Mincy put her phone down on the couch. She...didn't know what on Earth was going to happen next.

The fact that she had the gall to confess her feelings to Sunny already surprised (and scared) her to death, but Sunny asking her to go to the park to discuss things and have him tell HER something scared her too. What did he have to say to her?

She kept wondering as she walked to the park. She felt reminded of her pacing when she thought about doing this earlier. Oh, what had she done? Nothing bad, she hoped.

Mincy looked up and saw Sunny sitting on the park bench, twiddling his fingers and tugging on his eyepatch from time to time. Mincy couldn't help but smile seeing him do that. Even when Sunny was panicking, he was adorable while doing it.

She walked up to him before sitting down on the bench. Sunny looks at Mincy, a worried expression on her face. It looked like she was shaking a bit, about to cry. He puts his hand on her shoulder, reassuring her.

"It's okay, Mince," Sunny tells her.

"I just need to talk to you."

Mincy sniffles before smiling at Sunny again.

"What exactly did you want to talk about, S-Sunny?" She asks him. He frowns at her.

"I just...have a lot I need to tell you. Starting off, let me talk about Mari."

Mincy pays close attention to what Sunny says next.

"She was my older sister. Me and her were always side by side. Thanks to her, I was able to meet and get to know Basil, Aubrey, Kel, Hero...I care a lot about her still."

Sunny begins to sniffle as he continues to speak.

"She liked playing the piano. I wanted to participate in the recital with her, so I picked up playing the violin. We practiced non-stop. Mari was a perfectionist. She made the two of us practice so many times a day, so many times a week...I was practicing so much, my hands had gotten blisters..."

Sunny sniffles. He grabs the cloth of his shirt and grips it tightly. It sounds like he's about to cry. Mincy grabs Sunny's gripping hand and places it into her hands. She looks up to Sunny, calmly smiling at him. Sunny continues to sniffle as he looks at Mincy. He turns away from her.

"O-one day...I had enough. I was t-t-tired of hurting my ha-hands. I didn't want to pl-play the violin anymore...so I threw it down the stairs."

Mincy holds onto Sunny’s hand as tight as he could.

"Mari was a-angry. Me and h-her got into a fight, and I tried to run down the st-stairs to get away. Mari blocked the way, a-and...I..."

Sunny begins to cry. He grits his teeth as he does so.

"I pushed her down."

Sunny cries. Mincy lets go of his hand and hugs him as he does so.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" He sobs. Mincy continues to hug him.

"Shhhhhhhhhh...it's okay, Sunny."

Sunny continues to sob, but continues to speak.

"B-Basil saw everything. He d-didn't want me to get in trouble, so we used the o-old jump rope me and Mari had...and staged it as a suicide."

Mincy couldn't believe what she was hearing. That explained the young boy and the girl they saw in their dreams.

"After th-that, I stayed at home for four years, never leaving the outside. I retreated into my dreams, instead of facing my fears like a coward. That's where Omori came from. He was a personification of my guilt and pain."

Sunny finishes crying.

"To make a long story short, I confessed the truth to my friends and it tore us apart...but at least they forgave me and Basil. Now we're here."

The two were silent for a moment.

"So...that's what I wanted to talk about. I just wanted to get that off my chest. I understand if you hate me for what I did. I'm sorry for wasting your time."

Mincy only smiles at Sunny.

"So...that's it, huh?" She asked.

"That's what happened and why you're so quiet and why the Blackspace Shenanigans are happening."

Sunny nods.

"Hm."

"...Well, nothing’s changed."

Sunny looks at Mincy, confused.

"What do you mean?"

"Well..."

Mincy turns away now, her blush on her face apparent.

"I still think you're kind, cute, a great friend, an inspiration to me...and I can tell that what happened was a complete accident."

Sunny looks at Mincy, wide-eyed. She turns back and looks at Sunny, chuckling at his expression.

"So no, not a thing has changed about you, Sunny. I...I-I still love you." Mincy scratches the back of her head, embarrassed.

Sunny is surprised, hearing this.

"I-I guess the only question is...do you love me, Sunny?" She asks.

Sunny isn't sure what to say.

Did he truly love Mincy?

She was always by his side, always had his back...

...But did he truly love her back?

"M-Mincy, I...I..."

There's a deafening silence between the two.

"I think I...don't want to be friends anymore."

Mincy felt her heart being crushed to shreds. She thought she mentally prepared herself for this, but all of it came crashing down. She felt her tears coming back. She grits her teeth. She can't stop the sobs from escaping her mouth. Mincy begins to sob.

"Wait!" Sunny calls to her. She looks at him, still heartbroken.

"I didn't finish, Mincy."

Mincy stares at Sunny, her tears still running down her face. She hiccups, trying to hold in her sobs.

Sunny takes a deep breath.

Before he knew it,

his lips were touching Mincy's.

The two held onto the soft kiss for only a few moments before Mincy pulls Sunny's shirt, bringing him closer for a deeper kiss. She wraps her arms around him, bringing Sunny as close to her as she could. Mincy remembered Cormin's words.

The way you wish you could kiss him and hug him like a greedy animal, huh?

Well she may as well do that now.

The kiss was passionate, lasting for many moments before the broke away. Mincy smiles at the very surprised Sunny.

"Ehe~. You're so cute, Sunny."

Dumb Ideas with the Writer Anon

Whether these ideas be Game Concepts, AU's, Mods, etc., I'm going to infodump about them. These are unscripted, infodumps essentially. I hope you enjoy.

Let's talk about an AU, shall we?

WISHES!AU

What the heck is the WISHES! Alternate Universe, I'm sure you're asking. Well, it's an OMORI AU--

(Loud Boos and How Unoriginals from the audience)

CALM YOURSELVES DOWN! It gets better.

Essentially, the main plot is that. Um. Well, lemme start from the beginning.

This begins with this fic! It may seem unrelated at first, and frankly, it is, but it gives you context on the next fic. Basically all you need to know is that Sunny and Basil fall asleep.

Our next fic is ACTUALLY a prequel to the next Fic in this lineup. All you need to know is that Omori and Stranger rekindle and, well...they get together! Not relevant, but it's still kind of important.

THIS. THIS FIC IS ACTUALLY VERY RELEVANT TO THE AU. Read it for yourself. It connects the last two stories together. Sunny finds the Nightshade Duo and brings them into Headspace, where they run into Headspace Mari.

NOW READ THE FIC. IT'S RELEVANT TO THE AU.

(okay I'm gonna assume you just read this and actually took all of this is in. if you haven't and just want the juicy details, then okay. if you haven't read the thing and don't wanna be spoiled, read the thing and come back to this. With that being said...)

YEAH.

YEAH, MARI CAME BACK TO LIFE.

Mari's soul has been inhibited by Headspace Mari for a while now, and she's been keeping it hidden until Sunny confronted the truth and did some healing, to which he did.

Mari has been helping Sunny for a while now, and essentially lives in his head. They visit each other whenever Sunny heads to sleep each night, or when he just takes a nap. Omo and Strangie hear the news and always accompany Sunny whenever he enters Headspace, but they usually leave Mari and Sunny be, understanding their situation.

The siblings are finally reunited after so long, and Mari even gets some new powers!

She can levitate and fly due to her technically still being a ghost. Her bad knee has also healed up in case she needs to run instead of floating. She prefers running though. It makes her feel like her old self again.

Sunny is overjoyed to have his sister back, but he oh so wishes Mari would return in the real world too. Sadly, the duo don't know how to do so.

THAT, HOWEVER, CHANGES ON SUNNY'S BIRTHDAY.

There's a big sleepover at Basil's, Kel, Hero, Daphne, Bowen, and Mincy all show up to celebrate Sunny's big day. (Since Mincy is here, this takes place after the main events of Unordinary Omoblogs.) They all end up falling asleep together, the Headspace versions of everyone at the party suggesting stuff to do with Sunny and Mari.

after waking up the next day, Sunny comes to the discovery that...

THE HEADSPACE VERSIONS OF EVERYONE LEAKED OUT AND ARE NOW IN THE REAL WORLD.

Most notably,

Mari, Omori, and Stranger.

Sunny wakes everyone up and depending on choices the reader of the main fic makes, certain things can happen. Stuff like Mari trying to rekindle with Hero only to be shut down, believing it wasn't her and Mari being completely heartbroken. Stuff like THAT. Also depending on the route, there'll be different ships as well. (Obviously the Best Ending is the Ot7 polycule of Sunny/Basil/Aubrey/Kel/Daphne/Bowen/Mincy and HeroMari being canon again, but YOU CAN BRANCH OFF. AND NO, THE BREAD TWINS ARE NOT BEING SHIPPED WITH EACH OTHER. THEY'RE PART OF THE RELATIONSHIP.)

The main goal of the fic is to fix and put back bits of Headspace back into Sunny's head. And boy oh boy are they going to do it, even if it hurts them.
