Is there a word for when someone takes a completely passed over npc and creates a whole character upon them because I did that a few times in my fic lol

2. Chapter 4 soon hopefully because I can't waaaaaaait to get to the Chapter 5 rewrite/edit process. I haven't read (what I now know is) C5 stuff in months. I think some of it will catch people off guard and I am sooooo ready to get into it all
