🤝 intern woes solidarity. We had one start last week who clearly does not want to be here—doesn't give feedback on what she wants to learn from the experience, doesn't try to engage with the process or ask questions, is just around to get credit for her program. Which, if she wants to waste her time fine I guess, but she Also is straight up afraid of our clients (I work at a homeless shelter) and it's like??
