You ever just get hit hard as hell that you've felt trapped in your place of residence for years and years and you're just so tired from working the most shit jobs for a decade you just wanna scream.

I feel like I've just pushed it back in my head going 'nono its not that bad it just feels that bad'#And then I realize everything from the way I dress and the way I relax is half faked because what else can I do but #Sit and be safe in the one room that feels even half like my space #I don't go out of this room! Its hell outside of it at my place.#Its filled with people who debate how I generally live and think my life isn't hard enough and so I deserve more suffering half the time #I'm making $20 an hour right now and it feels impossible to keep up three or so payments if I miss. day or two per check #I'm mostly venting rn but just holy shit #I think I'd actually put effort into putting clothes away or cleaning up my space or being just in any way shape or form nicer to myself #If I had any sense of belonging here #Its been almost 27 years of my life in this one room

Critters will literally wake up in the dead of night to suddenly think very hard about the worldbuilding for all of TSBS and how robots are treated compared to humans and what limitations they may have and if some character's negative opinions on humanity is due to a world that actively works against them. its me I'm critters

Btw ik it's been a rlly long time since I've updated the a day in the life of mark fanfic (it's been 1 month and 5 days) but I'm fr working on it alr it's just cuz writers block + imposter syndrome + the first few chapters after chapter 10 being the most confusing ass chapters ever n I'm still tryna figure out out to do the pacing of them n stuff. HOLY SHIT i got a cassette of ginger root's nisemomo EP (i know people hate casssettes be quiet there were no CDs left and anyway its pretty and its fun ok !! stop being haters) and i dont know an awful lot about cassettes so im not sure if it's the tape or just my player but it's raised the pitch by a tiny bit and !!!!! HOLY SHIT !!!!!! i was apprehensive but this sounds GREAT i am IN LOVE .

Hiraya... in whites? Akku encourages this (<- a man who has the powers of manipulating water so. well, you can guess), and it's true, he'd look good, but please add some darker colors as accents there.

The absolute carelessness that happens in the world; it rarely ever happens, but Hira, Akku and Mela were raised in such an environment that they barely saw this kind of treatment in even the neighboring towns that they know it happens, but to see it is genuinely sickening and upsetting that it causes different visceral reactions.

Alon, Lupa and Orbit cannot fucking stand it when there are parents who wholeheartedly yell at their child, much less hit them on purpose. Genuinely cannot. Orbit has good self discipline not to physically harm the adult, Lupa has to physically hold back his wife from murder, however.

I also defintely did this based on how much I love the tropes themselves rather than how likley I am to read a fic with them.

Honestly, I'll read anything for good characterisation, so if an author I already loved came out with literally *anything* on the list I'd probably give it a whirl!

as a biker i really do live to freak cars out. nothing is better. you can tell i grew up doing tons of probike-anticar activism by the freakish way i ride. i was like 6 years old in group rides along the biggest streets in town in protests for bike lanes on there. now all these years later theres a bike lane but i’m still annoying about cycling. i hate cars xoxo
