all the benefits and protections that come with citizenship, such as the right to vote, to sponsor family members you can't sponsor as a Legal Permanent Resident, to apply for a U.S. passport, and many other things.
Your naturalization application can be filed up to 90 days before the period of continuous residence as a Lawful Permanent Resident. You can also legally change your name by completing your Application for Naturalization. Your new name will appear on your Certificate of Naturalization, If it gets granted.
Citizenship through Marriage
It is possible to become a permanent resident by getting a green card through marriage to a U.S. citizen. The spouse of a U.S. citizen can be an immediate relative, there is no limit to the number of people who can apply for a green card by marriage to U.S. citizens. The spouse must submit a form I-130 visa petition. Then, if the spouse entered the U.S. legally, they may file for Adjustment of Status (Form I-485) and receive a U.S. marriage green card.
Would you like to apply for a marriage green card/green card marriage ? We provide the fastest and most efficient assistance for completing forms and documents and submitting them to the government. Get started now!
Family-based Petition (Child)
U.S. Immigration Law permits U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent residents to petition their children and step-children born abroad to promote family unity. To do this, the U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident must file a Family-based petition (child) Petition to prove the existence of a relationship between children living inside and outside the United States. U.S. citizens may also file a petition to become an orphan. However, lawful permanent residents may not.
Family-based petition (parent)
A Citizen of the U.S. must be 21 years old to file an immigrant visa petition for a parent to become a lawful permanent resident. Parents of U.S. Citizens can be considered Immediate families. Visas are available to them, they don't have to wait for immigrant visas to become available.
U.S. Citizens may also petition a stepparent. A Petitioner can file Petitions for visas for any number of parents. For example, if the Petitioner's (alien) parents divorced and remarried, the Petitioner can file Petitions for both his/her biological mother/father and stepmother/stepfather.
The filing of a petition is just the first step to allow your parents to immigrate to the United States. Your parents will not be granted any legal status by filing a petition or having it approved.
Please visit our website Signature Immigration Services, for more information about how to become a U.S. citizen.
