all pix and info above found here along with downloadable mp3 of the bootlegged tracks
im unsure if this bootleg is graham's one, but at 1:59 of the first track you can hear someone asking if the person recording is alright, they respond "yeah, you?" then there's some talk and the person recording affirms what the speaker asked saying "yeah, yeah." and. well. graham and noel met bcs noel enquired abt a copy of the tape he was recording so...still idk maybe someone w better ears than me can decode the whole convo/see if its graham and noel. ok edit: the convo includes the person saying they'll find the person recording after the gig, premusably to exchange details so he can send the tape?
"I first met Noel on his 21st birthday, 29 May 1988 I think. I was bootlegging James and a horribly out of tune Stone Roses at the International Two in Manchester. He asked me for a copy of the tape, I started talking to him and he asked me if I was going to see the Inspiral Carpets later on that week. I told him I was kind of in them sort of thing.
"It turned out he was a bit of a fan after hearing us on Piccadilly Radio and he started working as a roadie for us in early 1989." --Graham Lambert (Loaded, jan 1997)
