Earlier this year I participated in @bookdash - an event where volunteer creatives get together and create #African children’s books that are free to translate into any language and print from their website. This means by cutting out a publisher, the only cost is the printing. You can support Book Dash and help more kids read more books by linking them to your @myschool_sa card and then every time you shop somewhere that supports MySchool, like @woolworths_sa, @flightcentrersa etc., you can help this awesome cause and get kids in our country (and continent) reading more books with characters they can relate to! 📚 #africanbooks #southafrica #myschool #childrensliterature #youyesyou #bookdash #africanchildrensliterature #woolworths #support #education #booksforkids #kidsliterature #childrensillustration #childrensbooks #picturebooks #illustration #read https://ift.tt/2P2lnyv
