the guitar solo in "Sweet Child O' Mine" was recorded in one take
AC/DC recorded the beginnings of "Highway to Hell" on a cassette tape, which someone they were working with took home and gave to his kid. the kid completely unraveled and ripped the tape and they almost lost the entire composition. fortunately Bon Scott was able to repair it so they didn't lose the tune
to be in love with a rockstar feels like your soul is on fire. in a beautiful, vivid, passionate way. it's amazing, the power you can feel just through sound when someone's voice has that effect on you... a million miles apart, yet they have you on your knees and under their spell and you'd crawl and do anything just to be in the same room with them on stage. it's intoxicating. their music sets you free and you're so much more alive in another world than you were a minute ago. it transforms you. there's a non-physical soul connection.
