I have this head canon that Suo doesn’t eat as much as his friends because he has gallbladder and or IBS issues and food can just be heinous when you do have those.

Like I know it’s fun to think he’s some sort of vampire who doesn’t eat.

Or the Headcanon that he has an eating disorder (I really hope not, but that would be interesting to see how Nii Satoru approaches that subject, because let’s be real - they do approach some touchy subjects in the manga and do so, very graciously) which I think would be interesting to see from a male perspective.

Or my Headcanon he just deals with IBS or gallbladder stuff, which I think would also be delightful to see how the author approaches the subject.
