do you think emukasa fes is still happening for 3.5?

it's hard to tell, and really depends on who gets the lim at the end of this month. it's likely to either be emu/mafuyu/kaito (based on n25 kaito being the next vsinger lim + mafuyu making most sense) or honami/ichika/saki. if it ends up being emu mixed 2, then emu/tsukasa will be the summer fes (because aside from emu lim spam there's also the WxS WLE literally a week before the fes banner), but if it ends up being honami4, then emu/tsukasa will be 3.5. it'll probably be easier to tell nearer to the time, because the schedule is such a mess right now (why was nene rateup on almost every wxs banner in rota4 while emu and tsukasa only got rateup on their own banners??? why was it happy attribute again?? sorry i'm still not over that).
