this is exactly as pointless and ineffective as “put a bunch of skills you don’t actually have in white font so linkedin etc picks it up” that’s been going around for well over a decade. AI does not make this dumb strategy work any better. the best case scenario of any “lie on your resume” “hack” is that you get a job for which you are not qualified, you suffer bc you can’t do your job effectively (not imposter syndrome, where your fear is unjustified, but just actually being an imposter and being rightly stressed about it), and then you get fired, or perhaps just as bad, spend the next 4 years in an entry level role constantly wondering why you aren’t advancing
learning how to phrase the actual work you’ve actually done, be it in a pizza shop or as a volunteer karate instructor or babysitting or helping file papers at your church on the weekends (all things i’ve personally done and included on my resume before!) is a far more valuable skill than trying to joseph joestar your way into a job will ever be

When creating a CNA resume, certain components are essential for showcasing your skills and experience effectively. Regardless of whether you are an entry-level candidate or have years of experience, focusing on the following elements will ensure your resume stands out.

Full name
Phone number
Email address (preferably professional)
Location (optional, but can be helpful)
LinkedIn profile (if applicable)
2. Resume Objective or Summary
A clear, concise objective or summary statement at the top of your resume helps hiring managers quickly assess your qualifications. It should reflect your goals and how your skills will benefit the healthcare facility.

Infection control procedures
Communication skills

Empathy and interpersonal skills
For entry-level candidates, focus on transferable skills like communication, attention to detail, and your clinical training.

Example for Experienced CNAs:
Assisted 30+ patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
