I must get worse at my job so I’m not in charge of training all the new hires. BLEASE I maybe talk a max of 5 minutes any given day, I can’t handle 7+ hours of trying to appear like I know how to hold a conversation, let alone articulate my inner dialogue.

#🎃 Cryptid sighting #Thank fuck it’s my weekend now #This isn’t to say I dislike any of the new hires I’ve trained- it’s just that I’m not cut out for this amount of socialization #Need some big & uncooperative stage equipment moved across the Center? Sure! Talk to this new person all shift? Oh no :(#On the plus side I’ve only been here for about 4 months & have already trained a small army’s worth of coworkers #And most of ‘em are some flavor of noticeably & openly neurodivergent too so we’re all a little weird which is nice #So if I ever need an army of ‘my people’ I’m set jfjffj #Ughh I’m going to be squeaky & sound like I’m going through puberty until my vocal cords recover
