✨️ Inktober Day 1 - Dream ✨️

For these past 7 years I've had a dream to create a story of encouragement, discovery, and adventure. And now, after all these years, I think I'm ready to begin sharing snippets of this fantasy world I've created. My goal for Inktober 2023 is this: to give glimpses of this world that's been growing in my mind.

You will get to meet the main cast of characters: Annalise, Jaxon, Jera, Jayson, Sidra, and Liam. They are six very different people, but will have a common goal. While trying to reach this goal, they will face plenty of trials and learn to navigate past pain. Now, I've got a question for you all.

🌧Outfit Meme Pt 2&3!🌧

Not me completely forgetting to post the first drawing on Friday, whoops 🙈 But yeah! @bluestarlights had requested Annalise in outfit B1 (2nd image) and I done goofed and drew Annalise in outfit A2 instead (first image - don't ask how lol, work's been insane). Tldr, I finally finished the CORRECT prompt and am now uploading both together, so enjoy!

Thanks for the interest with the outfit meme though! I'll definitely do it again in the future, but for now I'm going to take a break from it as well as the rest of the inktober prompts so that I can work on some more Adrivion-specific designs and development. 👀 Make sure to stay tuned for more, and be blessed you all! 💗

🔥Inktober Day 4 - Dodge + Flame🔥

Being an assassin and the king's right hand man keeps Jaxon quite busy. Sometimes, he's busy with paperwork or helping to manage the royal guard. Other times, Jaxon is busy trying to stay alive. However, Jaxon doesn't mind the risks his job includes because it means he can keep the only family he has left safe. He's loyal to a fault, and he's determined to bring justice in this crazy world.

With this one, I also unknowingly did the #inkspiredinktober prompt for today! I'm super excited with how the fire blast behind Jaxon came out too! It's been lots of fun experimenting with my digital art, and I've definitely learned lots so far.

❤️‍🩹Inktober Day 7 & 13 - Drip & Rise❤️‍🩹

Jaxon's been through a heck of a rough time early on in life. This here is just a glimpse into it, specifically the moment he gained his signature scars. Jaxon was just a teen when this all happened. I won't share much more on that for now though since I don't wanna spoil too much of his backstory yet :3

I didn't even plan on drawing something for these prompts, but this sketch from today fits!

I tried coming up with a title for this page, but couldn't think of anything 😅

But yeah, here's that practice comic page I've been working on! I'm honestly surprised at how well it came out, and I think I've found the style I'll be using for my webcomic! My process is still slow, but I'm sure with time it'll get better and quicker. Anywho, I have a couple other drawings in progress so stay tuned for those! Also, let me know what you think of this comic page! I appreciate feedback (please don't be harsh), as well as shares! Those are very appreciated!

✨️Inktober Day 6 - Golden✨️

I'm only just now realizing that I've never shown Annalise's hybrid form! In Adrivion, there are 3 main races: humans, anthros, and then a hybrid of the two! I've yet to name the anthro and hybrid species, and I have an idea that each race would be able to use abilities, some more capable than others. I don't have anything set in stone yet, so there will eventually be an update on that!

Also, in case it wasn't clear, I drew Annalise for this prompt since she has golden antlers & hooves!

🕸Inktober Day 2 - Spiders🕸

Journeying around Adrivion is always filled with something new. Sometimes it’s a new environment, and other times, like here, is a new horror. Annalise normally isn’t too freaked out with bugs/insects/arachnids, seeing some the same size as a small child is kind of disturbing.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t really think too much with this prompt, mostly because I didn’t have a super great idea for it in the first place. shrug I might remake this piece in the future, but for now, it’s good enough for me! Also, I promise I'll actually do some true inked pieces for inktober, but I was having too much fun with this art style to not make another piece with it.

🥐 About Annalise:

▪︎She lives in a cottage in a village named Dolbie, and she also runs a small bakery there!

▪︎She loves baking, sunny weather, helping others, and spending time with loved ones - loved ones being mainly friends (found family anyone?).

▪︎Her best friends are Jera & Jaxon

▪︎She's got a companion dragon who's a bit smaller than Toothless would be (name TBD)

▪︎She mainly dresses in cottagecore style clothing

🧊Inktober Day 20 - Frost🧊

Jaxon Griffith. He's the stoic, ice-cold assasin, best friend and bodyguard for Adrivion's king. Not only does he have a cold personality, but so is his touch. You see, he has the ability to create, control, and manipulate ice however he desires. He needs a weapon? Sword of ice. He needs a trap? Icy pitfall. Needs to remain hidden in the shadows to ambush some foes? Just send a blizzard of ice their way.

It's because of Jaxon's clever and quick thinking when using his powers that's earned him the nickname "Black Ice" amongst his foes. Like actual black ice, Jaxon often lies in wait, undetected, and strikes when his foes cross his path. Safe to say, like one who falls to a patch of black ice, his foes fall, and they fall HARD.

🗡Inktober Day 15 - Dagger🗡

While daggers are not Jaxon's first choice of weapon, he still gravitates towards them since they're effective and very easy to conceal. Over the years, he's mastered many types of weapons, but swords and daggers have become the main weapon types he's seen with. He finds them to be useful for both in and out of combat, and, combined with his ice powers (day 20 *cough*), they become much more effective to him.

An update from my IG!

I've decided to try and make some posters of the main crew for my webcomic (6 total currently) and I'm aiming to try and finish half of them by the end of the weekend since the style is more simplistic and efficient for me to make. Let's hope life doesn't get me busy again though.
