Seb had fallen asleep in his office the night before.  Shit, he hoped Myka wasn’t upset or worried.  He stepped out of his office and looked around in confusion. True it was morning, but there was almost always somebody in the club, usually vampires or people having mimosas for morning cocktail hour. “Where the hell is everyone?”

Liv gasped as somebody knocked into her, yet there was nobody there. She growled.  “What the fuck is going on here?”

Greyson heard a crash in the cafe and the sound of panic.  But when he stepped out of his office, there was nobody there, despite the sound of people.  “What the hell is going on here?  EJ?  Qhuinn?”

When Carrigan woke up in his cell, the door to his cell was open.  What the fuck?  Was this a trick?  Even if it was, he wasn’t waiting around here to find out.  He was going to make a run for it.

Cal woke up from a nightmare.  He had been back for weeks thanks to Sophie’s bravery and strength.  He was alone in the bed although he smelled Sophie all over him and bed.  She had probably woken up and gone to find Jason in the kitchen.  But everywhere he went, he didn’t see anyone.  “No!”  He was not back in that nightmare where he was all alone!  No, this couldn’t be!  “SOPHIE!”  He called out.

Aspen woke up in the cells and looked around in confusion.  She was alone all alone.  “Hello?”  Her door was open.  Now was the time to escape.  But without a daylight ring where could she go?  Still, she had to try.  She crept out of her cell.  Where was everyone?

Val was walking, confused, where the hell had Jamie gone.  It was so damn rude to leave a sleeping woman in your bed!  She grunted and was knocked down as something ran into her, yet she couldn’t see anything.  “Hey! What the fuck?”

Rising Moon

Val shuddered in her cell.  The change was coming.  She had thought Jamie would come for her.  She had been so sure that he was coming and yet, he wasn’t here.  Her collar had been removed and part of her mourned the fact that she would be changing in this damn cell.  She snarled as somebody went past her cell, eyes dark with anger, but hunched over the sink in pain.
