I've been thinking about Falin vs Laios on making friends. Laios being concerned for Falin's isolation and his excitement for making a friend of his own.

What Laios tells Marcille is his genuine opinion of her#explicitly not a quote from Falin. She very much wants him around in turn.#Even if... her view of him is an overblown caricature while his for hers is quite stalwart and capable.#(not me slighting her; I just think it hasn't settled in for her how truly highly he thinks of her)#I'm putting this in tags specifically because it's not particularly relevant to the main post but it is why I even had this thought#Anyways; </thoughts from an anime only>
