I’ve been taking these last couple of days to purge my cabinets. I found pregnancy cream from 2012 in my bathroom, wedding gifts I didn’t remember that I had, and sippy cups my kids hadn’t used it for years. Now I can successfully open some cabinets without worrying about what will fall out at me. It may sound weird but this is huge for me and every time I wanted to not pitch something - I had to tell myself that I didn’t even know I had it!! I rolled a little stress away for its calming aroma and a bit of peppermint for its energizing smell!
