i hate when a client responds back answering only half the question and when we respond back immediately asking for the other half they take a whole ass day before going "i answered yesterday" and repeating the exact same thing they said before which does Not actually answer the other half of the question!!!

hate when the problem is THEIR not understanding what was written but they act like it's Your Fault

#also literally had someone respond back saying they couldnt open a link to edit their submission #when a) the link is CLEARLY labeled and b) the original email says to RECREATE the submission #bc it can't be approved when rejected #and when we restated that last part the person was like #YOU DIDNT EVEN READ MY EMAIL i said i can't open the link!!!!#how can i edit!!!!#with all caps just like that #and it's like god damn u dont need to yell!! it isnt OUR fault u didn't understand what we said in plain words!!!!!!#*the link is clearly labeled 'for company use only'#(fucking forgot quotes fuck up tag order)
