May 31, 8-Tau A'o Fire incident
"She got us both out. Really, it would have been better for her own safety to just leave, but she knew I’d seen the stuff in that room better than she did. She gave me her oxygen tank since mine got stuck beneath part of the collapse.
"Apparently she knew her injuries were fatal, but bet on it that mine could be survived.”

Lilo & Stitch
Lilo & Stitch is Disney’s 42nd animated feature film. It came out in 2002 In the United States of America. It tells the story of Doctor Jumba Jookiba, an extraterrestrial mad scientist, who is on trial by the Galactic Federation for illegal genetic experimentation, evidenced by his creation "Experiment 626", a small blue sentient creature with unparalleled intelligence and strength, but also a propensity to cause chaos. Jumba is imprisoned while the creature is sentenced to exile on a desert asteroid. "626" manages to escape on a red police spaceship, and activates the hyperdrive, causing its guidance systems to malfunction and randomly set a course for Earth. 626 crash-lands on Kauaʻi, Hawaii only to be knocked unconscious by three passing trucks and taken to an animal shelter. The Grand Councilwoman dispatches Jumba and Agent Pleakley, the Council's Earth expert, to the planet to have 626 captured discreetly, as Earth is the habitat for the supposedly "endangered" mosquito population, and humans are described as being unable to handle an alien encounter formally. On Kauaʻi, Nani Pelekai has been struggling with caring for her rambunctious, disobedient, and lonely younger sister, Lilo, following the death of their parents. A social worker named Cobra Bubbles expresses increasing concern whether Nani is able to take adequate care of her sister. Because Lilo has been ostracized by her friends, Nani decides to let her adopt a dog. At the shelter, Lilo immediately takes a keen interest in 626, who is impersonating a dog. In spite of Nani's doubts, Lilo gives 626 the name "Stitch", and shows him around the island. That evening, at the restaurant where Nani works, the aliens Jumba and Pleakley try, but fail, to capture Stitch. The resulting chaos is blamed on Stitch, causing Nani to be fired. The next day, Cobra warns her that if she does not find another job, he will have to place Lilo with a foster family. However, Stitch's antics, including evading the two alien agents, ruin Nani's chances of finding work. Nani's friend David invites her, Lilo, and Stitch to take a break and enjoy a day of surfing. While Nani, Lilo, and Stitch ride a huge wave, Jumba makes one final effort to capture Stitch from underwater, and Stitch unintentionally pulls Lilo underwater. Although everyone survives, Cobra witnesses this event and tells Nani that, although she means well, Lilo will have to be taken away. Seeing how much trouble he has caused, Stitch runs off. The next morning, the Councilwoman fires Jumba and Pleakley from their assignment and gives it to Captain Gantu. Meanwhile, David informs Nani of a job opportunity, which she rushes to pursue. Stitch, hiding in the nearby woods, encounters Jumba, who chases him back to Nani's house. A fight ensues which destroys the house; Cobra arrives to collect Lilo and take her away. As Nani and Cobra argue, Lilo runs away into the jungle and finds Stitch.  Gantu captures both of them. Stitch manages to escape from Gantu's ship. Nani demands that they help her rescue Lilo. Jumba, Pleakley, Stitch, and Nani all give chase to Gantu's spaceship in Jumba's personal spaceship and, after a long chase, they finally rescue Lilo. Back on the ground, the Grand Councilwoman arrives on Earth and prepares to take Stitch into custody and retire Gantu for kidnapping Lilo, but the girl insists that because Stitch is her pet under local law, he cannot be taken away. Impressed with Stitch's newfound civility and empathy, the Councilwoman goes against the prior decision of the Federation and decrees that Stitch will live in exile on Earth. He will be entrusted to the care of Lilo and Nani, and the Councilwoman asks Cobra, who is revealed to be a former CIA agent whom she met in 1973, to watch over them.
As said in the summary, the evens of the movie happen on the island of Kaua’i, which one of the nine island of the state of Hawai’i. The landscape of the movie is representative of the real landscape of Kaua’i as seen on pictures O and P. We can see at the end of the movie Lilo travels to Graceland, where Elvis Presley’s house is (pictures C and D), they go to the Big Island of Hawai’i for a ski trip (pictures E and F) and go and see the statue of Duke Kahanamoku, a Olympic gold medalist and Hawaiian surfer, in Honolulu (pictures A and B)

On multiple instances we can see Lilo and other charaters dancing hula, which is a traditional Polynesian dance that is widely practiced in Hawai’i. We can see they practice on pictures G and its real life equivalent on picture H. At the end of the movie we can even see Lilo, Stitch and her Hula dance group dancing at the Merrie Monarch Festival, which is an annual hula dance competition between groups of the nine islands. We can see the banner from the movie on picture Q and from real life on picture R.

During the hula dancing sequences we can see traditional Polynesian instrument such as the ipu on pictures K and L. There are a lot of other traditional Hawaiian things in the movie such as shaved ice (see picture M and N) or luaus, where Nani work at the beginning of the movie (see pictures I and J).

Hawaiian is used by the charaters of the movie whether in the dialogues or in the lyrics of the songs for the soundtrack. Here are a few examples of the Hawaiian language or of Hawaiian slang “Howzit, Nani?” “"O'hana" means family.” “Thanks. Mahalo plenty.” “Aloha!” “ALL: He Inoa No Kalani Kalākaua Kulele.”  Howzit is the islanders’ way of saying “how are you”, o’hana means “family” in Hawaiian, aloha means “hello” in Hawaiian, mahalo means “thank you” in Hawaiian and He Inoa No Kalani Kalākaua Kulele means “a namesong for the chief, Kalākaua”. For the song we have three from the soundtrack that are in Hawaiian or a mix of Hawaiian and English.
We have “He Mele No Lilo” which is a song that already existed in real life. The song praize the last king of Hawai’i, Kalākaua. Here is a part of the lyric:
“Mahalo nui ia Ke Ali'i wahine 'O Lili'ulani 'O ka Wo hi ku Ka pipio mai o ke anuenuehi Na waiho'o lu'u a halikeole'e E nana na maka i ke ao malama mai Hawai'i akea i Kaua'i
'O Kalākaua he inoa 'O ka pua mae'ole i ka lā
Ka pua maila i ka mauna I ke kuahiwi 'o Mauna Kea Ke 'ā maila i Kīlauea Mālamalama i Wahinekapu A ka luna o Uwēkahuna I ka pali kapu o Ka'auea Ea mai ke ali'i kia manu Ua wehi ka hula o ka mamo Ka pua nani a'o Hawai'i 'O Kalākaua he inoa”
and here is the link for the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YinkbnaBgIk
“Aloha 'Oe” is the second song in Hawaiian. It was written by Queen Liliʻuokalani. Here is the lyrics:
“Ha`aheo ka ua i nâ pali Ke nihi a`ela i ka nahele E hahai (uhai) ana paha i ka liko
Pua `âhihi lehua o uka
Hui Aloha `oe, aloha `oe E ke onaona noho i ka lipo One fond embrace, A ho`i a`e au Until we meet again”
and here is the link for the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6cYHXcWAN0
The third song is in English and Hawaiian. Here is the lyrics:
“A wiki wiki mai lohi lohi Lawe mai i ko papa he'e nalu                                                     Flyin by on the Hawaiian roller coaster ride
A wiki wiki mai lohi lohi La we mai iko papa he na lu Pi'i na nalu la lahalaha O ka moana hanupanupa Lalala i kala hanahana Me ke kai hoene i ka pu'e one Helehele mai kakou e Hawaiian roller coaster ride”

🔫 Which of your ocs has killed the most?
Ooo definitely Juun La'e-Park. He's ultimately responsible for all the deaths of the firefighting crew in the A'o Fire (the incident that left Kyle without his dad).
İf we don't count the antagonists, though.... I would say either Andy or Yuuki. They both have killed two people, Andy intentionally and Yuuki accidentally.

They met once, in late October 12-Tau.
Kyle Kindall (17), on his way to the cemetery to visit his mother's grave and his father's name on the A'o Fire memorial plaque.
Yuuki Takahashi (24), on his way home from meeting his friend Timothy in the aftermath of the Ninao kidnapping incident.
Both of them, grieving different things.

Minharh, Xiuying and Jie sharing a cross-cultural, casual, non-celebratory day's rest on Christmas day.
They're outside, enjoying the afternoon sunshine in the changeable early summer weather of Arkala.
Maybe they'll have a break from investigating the A'o Fire incident today...?

About this small found family ~
Xiuying Chen 陈秀英 and Jie Chen 陈杰 (Chinese) are a married couple, however share the same last name -- something not practised in Chinese culture -- due to Jie having Arkala'ana heritage.
Jie is half Arkala'ana, an indigenous & ethnic minority in Arkala whose traditional cultural marriage customs see the male person joining their female partner's tribal community. When Jie and Xiuying decided to marry, they decided to honour the minority culture side so as to preserve it. This is why Jie and Xiuying share the same last name. (Jie was previously known as Jie Li 李杰, and likely still goes by that on official Chinese documents.)
Minharh La'e (Arkala'ana) resides with them. He isn't related to them, but they consider him family.
As he's learnt Mandarin since staying with them, the three usually communicate with each other in Mandarin.
