[ Within the piling months he’d worked at the Phantomhive estate, not once had he seen Leila sleep. Not even a mere yawn erupted from the woman, as if she entirely went without the necessity of sleep ; it troubled him more than anything else.

Truly to any human, slumber was vital. Regardless of the perfection of the individual. At least, such thoughts lingered in his mind until now.

Being that the ineffable lady was leaning over the kitchen counter, asleep. 

She’d always been attractive, that was indisputable. Though now, she wasn’t intimidating ; he’d never noticed how much younger someone could look while asleep. Tanaka once told him of the phenomena, but he never took it in himself to really notice anything. Her face almost resembled that of a fragile child, the humor of that was for once ironic. 

A quiet chuckle surfaced from his throat, as his eyes trailed across her face. He should move her to somewhere more comfortable, shouldn’t he? Not unless he wanted her to have a neck ache tomorrow morning. 

He gently lifted the woman, moving her to the servant’s quarters. Luckily enough, there was a spare bed ; no one had ever used it, presumably it had to be hers. No other servant lacked a bed to sleep in. With that assumption, he softly placed her onto the sheets. Wrapping a blanket around her. 

Even the most skillful people needed assistance at times, didn’t they? ]

His cheeks reddened slightly as he saw it was his sister who'd walked in on him, but a smirk found it's way to his lips almost naturally. "I'm sure you do~" he purred, making no move to conceal himself in front of her.
