It’s Friyay, and it’s nearly Gin o’clock @neverneverdistillingco Never Never’s Triple Juniper Gin just won this very special @australianbartender award, and celebrated in McLaren Vale with this cake! Made to scale x120%, this hand carved lemon cake was soaked with the delicious Triple Juniper Gin, layered with Fever-Tree Mediterranean flavoured frosting, and decorated with fondant and edible images. The bottle was painted with an edible glaze, to give it that shiny glass effect. This stunning showstopper cake was something i'd had in mind to create for a while and finally got the chance!
