#Where to buy a2 milk

Note
Hi Iz! Could you say a few words about how you started drinking raw milk? I just found a local source that I was thinking of trying… No worries if not or if you already have. Love your art btw!
It was recommended to me by my nutritionalist who's very into eating raw milk and cheeses, being conscious of the industries your food is coming from, and healing through dietary and lifestyle changes.
I went looking for my local resources and when I found a farm I was curious about and wanted to try, I ended up being really surprised how well I stomach it after being thoroughly convinced I am lactose intolerant. After that I just kept reading more and searching for information within communities that follow similar guidelines for eating and living and have come to really believe in it.
Pasteurization largely has to do with the dairy industry going from being small family farms to huuuge industrialized animal torturing over production capitalist hell holes that feed us sick animal products and have to cook off both the good and bad bacteria because they aren't responsible with their animals and practices enough to trust their milk. I only buy raw milk from the farm I know and trust, and I wouldn't from someone where I don't.
Also all my milk is A2 and 100% grass fed and finished pasture raised raw cow milk. I don't believe in being cheap or getting deals when it comes to animal products. Only the best!

But with so many options available, how does one navigate the vast landscape of cow milk products? In this guide, we embark on a journey to demystify the process to buy cow milk in Delhi, from understanding labels to selecting the perfect product for your needs.
Understanding Labels: Before venturing into the dairy aisle, it's essential to decipher the information presented on milk labels. Here are some key terms to look out for:
Pasteurized: Milk that has undergone pasteurization, a process of heating to kill harmful bacteria while preserving its nutritional integrity.
Homogenized: Milk that has been homogenized to evenly distribute the fat globules, resulting in a uniform texture.
Organic: Milk produced without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or antibiotics, adhering to organic farming practices.
Grass-fed: Milk from cows that primarily graze on grass, which may contain higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients.
Hormone-free: Milk from cows that have not been treated with synthetic growth hormones to increase milk production.
Fortified: Milk enriched with additional vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D or calcium, to enhance its nutritional profile.
Choosing the Right Type: Once you've familiarized yourself with milk labels, the next step is to select the right type of cow milk for your preferences and dietary needs. Consider factors such as fat content, flavor, and intended use when making your decision:
Whole Milk: Rich and creamy, with a higher fat content (usually around 3.5-4%) ideal for drinking or cooking.
Reduced-Fat Milk: Also known as 2% or 1% milk, with lower fat content for those watching their calorie intake while still enjoying the taste of milk.
Skim Milk: Fat-free milk with a thinner consistency, perfect for those looking for a lower-calorie option without sacrificing nutritional value.
Flavored Milk: Variants like chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla milk, offering a sweet and indulgent treat for kids and adults alike.
Specialty Milk: Options such as lactose-free, A2, or goat milk for individuals with specific dietary restrictions or preferences.
Checking for Quality: When buying cow milk, quality is paramount. Look for milk that is fresh, free from off-flavors or odors, and stored at the appropriate temperature in the dairy case. Inspect the packaging for any signs of damage or tampering, and check the expiration date to ensure freshness. Additionally, consider purchasing milk from reputable brands or local dairy farms known for their commitment to quality and sustainability.
Supporting Ethical Practices: Beyond taste and nutrition, many consumers are increasingly conscious of the ethical and environmental implications of their food choices. Consider supporting dairy farms that prioritize animal welfare, sustainable farming practices, and fair labor standards. Look for certifications such as USDA Organic, Certified Humane, or Fair Trade to ensure that your purchase aligns with your values.

The Path For Choosing The Best Cow Ghee In India
There's no wonder Natural and Pure ghee is one of the oldest living foods on planet earth. It has been used by people for thousands of years to cook their favourite meals, and even to perform religious ceremonies.
Desi cow ghee has many benefits, including being certified and having a “pure and natural” label. This is important because cow ghee is made from special breeds of cows from across the country. The purity and nutritional value of ghee are defined by the quality of milk and its source, so it is of utmost importance to ensure the quality of milk and its source. This mild flavor and fresh aroma make cow ghee the perfect cooking oil to replace butter or other cooking oils, making it a healthier alternative to butter or other cooking oils. We will show you how to identify if the cow ghee you are currently using is natural and ethically sourced, as well as where to find the purest cow ghee.
Cow ghee is an important ingredient in Indian food and desserts. It is also one of the healthiest items that you can consume but only in a controlled quantity.
What is Cow Ghee?
There is no doubt that cow ghee is a type of clarified butter popular in Indian cuisine, made by simmering butter until it is completely evaporated, leaving behind milk solids and fat. There is more to it than this process. The quality of milk, the sourcing process, and the production process have a huge impact on the quality of ghee produced. We will discuss this in more detail later in this post. There is no doubt that organic cow Ghee from India is of the highest quality and contains all of the beneficial nutrients that grass-fed cow's milk contains. As well as having a high smoke point, ghee also has a rich aroma and flavor, making it a popular ingredient in many Indian dishes. Look for ghee that is free from smoke and is often used for cooking at high temperatures.
When searching for organic ghee online, look for brands that use organic, grass-fed cow's milk or also known as A2 milk. This will ensure that the ghee is free of additives and preservatives.
Types of Natural Cow Ghee
India has many options when it comes to organic cow ghee. A clarified butter and a cultured butter are the two main types of ghee, respectively. In order to make clarified butter, butter is slowly heated to remove the water and milk solids, resulting in a purer butterfat with a higher smoke point and a lower chance of spoiling. In contrast, cultured butter is made by fermenting cream with bacteria. Ghee is a type of butter that has been fermented and has a richer taste and is easier to digest. You can buy several kinds of ghee on the market, including:
Cow Ghee
Organic Cow Bilona Ghee
A2 Badri Cow Ghee
A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee
A2 Gir Cow Ghee
Health Benefits of consuming Organic A2 Cow Ghee
A popular dairy product in India, cow ghee is well known for its many health benefits. Here are some of the advantages of consuming organic cow ghee:
There are traces of calcium, phosphorus, sodium, and potassium in it as well as vitamins A, D, E, and K.
By improving digestion and preventing constipation, it improves digestion.
It strengthens the immune system, which in turn helps fight various diseases and infections.
It prevents wrinkles and other signs of aging by retaining the elasticity of the skin and keeping it moisturised. Vitamin E is present in organic cow ghee.
Pregnant women can benefit from it as it aids in the development of the foetus and also during childbirth.
How to choose the best Cow Ghee in India
In order to choose the best cow ghee in India, there are a few things to consider.
It is important to make sure the cow ghee you purchase is grass-fed. That way, you can be assured the ghee you're buying is of the highest quality and it contains all the health benefits you desire.
Secondly, you should make sure you buy from a reputable source. There are many brands of cow ghee available in the market, but not all of them are worth buying. Read reviews to find out which brands are best.
You should check the ingredients list of a few good brands once you've found a few good ones to see if they use hormones or antibiotics in the cow milk and if artificial flavors and colors are present.
A final consideration is the price. Organic cow ghee is usually more expensive than regular ghee, but it's worth it for the quality. When you're making such an important purchase, you want to make sure you get the best price possible.
You can find the perfect desi cow ghee product for your daily health needs when you keep these factors in mind while shopping for organic cow ghee in India.
Conclusion:
Where to buy pure cow Ghee in India?
Look for a brand that is certified and claims to provide you with 100% Pure and Natural desi Cow Ghee. They should have a variety of ghee options to offer you, which helps you trust the brand and its variety of products. If you are looking for pure cow ghee, you need to verify and authenticate their manufacturing process. Hand churning is the best method to make it. Check Milkmor 100% Pure and Natural range of cow ghee in India to make sure you tick that box and all the others as well.
One of the most popular varieties is A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee, which is made with purebred Himalayan cow milk sourced from A2 farms. There is a fresh aroma and taste to the ghee. It contains high levels of beta-carotene and linoleic acid, which are beneficial for the metabolism. As per your preference, you can choose from different regions of pure cow breeds for all kinds of natural and premium cow ghee. The ghee is organic, pure, and to our satisfaction. In this way, it is ensured that no synthetic additives have been used in its production.

If Indians promote Swadeshi products or Indian brands, they have better job prospects. Citizens of every country want to use their own country’s products. However, sometimes the quality of their country’s products is not always up to par, forcing them to look elsewhere for alternatives. The more we buy swadeshi goods, the more valuable our businesses become and as a result foreigners start buying them too. As a result, business owners will need additional employees to increase employment opportunities.
2. Economic development
When you buy things from a foreign corporation in your home country, your government also benefits. Even so, most of the profit goes to the country whose products you buy. As a result, it helps their GDP grow.
For example, if you buy a phone from a Japanese manufacturer, the Indian government receives an 18% tax. Most of the remaining funds will be retained by the foreign corporation. If you buy any product from an Indian brand, most of the benefits go to the Indian government or Indian people, which helps the growth of the Indian economy.
3. Competition with other countries
Supporting Indian firms will strengthen the Indian economy and strengthen its backbone, enabling it to compete more effectively with foreign nations.
4. A sense of patriotism
5. It evokes a strong sense of patriotism and happiness when using an Indian product. Plus, by buying Swadeshi products, you’re supporting the people who work tirelessly and passionately to make items by hand.

Add it to your family’s daily diet and feel the difference. I bet you will agree with me that nothing adds more flavor to Dal Baati Churma than a spoonful of ghee. It not only enhances the taste and aroma of the dish, but also increases its health and nutritional quotient. Thus, ghee has been an integral part of our traditional daily diet for ages. In India, where there is such a variety of cuisines that the dishes change their character every 100 km, the only thing that probably remains constant is the love for Pure Desi Cow Ghee. People add the versatile desi ghee to their plain kurma and to their aloo paranthas with equal love.
Ghee is simply milk fat obtained by separating milk solids. The final quality of ghee depends on the quality of milk used and the extraction process. There are various methods to obtain ghee (either from cream, curd or butter).

A2 milk: The Life Booster
A common food staple in many western nations is milk. Cows, sheep, goats, and other animals are among the producers of milk and milk products. Soy, coconut, almond, flax, rice, and hemp are examples of substitute sources that don't use animals.
A2 milk proponents assert that it is simpler to digest and absorb than other varieties of milk. The body responds to A1 and A2 proteins differently.
A peptide known as beta-casomorphin-7 is created during the digestion of A1 protein in the small intestine (BCM-7). BCM-7 is absorbed by the intestines and subsequently enters the bloodstream. Doctors have connected BCM-7 to gastrointestinal pain and symptoms resembling those of lactose intolerance.
A2 protein is more like human breast milk and milk from goats, sheep, and buffalo in terms of structure. The a2 Milk Company was established in New Zealand in 2000 by a scientist. This firm sells milk made from cows that only have the A2 protein in their bodies.
In order to guarantee that the cows exclusively produce milk with A2 protein, the a2 Milk Company tests the DNA of its cows using a hair sample.
How is it produced?
A2 milk production is precisely the same as regular milk production, in contrast to lactose-free milk substitutes.
The breeding of the cows is where the difference is.
Farmers will attempt to breed out the A1 DNA from a cow after evaluating cows to see if they produce A2 or A1 milk.
Before a cow may be used to produce A2 milk, it must undergo testing. Bahawa Organic Farm is also one of the best A2 milk brand in Mumbai. Home delivery is also provided if you want to buy pure A2 milk.
Stands to benefit
Lactose intolerance is frequently blamed for the symptoms of stomach discomfort such as gas, bloating, and diarrhea that appear after ingesting dairy products. Certain studies contend that BCM-7, not lactose, may be the factor affecting some people's digestion and causing symptoms like lactose intolerance.
In a study on adults with self-reported milk intolerance, regular milk containing both A1 and A2 proteins and A2-only milk were compared for their effects on intestinal function, gastrointestinal discomfort, and inflammation.
For two weeks, the participants drank 8 ounces of milk twice daily. After consuming the conventional milk, individuals had a severe stomach ache, but after consuming the A2 milk, their symptoms remained the same. While consuming the usual milk, participants also experienced more frequent and looser-consistence stools. They did not experience these effects after consuming the A2 milk.
A2 Milk Vs Other Milk variations between milk types A1 and A2
●        Milk has 8 grams of protein in an 8-ounce glass, making it a healthy supply of amino acid. Casein and whey are the two primary proteins found in milk.
●        In milk, casein makes up around 80% of the protein. Additionally, there are other kinds of casein, including beta-casein.
●        Cows that produce A2 milk have a hump on their back that absorbs Vitamin D, but cows that produce A1 milk do not.
●        To satisfy the increasing demand for milk, A1 milk is boosted in large amounts, reducing its nutritional content; meanwhile, in A2 milk-producing cows, calves are completely fed first, resulting in milk rich in nutritional value.
●        A1 milk is suspected of causing Type 1 Diabetes, heart problems, and schizophrenia. On the other hand, no growth hormone injections are used; antibiotics are provided to cows producing A2 milk; as a result, the milk is comparably superior.
●        About 30% of the protein in cow's milk is beta-casein. Beta-casein comes in two different forms, A1 and A2.
●        In the past, cows exclusively produced milk with the A2 type of beta-casein. Today, A1 proteins make up the majority of the milk sold at the neighborhood grocery shop.
A2 Milk's Potential Health Benefits
Milk is well recognised for its high calcium content, which aids in bone growth and repair. It also aids in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, or bone thinning. Calcium can also be found in several successful acid reflux remedies.
Here are some more A2 milk health benefits:
It may help you maintain healthy blood pressure. High triglyceride and cholesterol levels are frequently the cause of high blood pressure. You might possibly reduce your cholesterol levels by ingesting more omega-3 fatty acids, such as those found in A2 milk. The potassium in A2 milk is also beneficial to your blood pressure.
A2 milk has a protein component that keeps BCM-7 from entering our bodies. The protein ingredient is lacking in ordinary milk, creating health concerns in pregnant mothers and ultimately impacting the infant. A1 or ordinary milk is rather difficult to digest, resulting in unpleasant symptoms such as stomach upsets, diarrhea, and digestive difficulties. Consuming A2 milk during pregnancy has no effect on the health or development of the kid.
A2 milk contains colostrum, which contains roughly 90 active components and provides the same nutrition value as mother's milk, which is essential for infant growth. A2 milk can be introduced at the age of one year or later.
Who bought to consume it?
Not all animals produce milk that has the same nutrients. In reality, several key elements in A2 milk differ fundamentally and structurally.
P-casein is the major protein found in milk. This protein is available in two forms: A1 and A2, each with a unique amino acid structure. Milk from traditional dairy cows includes both A1 and A2 casein. However, recently, specially bred cows that solely produce A2 casein have entered the mainstream.
This protein discrepancy might have major implications for gut health. Lactose intolerance is a disorder in which the body does not generate lactase, the enzyme that breaks down lactose. However, current research indicates that additional components of milk may induce intestinal pain.
Some people who are lactose intolerant won't notice a change because A2 milk still includes lactose.
It is suggested that it may succeed. Some people may have claimed to have lactose intolerance, but because their symptoms improve after drinking A2 milk, it's possible that their bodies are managing only one problem rather than two at once.
However, it has been claimed that those who are intolerant to the A1 protein are the ones who would most likely benefit from a2 milk. She claimed that buying a2 milk was pointless if you had no trouble digesting milk and that this would not be effective if you were allergic to cow's milk protein.
There have been some claims that the A1 protein has detrimental health effects, such as intestinal inflammation, but these have only been tested on animals, which is claimed to be difficult to relate to human situations.
What makes it more expensive?
Domestic milking cow breeds produce an average of 6-7ltr milk per day, which is the main reason why these kinds of milk are expensive, whereas HF and jersey, which are foreign cow breeds, produce an average of more than 15ltr milk per day. Despite manufacturing costs being almost comparable to regular milk production, a2 milk retails for about 50% more than other mainstream non-a2 milk products. Furthermore, experts advise mothers and new mothers to consume their milk because it is highly suited.
According to an A2 Milk Firm representative, some other secondary reasons are, that this is due to the company paying suppliers a premium price for the milk. A farmer may need more than five years of regular testing to produce a herd with 100% A2 genetics. Farmers must also devote more effort to analyzing the genetics of each cow when it is purchased or born.

BCM 7 is a tiny protein or bioactive seven amino-peptide produced by our bodies' enzymes. BCM-7 is a protein that interacts with the human gastrointestinal tract and interior organs. This can result in indigestion, chronic illnesses such as diabetes, and other neurological diseases. It also compromises our immune system. A2 milk has gained popularity because it inhibits BCM 7 from entering our systems. Because A1 cows cannot produce proline, BCM7 enters human bodies and dissolves in the blood; A2 can only be acquired from old cattle or native cow breeds such as Tharparkar, Gir, and Sahiwal.

Health Benefits of A2 Milk
Many of you may not be aware that the milk you consume and feed your kids has different health effects based on its protein content or Casein. The protein content depends upon the breed of the cow the milk comes from.
And therefore, there are presently two types of milk, A1 and A2. And it really should matter to you what goes inside the tummy of your little ones, as well as yours. Medical studies claim that A2 milk is healthier and promotes better health benefits. It is also recommended for people with a dairy intolerance.
This article will talk about milk proteins, the science behind it, and the health benefits of A2 milk.
Why Should You Know About A2 Milk?
Milk contains different types of protein. However, Casein takes precedence, as it comprises 80% of milk’s total protein content.
Casein has several types as well, including beta-casein which is the second most important protein in milk. However, beta-casein exists in milk in 13 forms, where two are most critical. They are A1 beta-casein and A2 beta-casein.
While the milk you get in-store or buy from your milkman contains both A1 and A2, only A2 milk contains high A2 beta-casein.
There’s a huge difference between A1 and A2 milk beta-casein.
A1 milk is milked from the breeds of cows originating from the places in northern Europe, such as Ayrshire, Friesian, Holstein, and Shorthorn.
A2 milk is milked from the breeds that are found in Western India, Southern France, and the Channel Islands. The names of the breeds are Indian Gyr, Jersey, Guernsey, Limousin, and Charolais.
A2 beta-casein is a very safe and nourishing protein as opposed to A1 beta-casein, which many scientists claim as harmful. There is no concrete evidence regarding it, however, researchers do say that A2 milk is nutritious, promotes heart health, and contains CLA, an essential acid that potentially lowers bad cholesterol.
