Aziraphale very much liked having ducks. He had, of course, been around lots of animals throughout the course of his time on Earth, and had always been very fond of them. But he’d never had a pet of his own.
Now, he and Crowley had rather a lot of them. Ducks flocked to the cottage like, well… like ducks flocking. It sometimes seemed as if more showed up every day.
And really, there was nothing that Aziraphale liked more than sitting outside and watching the ducks, especially when Crowley sat with him. The first thing they had done upon moving into their new home was to install a very comfy bench with waterproof cushions, and they spent a great deal of time there.
It was awfully peaceful to sit in the meadows beside their duck pond. They were well away from any traffic or neighbors, and there were no sounds of civilization at all. Simply the happy quacking of ducks, the singing of birds, the gentle breeze blowing through the grasses—
And the extremely loud roar of a classic Bentley, which was almost inevitably blasting Queen.
Idyllic peace shattered, Aziraphale nevertheless chuckled. He turned, looking across the meadow as Crowley drove up the narrow dirt road that led to the pond.
Crowley was, as usual, driving too fast. But the Bentley screeched to a halt, letting a few ducks waddle across the path. Aziraphale suspected the car had stopped on its own.
After the ducks were out of the way, the car lurched forward again. It stopped at the end of the path, and Crowley got out. He gave a little wave, then grabbed his cane and a drink carrier. “Hi, angel! Got your coffee.”
“Oh, thank you! Did you have a nice drive?”
“Yup. It was terrific. I got to piss off loads of drivers.” Crowley used his cane to gently nudge a duck out of his path, then made his way to the bench. He sank down with a soft groan and passed Aziraphale the coffees. “The people around here still aren’t used to seeing the Bentley careen around.”
“I’m sure you gave them a very nice scare,” Aziraphale said, encouraging. Crowley brightened even more. “What sort of coffees did you get us today?”
“Mochas. It seemed like a chocolate day.”
Aziraphale considered it, glancing around at the peaceful surroundings, then nodded. “Yes, I quite agree. An excellent choice.”
For a while, they simply chatted and drank their coffees. The chocolate was indeed excellent, and Aziraphale savored it, just as he savored Crowley’s company. The ducks, too, were excellent company, with all their cheerful quacking and splashing.
One of the ducks flapped her wings, and Aziraphale turned to smile at his partner. “Do you know what I think would be awfully lovely?”
Crowley raised his eyebrows. “What?”
“We ought to groom each other’s wings. It’s been a bit since we did so.” Only a week or two, which was much more frequently than they used to do such things. It was one of the “perks” of retirement, as Crowley often put it. “It seems an ideal way to enjoy the sunlight.”
It was truly excellent sunlight, and Aziraphale appreciated it all the more as soon as Crowley agreed and unfurled his wings. Aziraphale moved behind him, smiling at the iridescent black feathers. They truly were stunning, the glossy darkness flashing with purple, green, even traces of red. Aziraphale never got tired of looking at them.
Crowley leaned back into his touch as Aziraphale slid his fingers through the feathers. “That feels terrific, angel. M’ kinda achy today, can definitely use the relaxation.”
“Well, I’m quite happy to oblige. And I’m certain you’ll do the same for me soon.” Aziraphale bent and kissed the top of Crowley’s head, then resumed his careful preening. “I think we ought to do this more often, really. I’m sure the ducks will appreciate it.”
Snorting, Crowley turned to look at him. “The ducks? What have the ducks got to do with it?”
“Oh. You know.” He patted Crowley’s wing. “We do share certain attributes.”
“Right, so it’s bonding time with the ducks?”
“Something like that.”
“You’re ridiculous,” Crowley said in a tone so fond that Aziraphale very nearly swooned. He always felt like swooning when Crowley used that tone.
And as he continued grooming Crowley’s beautiful wings, he couldn’t help smiling. This really was the most peaceful place in all Creation, and there was no one he would rather share it with than Crowley and their ducks.

Glowing "pixels": LED light beads and modules
When it comes to LED displays, the most core is of course the "LED" itself. These tiny LED light beads, like independent pixel dots, form what we often call "LED modules" through matrix arrangements integrated on the PCB (printed circuit board). LED light beads: Although it is small, it is the core of the glowing light. It is made of semiconductor materials and can emit three basic colors: red, green and blue (RGB) after power on.
