Ohhh, good question!!

I'm only on s1 ep. 49 rn so I'm sure I haven't seen everyone yet

But i like most of the characters, this show is very good at making likable characters and I really do enjoy how everyone gets along even though most don't see eye to eye

But if I do have to pick favorites in no particular order cause i cant decide whos number one. . .

Jin, I think he's a good and extremely likable character. And I think how they use his sideffect of seeing the future amazingly. He knows most of what happens and is able to push people in the direction he'd like, and manipulates people subtly, but not into something they wouldn't do. Whenever he's on screen I'm wondering what he's planning

Yuma, is also an interesting character. He's lost everything but is a good balance of lighthearted and serious. I find his confusion over paper money to be funny and his confidence and trust in his friends is great. Also it's always fun to see an overpowered character fight, but I do like how Yuma isn't unbeatable. He just has a lot of experience and a black trigger to support that experience

Chica is a really interesting character who I hope they are going to push. I do like how the sweetest character in the show is a sniper who's basically a cannon. She's so ridiculously strong but she's in the back all the time so I hope they push her into a fight eventually. I can't wait to see what she does

Osamu is also a fascinating character. He is so weak but that never stops him from joining in the fight. I really wonder if the show will power him up somehow. I don't want him to be stronger than Yuma or anything, but I really hope he will be able to stand on his own soon. I like how he's the brains of the team but I just want him to get strong enough to keep himself in the fight when it gets sideways

Replica is number one and I almost cried when he got captured. I miss that funky robot o7

they hate each other so much. they love each other more than words can describe. one time ninomiya woke up in the middle of the night and booby-trapped the bedroom floor with legos. jin reguraly sets him on fire and it's not even like a concious decision. they like being catty at tachikawa. eventually it implodes and ninomiya moves to dubai out of shame. jin gets together with kako instead.

Jin Yuichi World Trigger auuuuuggghhhh.... This guy..... He's so everything..... He's the single most crucial agent in Border because of his ability to see the future, he's carrying the safety of the city on his shoulders via his foresight and preparation, he was previously one of the only 2 S-rank in all of Border, he's part of old Border and has watched many of his former peers either die or retire, his family has been killed twice-over counting both his mother and Mogami, he has an unhealthy diet of pretty much only fried rice crackers on a day-to-day basis, is constantly in his Trion body(which is rumoured to cause sleeping problems) even moreso than any other character in the series, and he was carrying around the weaponized memento of his dead teacher/guardian-figure around for several years prior to canon. Oh And He's 19.

WHY IS THERE SUCH A SHORTAGE OF WORLD TRIGGER FICS??? It’s so sad! My brother says he hates the show and it’s my favourite show (maybe next to Pokémon) so that’s a fun thing there.

My partner doesn’t watch anime but I tell them AAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL about it so ask them anything about One Piece, Spy Family, World Trigger or Demon Slayer and they’ll tell you it all. They do have some HUGE gaps in their knowledge tho. Like they don’t know anything about Punk Hazard.

ANYWAY! Got a little distracted. This guy.

He looks like such a gender-fluid demon. And I love him.

Also the fact that even though he’s way more powerful than Osamu, they’ve always been equals. There are so many shows where the powerful one is always looking down on the weak one but I just really love that it’s not like that in this show.

Edit: ACK I didn’t even notice that I put one of Amo in there 😭🤣🤣 Well I love him too so it’s fine.
